Vacation rentals with a fireplace in St. Augustine Beach

We stayed at Derek’s house for a Bachelor party and it was a blast! He has the perfect setup that accommodated our needs with an amazing backyard that felt like we were at a resort the whole weekend. When we arrived, we noticed the house was a little warm so within an hour Derek had someone come out to fix the HVAC unit. Derek was very professional communicating with us to ensure we were comfortable in the house. Derek also recommended a few great areas for us to checkout while we were down there. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for an awesome vacation!

In a world where service can be hit or miss, These hosts should teach a class on customer service! They were beyond accommodating from the start. From questions on dates, check-in times and price, all the way down to purchasing a coffee maker after asking our preference!! They were in constant communication with things happening at the house to make us aware. The house was prefect for our larger group and had all the necessary amenities. Hot tub was a nice touch. Short drive downtown. Would recommend to any and everyone staying in the area. They rent the two houses separate or as one larger group rental.

Thank you to Heidi and Kevin for their warm hospitality. The house was nicer than described and my family felt right at home. It was a fantastic location, walking distance to downtown St Augustine in a quiet neighborhood. We will highly recommend this Airbnb to our family and friends.

My family of four (to include 2 children) absolutely loved our stay! We had everything we needed, it was a beautiful home and lovely yard and back deck for us to enjoy. We walked everywhere, had several great breakfasts at Ragga Bean and food and drinks at Dog rose brewery- both only 2-3 blocks away. I would stay here again for sure!

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a blast. Everything was very clean and tidy for guests. The kitchen and pool room were my favorite, it was very unique yet felt like home. The grill was gas or electric so you could choose which way to use it. Using the heat did turn off the breaker, just in case that information is needed. The amenities were awesome and felt like we had everything we could need. Location wasn’t far from downtown st augustine which was great. I loved it and enjoyed my time.

Home looks exactly as pictured. Master bed was very comfortable. Host accommodated us with early check in and the parking pass for downtown St Augustine is an added perk. Thanks so much

Pros: (there are lots) Wonderful accommodations for children! Roland goes above and beyond with all the wonderful baby & kids things available for use at the home. (Crib, bassinet, bouncers, toys, amazing children’s room). Lots of safety features including built in room sound monitors and extra locks to outdoor spaces. Fully equipped kitchen. Very spacious, plenty of room for families. Beds are comfortable. Pool/hot tub outside area were perfect & thats where we spent most of our time! Cons: Could use a deep cleaning. & if you’re freaked out from bugs may not be a good fit. Overall we loved our stay at Roland’s & my daughter was obsessed with the house beds! My son loved the hot tub 😎

Our stay exceeded our expectations from the description - spotless, very well stocked with amenities, and very walkable to the historic district! We were also given great pointers for our stay and a flexible and easy check in/check out! The host was very helpful and responsive to our questions!

Valerie’s place was amazing! It was exactly as pictured and the bonus of having a cozy porch with comfy chairs was great. The location is on a quiet residential street but only a couple of blocks away from multiple restaurants and all the top sights of St Augustine are within a twenty minute walk…..awesome!

I had a wonderful stay! It’s such a great location too. The apartment is impeccably clean, brand new, and had everything I needed for my 3 night stay. I am planning on coming back in a couple of months and will definitely be staying here again. The hosts were very communicative as well :)

Absolutely a five star rental . We will return. Do keep in mind that this is a gated community and guests must have a pass to enter. Brianna was on top of allowing us to have visits from our family .

Well-located, convenient, quiet location. Nice, roomy and comfortable unit. Undine (host) very accommodating, responsive and welcoming. Would recommend to others and likely to stay here when we visit in the future.

If you are looking for a place to stay with character and charm in the middle of all historic St. Augustine offers, this is the place! We walked the entire historic area, Flagler College, museums, and the marina. We never used our car after we arrived and it was tucked away behind the house in the secure private driveway. I made an error when I booked the unit and didn’t discover it for a few days but when I shared my mistake with Shannon she exceeded expectations and made it right for us. What a bonus to know you are doing business with someone who has integrity and a kind heart. Thank you again Shannon!

Very nice place. Perfect location not too far from downtown. Love the porch used it a lot. Great little neighborhood nice houses all around. Would gladly stay again!

This was a great stay for a quick weekend trip! We were pleasantly surprised with how close it was to downtown St. Augustine. We also felt the place was very clean. Host was super responsive and gave great recommendations/ information!

Found the condo to be more than we expected. Was very pleased with every aspect of our stay. The location could not have been any better.
