Such a beautiful and peaceful house. Accommodation were amazing, Denise was very proactive and responsive! Wish the weather was better in order for us to take full advantage of the outdoor activities/amenities. We'd definitely love to come back!

The home was beautiful and spacious. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. It was a great bonus to have a washer and dryer for our week stay. We loved the views that surrounded us. The water made it very peaceful.

Stayed here with the family for a fishing trip. Perfect amount of rooms, TONS of space. Kitchen and bathrooms were nice. Still a little confused about the layout because it’s so spacious. Upstairs is awesome, the games are definitely a fun touch. Host was super helpful/responsive. For being in Detroit, I’d say this is a good find and reasonable pricing.

I stayed here for Valentine’s Day with my boyfriend just to relax and spend time together and this was the perfect place! The home was extremely comfortable and clean and had everything you could possibly need like a true home away from home. We came from Livonia, MI and were unfamiliar with Ferndale, and were so pleased with how extremely safe the community was and how walkable it was even after a snowstorm. Craig was also such a great host, he made everything so easy and always responded in a timely manner. LOVE this place!!! Would absolutely stay again!!

The place was absolutely gorgeous! also the neighborhood was quiet that it was a nice change of pace for us to rest after working at a noisy environment. Felt like home 🏡

Comfortable ground floor two-bedroom apartment, easy street parking, walkable to a few bars and restaurants, 15-20 minute drive to city center. We had a nice weekend, but I think "luxury" is a bit exaggerated for what it is... Still, it was a pleasant stay and I would gladly come back.

The owner was very welcoming she helped us with the door code when we had issues. The owners communicated very well. The place was clean & organized which made our stayed comfortable! I would definitely recommend & book again whenever I’m in Windsor

Ariel is a very responsive host. Her space was very clean. It was great to be able to stay locally while visiting family in Richmond.

Great space right downtown in Chatham close to restaurants, the Capitol Theater, Turns and Tales and many thrift shops. The space was accurate to the photos and a great place to stay for a couple nights in Chatham. Downtown Chatham can get loud at night with car noise and people walking down the alley outside the bedroom window so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs.

This is a basement apartment Airbnb, which I usually try to avoid, as we have experienced a basement Airbnb where we could hear every word the owners above us were saying. But this basement Airbnb we could not hear anything above us, so it was private. There is a soaking tub/shower with a rain shower shower head. The tub/shower, being a soaking tub, is high to get in and out of. But it has excellent water pressure. The bathroom is not right next to the bedrooms. We always bring our own nightlights in case this is the case. So, with the tall tub and bathroom not near the main bedroom, I am not sure I would recommend it for older people such as ourselves, but for a younger person, it would be perfect.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. Very cute little apartment just right for a couple. Very peaceful and quiet place.

I had an enjoyable stay at Helen's place. It was easy to find and conveniently located with a Walmart Super Store nearby. Check-in was quick with a numeric lock through a private entrance. There was a long stair case leading up to the apartment which I wasn't expecting. The unit was nice and clean with a private balcony overlooking the Sydenham River and situated right next to a bridge. I could hear a "river of cars' during rush hours which I soon got used to. The kitchen was brightly lit and well equipped with a large industrial size sink. There were two seatings to choose from for meals, between a more traditional dining table and a higher table with bar chairs. The bedroom was spacious. Despite the lack of a closet, the host was thoughtful with providing a coat rack with hangers. Helen was accommodating with my request for relatively scent free linens since I am sensitive to the scent of most laundry detergents and dryer sheets. Thank you Helen!

Unique group of apartments with plenty of space to accommodate a large group. Lots of parking & hosts were great to communicate with and had very clear expectations (which were super reasonable).

We found the home clean and comfortable and very impressively designed. The area felt very safe. Overall, we had a great family retreat and were very satisfied. Mana responded quickly and accommodated our request for early check in. We hope to do something similar next year, and might come here again, but probably will try another area for variety. This stay confirmed that Airbnb is a good choice.

A great location for our trip to visit family in Grosse Pointe. We had a lovely stay, and will stay here again if we can.

Amazing house. Amazing neighborhood. One thing I'd call out - the kitchen is not a typical Airbnb kitchen that is missing the basics. It feels like real people have actually lived there and you can prepare almost anything!
