Family-friendly vacation rentals in Spoleto

We loved our stay here. You are very close to Assisi old town- just walk to the parking lot next door and ride the escalator up. We parked the car on the property and did not use it the whole time. We walked to Assisi both days we were here and spent time in the town. When we needed groceries we walked to the nearby Tigre grocery store. After walking around the town the apartment was perfect for relaxing. It was comfortable with lots of space. There is a TV. The beds are very comfortable. My son loved having his own space in the little nook. We had what we needed to make breakfast and simple dinners. We followed Angela's guidebook (on the Airbnb app/site) to book a restaurant in town one time. Our GPS had a hard time finding the house, but we called and her son explained it to us. After that it was very easy.

Amazing stay, would highly recommend

Cala and Patrizias house is truly a hidden gem. It is an ideal location for a group trip/big family trip, as the spacious house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lounge groups, dining areas to seat many people, etc. We felt so safe and taken care of, as Patrizia responded quickly to all our questions and needs, and the caretaker Mario helped us with heating and so on upon request. I really hope I can return here some time, the surroundings were just so peaceful and beautiful, as are the house. We had dinner at the local restaurant (about 7-10 minutes walk) in the tiny village the house is located by one evening, which we recommend. A drink at Willy's bar afterwards should be mandatory. We can not recommend hiring chef Samulele (ask Patrizia to send his brochure) enough. He and his souz chef Katia made an amazing Italian dinner with wine-pairing at the villa. He also organized a trip to a local winery for us which was just perfect!

We had a great time at Paola's Airbnb. It was well equipped for everything we needed. Paola was very responsive to all of our questions and had great recommendations. It was very nice having a garage for the car. Check in and check out were very simple. The mini metro is very close that can easily take you into the historical district. Wonderful Airbnb in Perugia. We would definitely stay here again.

Among the ancient smells and colors of a fortress, Maria Letizia cheered us up with a comfort zone, in an apartment enlivened by technology... Friendly and cheerful, she knows how to give space and ease to her guests, thanks

Everything was perfect: very nice city, very nice accommodation, nice, organized and quick hostess. It makes you want to come back again.

Beautiful views and Raffaele was a great host! It was off season so there wasn't much to do in the neighborhood but that was perfectly fine with me and the peacefulness was exactly what I wanted.

Very nice and clean appartment in a very quiet area. Only Met Gaston shortly since we were out all day visiting Tuscany with friends, But he was very Friendly. Will definitely come back

Camporsevoli is the most amazing place we've been. It was our dreams come true. We were lookin for a classic italian stone coutryhouse with a pool to rent but this place was much much more. Casa del Neri was perfect for our two families 2+2.Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms beautiful dining room with authentic italian kitchen.Interior was very sophisticated with wooden,stone and marble finish. Swimming pool was in a few minuts walk through cyprese path which was a great comfort as we were with kids so we felt no worries when they were playing aroud the property. Also a great comfort was narby playroom for kids were our littleones could go in the morning to play and let us spent some more time in beds and prepare a slow breakfast. Camporsevoli was a perfect base to visit heart of Tuscany. Many magnificent places and bautiful cities were just in about 1h reach. We spent only 5days of our 3 weeks holiday here, but every other place was nothing special compared to Camporsevoli. Grazie!

I was looking for a place where I could unwind, read, and enjoy a relaxed morning coffee. Cristina and Enrico’s place did not disappoint. Stunning views in every direction, and the terrace is the perfect spot to relax. The kitchen makes you want to cook, and the neighborhood is friendly and helpful. Also Cristina and Enrico were so helpful, recommending great bars, restaurants and activities, and they were always available. Would come back anytime!

Beautiful Agriturismo with a stunning view of the Umbrian hills. Roberta did an amazing job and the room was perfect as described.

Francesco's place is comfortable, spacious and clean. The location is great, you are in the city center one step away from all the monuments, the rooms are clean, well organized and equipped with everything you need. Francesco was a wonderful host, always super quick to respond and available to help us. We hope to have more opportunities to stay at your wonderful Minerva annex!

Chiara was a great host and we really enjoyed our time in tuscany and the area. Was great experience and she also helped us and organized a toddler chair for our baby Alma, we really appreciate it!

Everything was perfect, location, communication, the house. The pool, that we shared with the rest of the houses of the villa, was fantastic. Also, there are two dogs and a cat who were really nice, even where I am usually a bit scared of dogs. We would like to repeat in the future. Just to let others guests know don’t forget to bring your own gel and shampoo.

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

We had a nice time with friends in Tarano. Communication went smoothly, the house was fine, the air conditioning was a plus and the pool was very pleasant. 1 small downside: there are no umbrellas as shown in the photos. Definitely recommended to stay here.

We had a great stay at Casa Uliveto! The grounds are spectacular- so much space, beautiful views, gorgeous pool (which was too cold to use when we were there but was still nice to look at), and my kids loved the tennis court and soccer field. They would never have left the grounds if we’d let them! The house had plenty of room for our larger group and was comfortable and clean, though not fancy. Andrea was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay. He arranged a chef to cook for us one night and give us a cooking class the next day. Both got rave reviews. But the highlight for me was the private wine tasting with Paulo! Absolutely fabulous! I would definitely stay here again.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

We loved Sabrina's place! The house was beautiful and property was so peaceful. Everything was like the pictures, plenty of space for 6 of us (4 adults + 2 children). Sabrina gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do that were a short drive into town, and she was extremely responsive via whats app for our other questions throughout our stay. We did a day trip into Montepulciano - 1.5 hr drive away so very conveniently located. Would love to be able to stay here again if we make it back to Italy!

A truly magical experience and the perfect place to stay. We spent 5 nights in this special house with the most breathtaking views. A wonderful place to stay and explore the local area. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. The personalised meet and greet was a lovely way to start our stay. You will not be disappointed if you choose to book this beautiful house.
