Guesthouse vacation rentals in St. Charles Parish

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and it was just perfect, such a beautiful oasis in the city. Loved the tall windows overlooking gardens and their fabulous pool. Gorgeous high ceilings and artsy feel to the studio not to mention comfy & stylish chairs to relax in inside as well as a very comfy bed. Loved the porch with rocking chairs and pool loungers too (did some reading outside in these and it was lovely). Tamarin and Steve have a wonderful dog, Bodhi, who was just a pleasure to meet, clearly a kind and old soul & very friendly & quite happy for a good pat. They provided delicious coffee (or tea), cream, yogurt and homemade granola, a delight to have in the morning overlooking the gardens and pool. They were friendly and responsive, perfect hosts! Thanks again!

The neighborhood was very quiet which we enjoyed after a long night in French quarter. The place was SUPER clean which was great!. We LOVED the mattresses. We did have an issue with the lights going out in the bathroom, but they quickly helped us with that. It was just what we needed for our weekend trip to Mardi Gras. 😁

The room was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. Clean and had comfortable linens, towels, etc. Kim was a great host and gave recommendations while being responsive as well. 5 stars.

This place is a real gem- beautiful, very well thought out space, comfortable and quiet. We came for the proximity to the Race and Religious event space and enjoyed the short walk to Magazine St’s shops. We really appreciated the accommodating hospitality- lovely breakfast , great coffee, beautiful towels, and sheets - an ideal spot for the weekend!

Love her place was nice and quiet

We stayed here for 1.5 wks around d holidays with our 2 toddlers. We loved the walkable neighborhood, close to trolley and the park. The place itself is beautiful and includes extra amenities. Hosts are very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

This was not our first stay in New Orleans, so we knew what to expect from the area. The hosts were very kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks, water, and coffee. The patio was a beautiful spot to work on our laptops while enjoying the atmosphere - complete with the charming (and ever-present) sound of roosters crowing. A great experience overall!

We had a great stay! I had a little trouble connecting to wifi and Gary did all that he could to help me out and was very responsive to my messages! Come to find out it was my phone that had the issue but he was super quick to help anyways! There were a few wasp nests I had to knock down outside near the entrance and some construction things on the porch but the inside was very beautiful and very clean! We will definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved staying in this perfectly quaint little house. Perfect for two people, we enjoyed cozily hanging both inside and at the pool. We didn’t realize how much we wanted to rest until we were there, and it was perfect for that in bustling New Orleans.

This was just the most amazing place to stay in NOLA!!!! it was a perfect mix of home and peace and people watching from the second floor deck. The energy was just perfect in space. The neds incredibly comfortable and despite being on Bourbon street, it was incredibly quiet in the unit. We felt like we were transported back to our stays in Italy and France. Our kids also loved it!!!! Just ideal. Thank you so much!!!!

Great host! Very attentive and helpful. There dogs were even great host! One thing my partners wished was a little more privacy but I didn’t think it was that big of an issue. Beautiful home and area. Overall amazing place, would go again and would recommend to others for a good time in Louisiana.

Ambers place was cozy yet spacious. The decor really added to the NOLA experience for us and inspired us to grab some art similar for our home. We loved the windows and sky lights. It was such a vibe and we’re super grateful!

Beautiful place on the river, jet skis, great hot tub & pool. Comfortable sleeping for everyone, brand new place with great kitchen, outdoor areas, great weekend to get away and enjoy the reviews of the river. Quiet and peaceful.

We had a girls trip to NOLA. Andrea’s guest house was very quaint and private. The beds were comfortable and the place was cute and very clean. We highly recommend it.

We highly recommend Owls Nest and will definitely return when in this area again. The location is perfect for local restaurants and attractions. The apartment was clean, well appointed and quiet. We felt immediately at home enjoying the wine and cookies on the deck overlooking the grounds.

Ewan was incredibly accommodating and friendly. My flight was a lot earlier than my friends' who were also coming in and he very kindly allowed me to check in before the scheduled time. The neighborhood is lovely and there are several grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. There's a bar right down the street that is open late. The French Quarter is only a 20 minute bus ride away but there's plenty to do without any commute. The room was as described and very cozy. The bathroom facilities were very nice.

We had a wonderful stay. The interior is even better than the pictures. We visited on a rainy weekend, so I especially appreciated that the walkway from the carport to the home was completely covered. Deek is extremely polite, abundantly helpful and always responsive. We will certainly return to this home if ever in the area again.

I had the bachelorette weekend of my dreams in NOLA at The Dragonfly Inn. The house is perfect and Lore is such an amazing host. I can’t wait to come back!

We felt right at home at Craig’s place! It felt very private and was easily walkable to the quarter and all sorts of restaurants, groceries & more. Craig was always communicative and we were very comfortable! Thanks Craig!

Wonderful ten night stay at Jason's. This might be my favorite neighborhood, there are lots of closeby amenities like restaurants, bars, and local grocery store. Easy walk up to City Park and quick bike/car ride down to the French Quarter/Frenchmen St. Plentiful parking, I was always able to park within 100 ft of the house. The space is accurately described and photographed in the listing: spacious with modern furnishings and decor, and devoid of clutter. Well outfitted kitchen, excellent shower, comfy bed. As someone who travels frequently for work, I greatly appreciated the big dining table where I could spread out and with excellent overhead lighting. The floor is concrete with area rugs, so you might enjoy bringing house slippers if you don't wear outdoor shoes inside. Jason was an excellent, responsive, and kind host. He and his family live upstairs and are ready to help with local recommendations or any questions. Absolutely would recommend staying here! Thank you, Jason!

It was amazing. It was very clean. The amenities were great. It was so close to our venue. It was in a great location. I loved it.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to the airport.

This place is very private and relaxed. It’s a short drive to a lot of great restaurants and just about anything you want could be delivered here. I was a little worried about the owners on the same property but they were great host and it didn’t seem like anyone was even there. Cool little place with tons to do nearby.
