House vacation rentals in Spokane

Hands down the best airbnb we’ve stayed in. The location was perfect, out of the way but easy access to downtown Spokane. The home and property showcased eclectic fun decor. We enjoyed seeing the antique furnishings and creativity of decorating. The home was perfect, from the comfort of the bed, great water pressure, beautiful views, jacuzzi, and extra snacks available. Mikes place is a must visit! We will absolutely be back!

Loved how everything was set up,very clear instructions on how to get there,was fantastic that everything was labeled to be easily found. Definitely set in a pretty quiet neighborhood.

This is a very nice property with most all the amenities that you would want you can tell that the owner and management want to create a welcoming and comfortable experience. Very quiet, spacious and private, but yet only about 10 minutes away from a couple restaurants and a great organic grocery store. I think our favorite thing was the water - we did not need to worry about bringing our own drinking water as the water right out of the tap was better than we could buy at the store. We will look to see if this property is available on our next get together in Spokane.

What a gem of a place! Kyra's place is even cuter in real life than the photos. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed is super cozy comfy, the deck is amazing, the hot tub is clutch, the wood fire stove was so nice to have when I woke up to a snowy morning... I can't say enough good things! Highly recommend, especially if you're looking for a getaway from the city.

We loved our stay here at Allison’s home. This was more like a B&B experience and Alli is an amazing host that goes out of her way to help you feel at home, relaxed and comfortable while still giving you total privacy. The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. Great water pressure, lovely den and kitchen area, fast internet and great TV options. We loved the hot tub and sauna. A must if you visit- indulge! Honestly, we wished we had booked more time here as it was the most relaxed we had been our entire trip. We will plan to come back when we visit Idaho again in a few months without a doubt. Don’t hesitate to book your time here. You will be glad you did!!

Perfect house for a family ! The younger kids were upstairs near the master and the older kids could be downstairs . Very comfortable. The hot tub was nice after we got rained out at silverwood. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Close to everything we wanted to do for back to school shopping, good food and the theme park. The host had wonderful communication. Clean safe neighborhood

We definitely enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and clean and exactly as described. The location was centrally located for the activities we had going on and made transportation easy to and from. The hot tub was a great way to end a long day on the basketball court and easy to open, plus the robes made it very convenient to stay warm when you got out. The beds were comfortable and the area was quiet making it a peaceful nights sleep. We would have liked to have had access to a washing machine and dryer, but it was ok. Honestly didn’t remember if it was mentioned in the description or if we over looked it, but it wasn’t a big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this place. Traveled to Spokane for a week-long Family Christmas with 9 guests ages 19-72. Rick's place was fully furnished with all the amenities we could need. Endless supply of towels and ample disposables like TP and paper towels. Nice dishes with fully stocked kitchen, incl. spices. We cooked most of our meals and had all the utensils, pots, pans we could have needed. Complimentary coffee and creamer as well as micro popcorn was a nice touch. Our goal was to be together, not necessarily the area, so the media room was great. Elf on the big screen was a fun movie night. the pinball and Paxman games were also fun. There is a small "gym" area with a treadmill etc. that was also enjoyed. Comfortable LR with ample seating for us all. Nice dining area. Comfortable beds and linens. Great water pressure for showers. Two thumbs up from our crew! Made for a memorable Christmas 2024! Thanks to Rick and his team!

This house was fantastic! Just a little slice of quiet and fun away from the hustle and bustle of the tournament we were in town for. The house was spacious and had more than enough room for the 10 of us staying. The pool was warm and there were tons of goodies provided for the kids to enjoy in there. We will definitely stay again!

Incredible home, very private and felt very safe! The house had the best amenities with the zip line and hot tub! Kayloni was so kind and sweet even when we had to call her at 11:30 pm to ask a clarifying question. We had the best time and would love to come back again!

Michael’s place was great for our two families to spend time together! Lots of space, kids stayed entertained, comfortable seating and beds. We would stay again and recommend to others!

Absolutely beautiful location and home. Had all the amenities described in perfect running condition. The home was very clean and we had everything we needed. We felt right at home. I am looking right now to book it again for the summer! We went in winter and enjoyed the snow.

We had a get together with cousins big and little and had the most amazing time! We loved the warm pool to make it feel like summertime despite all the snow. Plenty of space for all of the kids and adults to spend time together. Everything was clean and as pictured!

I booked this home so that we could attend a couple of soccer games over the weekend. The home was spacious enough to accommodate a few parents and a few of the soccer players (16 y.o. girls). The main floor is open concept which worked well for us. The four bedrooms upstairs are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The main floor bedroom was perfect for one of our parents who had trouble with stairs. The downstairs basement was where the soccer players stayed and they had a great space to bond and relax after the game. It is fully carpeted, there are 3 twin beds, 2 air mattresses and a sectional where 2 can sleep. There is a foosball table and air hockey which was fun. There is also a hot tub which was cleaned right before we arrived and a wonderful indoor dry sauna. It's a quiet, kid-friendly neighborhood. Kyle was a wonderful host who responded to my questions within the hour. We would love to stay there again.

The house was very beautiful. Great views! Plenty of beds and space to spread out. Great back yard space too! Only concerns I had, there is an apartment in the basement. The door to the basement is locked so that the tenants cannot get into the house. I didn’t see that mentioned in the ad. Also, after I payed, I was informed that a wedding would be going on the first night, out in the side barn so we had to stay inside the house until 8pm. Wedding went on longer than originally stated. Great host however! Quick and helpful responses!

I booked Bret's place for an out-of-town employee to stay while working on a job for us. The booking process with Bret was extremely easy and he is one of the most responsive hosts I have ever worked with (and that's after using Airbnb for over 4 years and traveling abroad for many of those years). He was top notch! Bret was very accommodating and flexible when we needed to make adjustments to our reservation. His kindness and willingness to work with us was much appreciated! The location of this property was perfect and in a great area. My employee reported that the home was spotless with comfy beds and linens. He also stated that there was everything provided that one would need! I highly recommend staying at Bret's place! We will definitely be booking with him in the future.

This is absolutely a perfect Airbnb for visiting Spokane. So much to say: it's in a great location, quiet, tree-lined streets, walkable, close to Manito Park. It's also close to streets that take you right into other parts, like downtown. The home's space is just right. Communication was outstanding. Everything was so easy! The host is super cool and on top of it. I recommend this home. In fact, I'm planning on staying here again next time I travel through!

it was a pleasant step back in time. it didn't have internet....I kind of like that. nice break. lots of sitting room to eat. large back deck, lots of seating. really peaceful

Cozy home that was a perfect home base for our visit in Post Falls. Very clean ( thanks Tim:) and well stocked with linens and kitchen ware. Easy check in/out. Great restaurants nearby. We very much appreciated our stay.

Really liked this place and I’d stay here again! Driveway didn’t work for me, if your car sits low you can’t open your doors. I just parked out front though so it didn’t matter much to me. The stairs inside are only a bit steep, but the carpet on them made them fine for me. I could see older people and kids struggling with them, but I’ve seen much worse. I love the old school vibes upstairs and then downstairs is all renovated and new, felt like I was time traveling, in a good way! Haha. Definitely liked this place!

We loved our stay! Yana was an incredible host -- so welcoming and responsive from start to finish. The home looked exactly like the photos and was very well equipped with everything we needed and lots of thoughtful touches. The beds were extremely comfortable with high quality linens. And the place was spotless. It's located in an older working class neighborhood, reasonably kept -- nothing fancy but very quiet. And we found it super convenient to everything (5-10 minutes to Gonzaga, the Convention Center, Spokane Arena/Podium, the freeway, groceries, restaurants, etc). We hope to stay again next time we are in Spokane. Thank you again, Yana, for all of your wonderful hospitality. We would recommend your home to anyone looking for a cozy spot in Spokane!
