We were comfortable in the spacious apartment. There was no problem parking in the nearby public parking lot. The host took care of many details (only point of improvement is the lack of air conditioning)

The apartment was spacious, clean, and versatile – it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Getting inside was very easy and hassle-free. Great location – just a fifteen-minute walk from Genova Brignole station, with a tasty pizzeria and a nice café nearby. Plus, the area offers some lovely spots for walking. Highly recommend!

Cascina Distrutta is a really charming accommodation, well furnished and complete with everything. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, large bathrooms with recent sanitary ware, fireplaces that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the point of forgetting the TV. Marta has always responded quickly and has always been available for any need. For complete information, I leave some additional information that I had initially misunderstood for the benefit of those who will come to stay in the near future: the quadruple in the attic and a double room have the independent bathroom, the other two double rooms have the shared bathroom connected by an antechamber with communicating doors. The sauna (when I am writing this text) costs 30 euros per day and needs the opening and early ignition by the neighbor. A wood box for the fireplace always available from the neighbor costs 10 euros, the soap present in the bathrooms is only the washing machine without shampoo/shower

One of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in! We had an amazing time in this peaceful, eco-friendly house with solar energy. The gps takes you to a small road, but the Airbnb is actually located on the main road going to the cute village. The view on the vines and the moutains was breathtaking! Giovanni was a perfect Host. He Even left a bottle of wine for my sister’s birthday. We would rate it a 10 if we could!

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Quiet area and well-organized house

Charming house just minutes from Pietra Ligure… tranquility in the countryside very close to the sea. House equipped with all the comforts, excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for those who love the quiet of the hill and the ability to reach the beaches in a short time.

The location is a bit hard to find, but I think this is only for foreigners or non European visitors since it was a city design problem. Besides this, we really enjoy the prepared chocolate bread and snakes also the Bluetooth speaker. The only thing to improve would be the water pressure in the bath which is a bit small.

I would highly recommend a stay here when in Genoa! Giuseppe is a very attentive and helpful host.

Stayed for 2 nights ( had stayed before) and wanted to explore Genoa some more. The perfect location to do that. Apartment is well equipped and a comfortable bed. Easy access to all the alleyways and side streets, bars cafes. Particularly recommend La Lepre!!!

The location is very good, close to everything, quiet at night, the apartment is very well organized and pleasant. And the host, Luca, was welcoming and helped us with whatever we needed.

We stayed at Mrs. Vjollca's property during the period 14-16 February. We were thrilled with the fragrant, brand new, clean and quiet environment. The house is easily accessible on foot from Savona station. Our apartment was equipped with every comfort. The apartment is located near the sea and allows you to take beautiful walks along the Savona seafront. Upon our arrival, Mrs. Vjollca proved to be super helpful by making herself available for any issues. We recommend this vacation home for all travelers.

Tranquility, convenience, taste, comfort. We found everything in this beautiful home. Dream location a stone's throw (literally) from the sea. Giovanni was very kind and made our stay comfortable even with a newborn by offering a very comfortable crib for sleeping. The tasteful furnishings of the apartment complete this wonderful experience. Absolutely recommended!
