Michela was a fantastic host. Check-in and check-out were super easy and flexible. From restaurants, beaches, excursions, etc., she put together a great handbook. Everything just like in the description - we especially enjoyed the lower couch lounge, as well as the small beach right in front of the house. The kitchens are also equipped with everything you need. The street we are open to Michaela communicates a little loud but didn't bother us any further. For strong coffee users, I recommend taking a Bialetti or the like. Otherwise, there are capsule coffee machines. Everything was just perfect and even better than it looks in the pictures. Scenic views, beautiful bedrooms, both has it's private bathrooms - kitchen is fully equiped, we didn't miss anything at all! The village is super small, we didn't meet any people during our stay, it seemed that we were alone:) would definitelly recommend it to friends!

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Even more beautiful than the photos - this house is a dream. The scenery is unreal and waking up to such peaceful views is a gift in this life. The house itself is really nicely laid out with spacious rooms and bathrooms all set apart from each other for maximum privacy. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival. We were two families who spent 4 days here with 4 children and we cooked Thanksgiving dinner. The house had all we needed to make a large meal and the children were entertained running around in the yard and exploring outside. The host, Janusz, is friendly, communicative, and proactive. 10/10 this house was absolutely beautiful- an unforgettable Thanksgiving for all of us.

We stayed at the house one night to go the next day from albus alpaca, the location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the farm, and about thirty minutes from Montalcino. Upon our arrival we found the heaters on and we had a great time despite the cold outside, the house was clean and kept in perfect condition. Simonetta was kind and helpful, I would go back

Susanna gave us an excellent welcome. The house surrounded by nature is beautiful and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The large, fenced garden is perfect for four-legged friends who can play free and worry-free. The quiet area sheltered from traffic gives guests the right relaxation. The center is less than a 5-minute drive or can be reached on foot by taking a nice walk in the green of the Maremma. Amenities - such as supermarkets and clubs - are also less than 5 minutes away. Excellent.

Fantastic stay for two people with breathtaking views and direct access to the sea. Donatella is very helpful as a host and will be able to give you useful tips on Porto Santo Stefano and coves in the area. Highly recommended!

Cute Little cabin in lovely garden setting. Great views over the water. Private and easy walking distance to the port and restaurants.

We had a quick 36 hour stop here during our honeymoon trek though Italy and Sara’s place was a great place to reset and relax for a bit. We loved visiting Volterra (relatively tourist free compared to our other stops) and the guest villa we stayed in was very cozy and comfortable. Sara and her husband were very helpful with anything we needed and they even left us a bottle of champagne on our last night!
