Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Spencer County

Highly recommend!! Was in town for a show at the Mercury Ballroom and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the venue, 4th street, and a lot of restaurants downtown. Airbnb was very clean, felt safe, looked just like the pictures. Very quiet, did not hear the neighbors at all. This is right in downtown, but did not hear the traffic unless it was a loud vehicle. The bed was also very comfy. Parking garage was very convenient to get to and you can see your parking spot from the unit. Although getting in and out the garage in a Honda Civic was hard because of the tight corners. Longer vehicles like trucks and SUVs might have trouble, but just take it slow. Devin and his team was always nice, communicated very well, and gave detailed instructions. We didnt need anything from them, but always answered within minutes when we did message.

Cute apartment in a great location to visit my daughter at the seminary. The place is quirky and a little small but it suited my friend and I. I wouldn’t recommend any more that two people (or possibly a couple with a small child) because of the size. The living room furniture isn’t very cozy or comfortable but the beds were good. The galley kitchen is adorable and serviceable. Think of it as a great place to stay for a night or two, in place of a motel, rather than a “vacation home”.

For a couple days in Louisville bouncing in and out of town to explore the Bourbon Trail the place was great. There's a bunch to do around Nulu and the farthest distilleries were about a 35 minute walk. Place was cozy, beds comfortable, and incredibly clean. Parking on the block was never an issue, even on the weekend. Overall, a wonderful place to call home base if you're visiting Louisville!

This is a beautiful apartment within walking distance of lots of things to do - restaurants, shops, library, wineries, museums. There is a lot of ambient light at night, though. Bring a sleep-mask if you like it to be quite dark when sleeping. The steps to get into the apartment are VERY steep - this is not a handicapped-accessible location. The street parking nearest the apartment has a 2 hour limit most days of the week, but there is free parking just behind the library that is closer than you would park if staying at a hotel - not at all an inconvenience, but still something to know. The kitchen was spotless and well-stocked with the basics for cooking. Dishwasher, keurig, toaster, beautiful oven/stovetop, washer and drier, etc. Living room is comfortable and clean, lots of games provided, TV. We were 2 adult couples staying here for a week-long visit of the Louisville area. It was quite perfect. Each couple had their own room and ensuite bathroom. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

This was our second time staying at the A-Frame and it won’t be our last! We had an incredible time exploring the Bourbon Trail and even went on a thrilling haunted ghost tour with Amerighost Tours in Louisville. The A-Frame was perfect - clean, comfortable, and in a great location for all of our adventures. A personalized note welcoming our stay along with a bowl of snacks was a lovely touch. Erika and Bobby are amazing hosts who are super responsive and genuinely care about making sure their guests have the best experience. We look forward to staying here on all of our future trips to Kentucky!

Sarah‘s place was very clean and comfortable and in such a beautiful and peaceful location. She left lots of great suggestions about food and other things to do. Our visit also included visiting the bourbon Trail, and it was very centrally located for that.

We had a fantastic quick stay on our long drive from Maine to Texas! Jack's place was absolutely beautiful, private and cozy! We felt right at home and had everything we could possibly need for our quick trip but it was well stocked for longer visits as well! We loved the views from the huge wrap around porch both morning and night, watched an incredible frosty sunrise and saw fantastic shooting stars on our arrival. We highly recommend Jacks place and would definitely stay again. Jack had excellent communication and his place was impeccably clean. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Jamie was wonderful at answering questions quickly, helping with checkin promptly, and the home was exactly as described. Kitchen has all tools needed for cooking. Bedrooms and bathrooms all fully stocked with fresh linens, soaps, & Q-tips. Home is charming with plenty of room inside and out.

Hunter was a great host and very responsive. Even gave me extra time due to weather. Beautiful, relaxing, spot. Thank you!

Denise was an amazing host! We booked for a weekend getaway and the cottage was the perfect place for us! Beautiful, clean home with amazing scenery. Denise was super friendly, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we needed, and always responded quickly. The hot tub was amazing and super clean! We will be coming back and recommend this place!

Lucas was very responsive; he was prompt and thorough in all of his messages/instructions. The home and porch were clean and user-friendly; our dogs enjoyed waking the neighborhood. We’ll definitely consider returning!

The place was a nice retreat from city life. The location was in a nice quiet area with barely any noise. When we arrived it was super clean and ready to be stayed in. Had everything we needed to stay for about a month. If you needed food or anything, Kroger is literally a minute drive from the location. Also want to give a shout out to our host, Katie. She is a amazing host, any questions or concerns I had were immediately answered. She is very kind and welcoming! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Shelbyville. Wonderful place!

Super clean, spacious condo- perfect for our group of 4! We came into town for the St. Patrick’s Day parade and Dierdre’s place was the PERFECT location- included a parking spot and we were able to walk to various restaurants, bars, etc. Flexible check in process and very responsive to messages! Would definitely stay here again!

I had a long weekend stay for a conference in Louisville. Ameer was a wonderful host. He was quick to respond when I had questions. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely stay there again when I'm back in town.

What a wonderful place to stay for derby weekend. The place is very well stocked. If you show up with nothing but clothes you’ll be fine :) great communicated and the location was ideal for walking to many places. Would do again!

Would stay again. Very clean. We had one issue with the toilet/plumbing, we were able to resolve it, but host was responsive and friendly throughout and said he'd contact plumber. We were not able to park in the spots near entrance (very tight, some spots taken) but parked on street with no issues.
