Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Spittal an der Drau District

We spent 2 nights in the holiday home Sunseitn. The house is large and well equipped. The view is awesome and the area very quiet. We were well received and got a tour of the house. Everything was tiptop clean and we have absolutely nothing negative to report. We would come back:-)

Sarah's place was very neat and clean. There were seven of us, including a dog, comfortably found space and felt completely comfortable. A small downside was the somewhat cumbersome locking of the door in the middle bathroom. We were particularly enthusiastic about the opportunity to hike directly from the house into the mountains and enjoy the fantastic view. We had rented both houses for our team event. Both houses are modern and stylish. It was everything we needed in the house. The location and views are mega. Despite the location, everything can also be reached quickly by foot.

Vanessa's place is very spacious, cozy, and well equipped. Ideal for a large group of people and great views. The road to the property is a little exposed and difficult in the dark for drivers not accustomed to the mountains. When she arrived, the house was a little cold, but Vanessa was attentive and available to solve the problem, although some radiators didn't seem to work properly. Great value for money and great cleanliness. It was a great experience for us and we definitely recommend it!

Great chalet in the immediate vicinity (5 minutes by car) to the St. Oswald/Brunnach ski slope, where there is ski rental, children's ski school/ski kindergarten and gastronomy directly on the slopes, as well as parking. We were there with two families during New Year's Eve week (4 adults, 4 children of 4, 6, 8 and 9 years) and the house is exactly as described and very comfortable. Particularly noteworthy is that you get the house very warm (oven, partly underfloor heating), as well as there was always enough hot water for showering or bathing. We've already experienced it all differently. All service providers were super friendly, from the woman in the toll cottage on the highway to serving in the gastro despite Rush Hour. The ski kindergarten delighted our little ones, so we were able to give a few hours full speed on the slopes in the morning (slope recommendation 20, 22 and 28 to the carven for advanced). Beautiful accommodation, easy to reach very large rooms with their own bathroom, host Ana, super available. The very quiet area is perfect for spending time with friends, the sauna is great for relaxing.

Very nice, cozy and clean apartment. Close to a sculptor. There are plenty of amenities from the sauna, pool, games for children… we enjoyed the most on the lounge chairs on the terrace by the fireplace. Any recommendations!

We loved our stay here. The apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed as a family of four. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Beds super comfortable. We used the swimming pool and sauna in the hotel - excellent. We travelled to Bad Gastein by train. Using the local bus was extremely easy to get into town and ski each day.

We stayed with Heidi over New Year's Eve, were warmly welcomed. There was everything you needed to live. Full kitchen, all clean. See very beautiful view and quiet location. Our dog was super welcomed by Rico (dog from the owner) so we had to come home with our beggars. All in all super nice hosts! We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything! Absolutely amazing mountain hut in stunning scenery. Teresa and Stefan have put in loads of work so that you can get back to basics, slow down and live it up in natural luxury! Thoroughly recommend Danke schon!

Our stay with Peter and Andrea was really something very special and we enjoyed our time there. We were so warmly welcomed and the good conversations over coffee will remain in our good memory. The farm is beautifully situated with magnificent views of the valley and the mountains. The apartment on 2 floors is nicely and kindly furnished and has everything you need. The beautiful swimming lake with raft is a highlight and everything on the Courtyard bears witness to the loving hand of the hosts. Peter and Andrea are truly exceptional and generous hosts who took a lot of time for us and also provided us with wonderful homemade vinegar or vegetables from the garden. If you stick to the directions (and really drive right, even if the signpost Pirkachberg shows on the left), you will also find the Ederhof well. We can wholeheartedly recommend him and hopefully come back again!

We were 4 adults, 4 children and had very good space. The kitchen-living room is very cozy. The kitchen well equipped. The view is great. The ski resort is easily accessible. The communication was very friendly and Jaap was always available. The road to the property is very steep in places and unfortunately already a little affected, we had to choose the lane exactly so as not to "shear" somewhere (Ford C-Max, no sports car😅) Overall, a great place to stay at a fair price.

Magnificent place with a very nice view of the true Austrian nature. Everything was accurate and very clean. Very respectful staff and welcoming. Very nice place for all seasons. I strongly recommend it.

This was our second stay at Tatjana’s beautiful house and we loved it. Thank you. The location is picturesque and the house is fantastically equipped to ensure your alpine holiday, is wonderful. It's been a wonderful weekend. Even in advance, some questions could easily be clarified by phone. The staff were very kind. Because of the cold we got a free upgrade. Everything was easy, fast, friendly and very good. A clear recommendation.

Christiane was a great host - friendly and helpful, and even left a delicious kuglof for us upon arrival. We stayed there for a week-long skiing vacation (Katschberg is less than a 30 min drive) and thoroughly enjoyed our time. For the price, it was a great option for our family of 5.

It's a very quaint apartment, with huge meadow on the slope and direct forest connection. The apartment is nicely cozily decorated and perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

The best host of Airbnb that we ever met: warm and friendly. The house is like a castle, it's very peculiar and set in a quiet place; you are literally surrounded by nature and we were lucky enough to see the stars were well at night It doesn't take much by car if you want to visit the Kaerten lakes from there, and cities like Spittal and Lienz. Nice home with a great view! There is enough space for 6 people and it was very clean. The female host is really kind and helpful. She takes good care of her guests and is very attentive. You can do a lot of things from this location. The Carinthia map is recommended. This can be bought in the village at the bottom of the mountain. Our young children also had a fantastic time here.
