Beachfront vacation rentals in Squeaky Beach

We stayed at Denise’s place over the Lunar New Year school holiday and really had a great time at the Cowes house. There were 10 of us including children and we had a comfortable space for all of us. Denise and Henrik were very helpful and responsive. The house location is quite close to the nearest beach and town centre. We had a really wonderful time spending the 3 days that we were there at the nearby attractions at the Philip Island visiting Koala Sanctuary, the Nobbies, Churchill Island and the Penguin Parade.

We absolutely loved staying at Jenny's gorgeous home. It was so unbelievably spacious, very clean, and extremely well stocked with everything you might need. We especially loved the wide balcony that overlooked the front garden and the tall gums that were home to many beautiful birds. We only wished we could have stayed longer!

Sandra's place was the perfect relaxation destination. The views were spectacular and the serenity of the surroundings was so so lovely. It was quiet and peaceful yet getting to the town of San Remo was super easy - a very short drive or a lovely 30-40 min walk. The nearby restaurants were all great - the meals at the Westernport Hotel or the San Remo Hotel-Motel were top notch as was the pizza at the Little Pizza Shop. Sandra's place was clean and very comfortable and having coffee pods available and a coffee machine was very much appreciated!! My husband and I and our little dog had the best time.

We had a 3 night mini vacation, with our dogs. Jolene was a super host, and accepted our 3 dogs to stay. We spent most of the time at the dog beach, and the accommodation was exceptional for us with a secure undercover concrete outdoor space (where we spent almost all of our time). The unit was bigger than I expected and had everything you need. A few reviews commented on the noise, but it really isnt an issue (and im a light sleeper). We shared the space with son and partner and there was plenty of room. I would definitely stay again, so many great dinning options, and literally accross the road is beach access. For our personal stay it was to take the dogs to the off leash dog beach, which is only 5 min down the road, so perfect location, easy to get to. We enjoyed our stay, and i did get to meet Jolene and she was extremely welcoming and made us all feel right at home. Highly recommend, and as reviews have said, yes the shower pressure was amazing, especially after beach day

We had a fantastic stay at Will’s place. We felt a million miles away from everything but close enough to the things we needed that we were never inconvenienced. Ie groceries, or other equally beautiful parts of the island. A Great, very comfortable house in fantastic location by the beach. We loved it!

Warwick and Catherine's place was the perfect base for our family of four. The house was super clean and exactly as described. The beach is a short walk away. We would definitely stay again.

Was a great getaway with a friendly dog! We were surprised with some fruit and drink when we walked in which was nice. Beach is across the road and was very accessible.

We loved staying at Jane's home in Red Rock, Phillip Island. It was comfortable, homey, clean, tidy, fit the description perfectly and offered a big back yard, ping-pong table and outdoor cricket set for our three teenage children (and for their beachhouse-owning mates who popped in and out 🙄). Perfect family home. Accessible to the main street of Cowes (but not by foot) and as a bonus we could take our two little dogs. Morning walks along Red Rock beach (five minute walk away) and its surrounds were glorious. Initially, I didn't think there were any coffee shops in the area but we stumbled across the Red Rock golf course which sells coffee and cheese toasties! It was so nice to sit there looking over the golf course. We hope that Jane will have us again.

Great location. Wonderful view of Port Phillip Bay. Nice outside deck with views. Good heated pool. Easy access to beach. Highly recommend. Katrina was a great host. We had a fabulous time there.

Nikki’s place was fantastic, all we needed and more. We enjoyed all the spaces inside and out. The kids swam, played cricket and even had a go at stand up paddle boarding. A big tick for such a lovely place.

I had a fantastic stay with my family! The unit was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Jodi was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The pool was the highlight for my kids. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

Once again, we enjoyed the great location and accessibility of Sally’s place. It could not be more central to the town of Cowes, within short walking distance to the beach and dining. It has everything you need for a great holiday. We love the outside seating where the water is clearly visible and outside eating extends the holiday atmosphere.

Seas the Day was the perfect place for a relaxing girls' weekend away. It was in a great location, with beautiful views of the sand dunes and easy access for walks along the beach. The house was clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and was cosy and comfortable. Elle and Andrew were great hosts, easy to communicate with and happy to help and suggest options for our stay. I would definitely love to return, perhaps in summer to use the pool and spa and highly recommend this house as a place to stay on Phillip Island.

Lovely spot right on the beach. Easy holiday with the kids as they can head over to the beach whenever. House was as described, easy to get in and didn’t need to bother Scott for anything 🙂

A beautiful home and great spaces to enjoy inside and out. Perfect location, close to the beach and walking distance to Dromana. The front yard and gate made it a secure space to allow the kids to play freely and ride their bikes/ scooters up and down the driveway. The outdoor shower meant we could keep the home free of sand and the outdoor area is an entertainers paradise. Would love to return here.

House was fantastic, spacious and very homely. Perfect for a larger amount of guests also. Close to town but also far enough away to enjoy privacy. I definitely will be back and recommending this place to my friends. Thank you for the stay.

I want to say "don't go," but that's just because I want it all to myself! We come almost every summer and this place is a balm for our souls. The minute we walk in we all sigh a breath of relief to be back. Falling asleep to the sound of penguins calling out to each other in the rookeries is a magical thing. The beach frontage is superb and the view is mesmerising. The house is so brilliantly designed that our two families (8 of us) function and move about easily and the adult kids love the downstairs space for their independence. We are well aware that the kids only come for the house now and not for our company anymore! I would have to say that it is the best priced luxury on the Island. Thankyou for yet another blissful week away.

We spent 10 days around. Christmas in this wonderful newly built property with four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double shower and his/hers stone sinks plus a dressing room. Very large sitting/dining area with extremely well equipped kitchen, laundry room. All beautifully appointed. The outside dining and seating area was excellent as was the fire pit. It was a short walk to No 5 beach and 20 min walk to Doyle’s Beach. We were a three generation group of 6 adults and 2 children and the property was perfect for us. We would highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

Our stay at Safety Beach at John’s place was neat, clean and a great location for a beach stay on the peninsula. It was lovely to be greeted by a friendly host after a long drive and what we were looking for on the weekend. John shared some activities to do in the area and shops near by. Nothing was ever a problem if we had questions and would stay again when in the area. Thank you John & Andrew.

Amazing place, wonderful view, good air condition. You can feel like home. You need to have a car. Internet is ok. Good access to everything on the island.

Absolutely perfect, just wished we had stayed longer. Incredible views, perfect location, the yard was fully fenced so our dog was able to come along too. Can’t wait to return.
