This is such a beautiful property to stay on. It’s family history and architecture was extraordinary. The hosts were absolutely incredible and so gracious with us. We loved it! The property is so peaceful and the beaches are amazing. The town so cute great restaurants highly recommend.

I had a great stay in Stefania’s home! It was safe, clean and ideally located. Possible to park car nearby and very clear instructions. Would definitely recommend!!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is deserved: access is accessed by an extremely narrow alley bordered by walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

The house is incredibly cozy and incredible location. The jacuzzi with a view of the mountains is very cool. Also the location gives the opportunity to see the sunset. In a nutshell, I'm very happy with my time at this lodge.

The villa, the garden and the surrounding mountains are incredibly beautiful. We especially enjoyed the kayaks + SUP board, the big and rainsafe outdoor table, the new smart TV, the whirlpool and the many seats to lay at the beachfront. All in all a place for a dream vacation.

Very nice stay, the house is located near the sea, it is very close to the center, it has many spaces to enjoy all the hours of the day, it is super equipped , it has a good TV with the most updated apps. We had a great time, my children had a great time being able to carve out all of them , thanks to the predisposition of the house. Have a nice vacation

Marco is available and very professional. The house is clean and spacious, the view is very nice. The private spa was a must repeat, all immersed in a country with a magical atmosphere (I recommend visiting cat lovers as there are so many nice cats).

We stayed with Giuseppe for a short weekend but we had a really good time. The apartment is in great condition, functional, spacious and its surroundings are quiet and easily accessible. This host is really wonderful. What stood out that they left us breakfast on our brief 1 night stand to visit Montecassino. House is so clean really pristine. Terrace is huge with the view of. MonteCassino. I would highly recommend this for everybody. Thank you Arturo and Carolina very much

Vivian’s place is absolutely beautiful, in a wonderful location and has everything you could need for a fabulous stay. It is my favourite Airbnb yet and made me and my family feel instantly relaxed. It was the perfect place to stay in Terracina. The view from the windows, plus all the homely comforts are exceptional. Thanks Vivian!

I have rarely been surprised so positive by a place where I already had very high expectations. Michele, Clarissa's father, has made a real jewel. A manicured estate in every detail with a breathtaking view of the lake. A movie setting. Very clean and equipped with every comfort; when you arrive you find it already cooled with the air conditioner, Michele welcomes you with a toast to introduce yourself and in two seconds you are in paradise. The garden (which looks like a golf course) overlooks the lake where for guests there is a pedal boat from which to admire the nature around (woods, royal germs and herons) and the wonderful sunsets that color the water and the sky. The amount of services offered is endless. It is a location that is comfortably in the luxury category. Michele is a great landlord and a great cook.

I loved to stay at Maya's apartment. As I said to Maya, I felt as I was in a movie. The location can't be more perfect, and the apartment is cozy, cute and very comfortable! It has everything that you need, I'm looking forward to come back! ah... and Maya is lovely!

Beautiful apartment, great location, great hosts

Marcos place is a great find nestled in the medieval town of Sermoneta. Sermoneta itself has a range of cute bars and restaurants and all is within walking distance of the place (be prepared for lots of steep stairs and cobbled streets in Sermoneta!). Parking was easy and made the house very accessible. Inside the house, it is an old converted olive mill which gives the house character along with its unique layout. Before staying i was confused with the bedroom layout so this is how it actually is; Bedroom 1: Double bed + cot. Bedroom 2: Double bed + 2 single beds inside the room up some stairs. Bedroom 3: Double bed. Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (note you have to walk through this room to get to bedroom 3). And finally a sofa bed in the living room. Hopefully that clears some things up. Overall we had a great stay enjoying the town, the pool and the views over the valley towards the sea.

Easy and helpful to communicate with.

We had a really good time at Carlo's house: for the courteous and familiar welcome, the panoramic view, the quiet location and a little secluded, but close to interesting places, and for the presence of the pool, useful given the high temperatures.

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

We LOVED our stay here!! Large and comfortable well-appointed house, with everything you could possibly need (washing machine and a lovely soaking tub!). Loved cooking in the kitchen and we did use the wonderful outdoor BBQ. Minutes drive from groceries and the hilltop village. Wonderful hosts welcomed us upon arrival, showed us everything and how things worked, and immediately responded to questions. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing quiet and peaceful stay! 10 stars and definitely recommend!!

Beautiful place, was made to feel very at home by the lovely hosts who catered for all of our needs. The location is perfect - nestled amongst nature with picturesque towns nearby. We loved our time there and hope to be back in the future! Really special.
