Great spot, bonus that it was pet friendly. Our stay was very comfortable and our dog really loved being able to run around in a fenced yard. Host provides extensive list of recommendations if you find yourself unsure of the area.

Amazing stay in a beautiful part of the country. We loved our time in San Juan islands, and the stay was a big part of it. Perfectly located within a very short drive of town and the sights, while away from the noise and bustle. The care that has gone into this place is apparent throughout, from the furnishings, to the amenities, the beautiful grounds, and the most gracious, welcoming hosts. We went hiking, whale watching (Maya's adventures), and kayaking (Crystal seas kayking), while enjoying great food, beer (San Juan brewery) and wine (San Juan winery). We will definitely return to San Juan and seek out Chris's place. Highly recommended.

Lynna and Dennis’s cottage was the single best airbnb experience we’ve had. The space is beautiful and cozy, and our hosts were infinitely kind and welcoming. There is so much to do on this property—it was a true “choose your own adventure” experience. It seemed like every day we discovered a new nook or cranny that Lynna and Dennis have put there to surprise and delight guests. We kayaked, explored the tide pools, lit the wood stove when it got chilly out, and had an all around wonderful time. Their recommendations for things to try around the island were spot on. (Check out the whale watch they suggest—we had a blast, and learned a lot about the region!) There is so much more to be done and enjoyed on this property and on Orcas than we could fit into four days, and we sincerely hope we’ll have the chance to return soon!

This was the exact cottage experience I was hoping for when booking our trip. The cottage looked exactly like the photos, there was helpful info left for us and the kitchen was well equipped for two people. We loved the little get-to-know-you games in the cottage and we had a blast spending our morning playing lawn games. The hot tub was a perfect way to spend an evening, we even had some birds visit while we were enjoying a soak. The location was convenient for to getting to the wildlife preserve early and the dock access was really cool.

The condo was just perfect. It was easy to find, check in was easy, the place was spotlessly clean and decorated nicely. The beds are exquisite and so comfortable and Kat was quick to answer questions and accommodate. Highly recommended.

San Juan Islands get away with a 7 min Ferry ride

Guemes is a slow pace island with minimal goods/services. We love it here but if your a first timer it might be culture shock :) This home is as described, spacious, lots of seating. Comfortable beds. Clean. Great deck for morning coffee and dinner in the evening. Responsive host. We have a reunion on the island every year and meet up with family on a beachfront lot. This was a perfect place to retreat back to in the evenings and relax with our adult children and grandkids. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay. Carlene was easy and quick to communicate such, the cottage had everything we needed, and we loved sitting on the deck enjoying the view. The resort the cottage is part of was helpful since we had our 10-year-old with us. The pool is a big reason we booked here, and the lawn games were an extra bonus we hadn’t expected. We even got to see an otter below the marina dock on our first day - a perfect sighting in Otter Bay!

Kevin's place was wonderful to stay at, was quite and peaceful. Close to the beaches and other amenities. Made attending my friends babyshower effortless. The mini putting course was also fun as hell!

We had a great stay at Zoe's! The area was so quiet! It was walking distance to the grocery, a little sushi place and a few local shops. It was also a short drive into Duncan and not too far from Victoria. Zoe was always very responsive and provided helpful information about the area. It was just a great time!!!
