Guesthouse vacation rentals in St. Charles Parish

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cottage! Beautiful and safe location, walkable to most everything. Was a little worried about "street" parking but it was not an issue at all! Our vehicle stayed safe and secure! The home was clean, bed was super comfortable. We did find the door code slightly confusing to start, but my husband figured it out! We will definitely be a return guest and greatly appreciate our hosts!

This was a great spot to call home for a few nights! It would also be totally comfortable for a longer stay. The apartment had all the necessities, was in a great location within walking distance of tons of stuff, and it felt very secluded and peaceful, as it is removed from the street. I would definitely stay here again and recommended it to fellow travelers!

Perfect hideaway for 1-2 people. Cozy studio and beautiful outdoor space. Great location and easy to get around. Steve and Tamarin were friendly and helpful.

The room was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. Clean and had comfortable linens, towels, etc. Kim was a great host and gave recommendations while being responsive as well. 5 stars.

Neil & Nancy’s place was amazing! The description was accurate, so I knew what to expect. The studio was clean, organized, and decorated nicely. We had a free place to park our car and I felt safe leaving it parked the entire stay. Neil was there to greet us, showed me how to use my key, and was very understanding when we arrived late due to traffic. I would 100% recommend staying at their lovely Airbnb.

We stayed here for 1.5 wks around d holidays with our 2 toddlers. We loved the walkable neighborhood, close to trolley and the park. The place itself is beautiful and includes extra amenities. Hosts are very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Gracia’s place - the location was amazing (super walkable to everything you could want) and the bed was really comfy. Gracia was also a fantastic host - incredibly responsive and ready to help with whatever you need. Allowed us to store our bags after check out since our flight was later and even went out of his way in the middle of the day after we had already checked out to help us with something. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place and as described, guest house is directly located in the backyard with the host living on the property. The guest house is essentially "duplexed" with the other portion being stayed in as well. Couldn't hear them at all. wifi speeds of 60Mb/s Great coffee availability of both Keurig and pot coffee. Kitchen stocked with proper cooking gear.

My partner and I stayed for a short while but it was the perfect place to call our home for those few days. Clean, organized and absolutely gorgeous! Amber and Matthew are the best host! Highly recommend them for a stay in New Orleans

Everything was great!! I was worried when I saw that the neighbors had dogs but I didn’t hear them throughout the night! 10/10

Beautiful place on the river, jet skis, great hot tub & pool. Comfortable sleeping for everyone, brand new place with great kitchen, outdoor areas, great weekend to get away and enjoy the reviews of the river. Quiet and peaceful.

Andrea has anticipated your every need. You will feel like you are at a 5 star resort. There is a stocked kitchen with a full size fridge/freezer, stove & dishwasher. It has everything you need to cook during your stay. If you are a shopper, theirs is a Walmart a couple miles away. If you want restaurants/bars they are several local ones to choose from without the crowds of NOLA. There is high speed internet and a smart TV. I stayed in a tiny house in Texas at a campground and this experience was very similar right down to the outside fire pit. You won’t be disappointed if you choose Andrea’s place.

Maryann and Chris have a fabulous little hideaway. The brick path to the cottage is a little tricky, especially in the dark or rain. The cottage is showing its age...everything works. The pool was not clean, BUT it's winter! Amazing value given the primo location! We would not have been this comfortable in a hotel/motel. Felt safe and secure. Thank you to our hosts. We will take them up on their offer to contact them again if we are ever in NOLA.

Really enjoyed this stay. Everything was really thought out for the tourist in town. From coffee and tea at the entrance to the binder filled with local and popular eats. Would highly recommend. I also arrived by bus and the commute was nice and easy (even with SuperBowl Sunday diverging traffic!).

We had a great stay overall! While we encountered a significant issue on our first night, the host's immediate and effective response turned things around completely. The rest of our stay was wonderful - clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We'd definitely book again.

This is an oasis. Truly a gem. Beautiful pool house and great host on-site to answer any questions. Fantastic property to feel in the woods.

I had the bachelorette weekend of my dreams in NOLA at The Dragonfly Inn. The house is perfect and Lore is such an amazing host. I can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay here with our kids -- nicely designed, well equipped, and very clean. Loved the layout, with kitchen and laundry downstairs and bedrooms and living room upstairs. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet we could walk to the St. Charles streetcar and Garden District in minutes. The nearby Rink has a cute cafe and bookstore, it was the perfect place to start our days before heading out on adventures.

My husband & I felt right at home in Michael’s lovely guesthouse. We didn’t have a car and loved how walkable the neighborhood was. We tried several of Michael’s recommendations & they were all great! The house was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Jason’s! Host was extremely responsive when we checked in to help us get settled with AC and wifi, and was super helpful before we arrived with local recommendations and check-in instructions. The spot was spacious and had everything we needed and was walking distance to great local cafes and City Park. Uber’s to other areas of the city were affordable so the location wasn’t a problem! Overall, really enjoyable experience and stay.
