Clod and Kira are the super host. It was a pleasure to meet them, the stay was not like the usual airbnb stay, we were welcomed as if at home. We know for sure that it will not be the last time that we will meet - til next time!

The accommodation was exactly as described, clean, spacious, with a super equipped kitchen, located in a quiet area, with a beautiful view of Procchio Bay. Both indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for a family with small children like ours. Located in a strategic point and great starting point to reach all the most beautiful beaches of the Island of Elba. Elisa, the host, kind and helpful!

We had a lovely time. We were 6 adults and 2 children. The whole villa was clean and very close (10min walk) from the beach away. We went everyday to the beach.

We felt at home. The apartment is in a quiet and shaded location and this also allows in the summer heat to fully take advantage of the garden, equipped with a large table, chairs, deck chairs, barbecue and shower, all for exclusive use. The interior is modern and equipped with many amenities including dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. It also has a washing machine shared with the other apartment. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the beach of Campo alla Hia, and if you want Riccardo, it also offers bicycles to move more comfortably. Friendly host, very present and helpful. We highly recommend it!

Edoardo and his family were extremely kind, pleasant and helpful hosts. The location of the apartment is just fantastic! You can reach a beautiful beach in three minutes (by walk!). You could ask Edoardo anything and he was always very polite and helpful. We were certainly not the last time there!

The property exactly matches the description and photos. The host has always been responsive and prompt, as well as accurate and helpful. The house is very nice and cozy.

Villa Ottagonale is part of a project from the early '60s that should have led to the creation of about ten villas commissioned by the famous architect Gio Ponti. In fact, only two were built: the Villa Ottagale and the adjacent Villa Allungata. Spending a week in environments that emanated the charm of a great Italian architecture has contributed a lot to the pleasantness of our vacation. The rooms of the villa are also very spacious and comfortable with the only exception of the bathrooms that are affected by the '60s construction: working and clean, but with spartan showers and separate faucets without the mixers to which we are all accustomed to (perhaps we could improve the quality of the additions - type boxes and mobile walls - with materials of better workmanship and quality that respect the style of design excellence of the house). The exteriors are very high for surface, equipment and comfort with a TOP pool and large tables.

When we come back to Italy, we will be reaching out to Carola again and stay at her place. The accommodations we fantastic.

Villa Bacci is beautifully located! The house is large and well stocked/divided (several bathrooms, living rooms & upstairs a small lounge, kitchen appliances, high-quality tables & chairs for indoor/outdoor etc.) It is lovingly and stylishly restored and decorated with antique finds from family ownership. The pool especially delighted the kids. This is exemplary secured with a child-proof locking mechanism. We spent great evenings outside at the long wooden table (with lighting!) in the gravel square, enjoyed the mood, grilled and ate and the kids played. The place is incredibly quiet and you can hear and see many animals such as pheasants, bats, etc. Alfredo was always friendly, understanding and super accessible, gave us tips for the rainy days and also Giovanni (check in/out) is a very fine person! We stayed with an extended family (grandparents, children & grandchildren) on the property for a week. We will be back!

Our family of nine (including a toddler) had a fantastic time at Alex’s place. She was a super responsive host and replied immediately to any questions we had. In particular, we loved the absolute serenity of the location and the beautiful setting. The infinity pool was a hit with everyone. We had so much fun building a fire in the pizza oven and creating our own pizzas together. Suvereto is a lovely little town with excellent restaurant choices and very few tourists. (Try Cio Cio - delicious food and wonderful service). The house had all the necessary amenities (always appreciate a well equipped kitchen) and the rooms were all cool and comfortable in the heat. The comfortable lounge area on the side of the house saw a lot of use. For foreigners- the garbage system is a little confusing- ask Alex at the start of your stay how to deal with that. The photos don’t reveal how truly beautiful this location was. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

Well-maintained house from the '70s with a beautiful garden and a beautiful pool. The garden and outdoor spaces are ideal for those with children and dogs The space is well distributed between rooms, living room and outdoor area, which is very livable and has a beautiful barbecue. The house is equipped with everything and in an original state, very well kept; the only bathrooms that require a refresh. Location in a residential area, very quiet and surrounded by greenery; a little out of the way and therefore requires the use of the car to reach the beaches and services. Finally, a positive note about exterior maintenance: having gardeners and cleaning twice a week allows you to always have everything in order.

Staying at the villa with our friends was really nice and relaxing. We enjoyed the greenery, the pool, the barbecue, but above all the incredible view that surrounded the villa. The owners were welcoming and available for any eventuality. We'll definitely be back.

Marta and her husband are true loves. We had a car breakdown and our vehicle remained immobilized on the island. They drove us shopping, brought us back to the boat. They were very helpful with the garage. Very accommodating. Regarding the listing, it is as described. It is pleasant, well-equipped. The view is splendid. Access to the freshwater swimming pool, sea and sea are very easy. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back again.

One of the better destinations I made. perfect for large groups and families. we were 9 adult and 3 kids and it never felt cramped. perfect with pool and walking distance to the local village. The host gave a lot of great tips and booking a chef for an evening was amazing!
