What truly sets this home stay apart is the exceptional hospitality. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, treating us like family from the moment we arrived. Qazi and his Mom were always available to assist with any requests. This place is very close to the airport, perfectly located for both relaxation and exploration . Popular tourist spots, cafe, departmental stores were just a short drive away. Our stay at qazi’s place was nothing short of perfect, an experience that exceeded all our expectations !! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Srinagar .

My parents and I had a wonderful three-night stay at Prashant’s place. Chand aunty, Prashant’s mom, took care of all our needs like a family member. The food was homely and delicious, and meal-time conversations with Prashant’s parents were delightful. The staff, especially Karan, were helpful and prompt. The beautiful, well-appointed house is in a peaceful locality, so coming back after a day of hectic sightseeing and shopping was always relaxing. Just sitting there in the common balcony was enough to make us forget the day’s tiredness. At the same time, the house is not far from the touristy areas, so the commutes weren’t painful. I would highly recommend Khanda Kothi to single or group travellers to Srinagar for a unique home-away-from-home experience.

Primarily, Fahad, the host, is extremely nice and friendly. He helped us with the booking and planning of our whole trip. Spent time with us everyday, understood our needs and helped us in any and every way possible. His place, is very easily accessible, beautiful,and has all the amenities one could ask for. Even in the extreme cold, the room was made warm and cozy for us. Fahad would ensure of it before we got back from our day's journey every single day and ensured we got the best deal possible. And last but not the least, kashmir is a place that is yet to be fully explored and I don't thing it can ever be captured in just one trip, I know I'm visiting again, and would recommend everybody to, and I'm definitely going for Fahad' listing the next time and every time for that matter.

stayed at Abshar heritage villa in june first week along with two little kids. Really enjoyed the stay. Property is 5 min drive from Shalimar garden. Property is located at base of the mountain and 2 min walking distance from a river. Rooms were nice and clean. Property has nice garden. Aaqid helped us in all respect to make our stay memorable. Aaqid even helped us with cab and a driver for all our travel..

Superb host! Super responsive and we had conversation every now and then! Host offered us tea and cookies upon arrival and made us comfortable right away! I checked in before the time I mentioned to host I'll be there and tried to inform him about that but didn't have network coverage, but still the rooms were kept clean and we were welcomed! My family loved the stay as well, rooms are quite cozy and match the images and the host made sure we feel warm (he switched on AC blower and warm mattress before our arrival) when we come back after exploring the city. Stay is just 2 kms away from Lal chowk. All the mentioned amenities are there and you can ask for something you need and host will be proactively trying to provide you that. He knows a great guide too (Zahir) living nearby whom you can book tour packages with, be it a city tour or other places like Zojila Pass, Pahalgam. All in all, totally recommended!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You won't regret being here even a bit and will surely enjoy your!

Shabir is a SUPERB host! He was considerate and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable., Check-in instructions were detailed and his responses quick. Shabir was respectful of our privacy yet always available when needed. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The Houseboat itself was pristine and beautifully decorated with local handicrafts. Shabir has done an incredible job preserving its character and authenticity while offering modern conveniences. It has everything you’d need, from comfortable beds, lounging chairs, hot shower/bath, toiletries, utensils & extra blankets. The dining set is a work of art, carved in walnut wood. The views of the mountains, the lake left us in awe, especially at sunrise and sunset. We were surrounded with water lilies. The scenic serenity was perfect. We loved our stay here & recommend it very highly to everyone! Thanks for such a lovely stay Shabir, we look forward to seeing you again.
