Vacation rentals with a patio in Spello

We had a lovely stay in Spello with Argen. The facilities are top notch. They were charming, well equipped with thoughtful touches. It is very quiet and peaceful, but easily walkable to the city center. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing, having a meal or enjoying the magnificent views. You are in a world all your own. By far, this is the best accommodations in my 3 months of travel. You have everything you need whether you plan to stay for a while or a weekend escape. They really go above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Roberto and Alice are wonderful hosts, such a welcome is really rare. The house is really big, comfortable and with everything you need (and more!). The area is perfect, a stone's throw from the minimetro that leads to the center and the train station. And then, the icing on the cake, 117 steps (counted!) from the house is the Trattoria Murales, where you can eat DIVINELY and spend the right amount. If you come to Perugia, THIS is the place to stay. Without 'if' or 'but'

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

The place has met our expectations. A beautiful farmhouse surrounded by greenery, but within walking distance of the city. Equipped with every service and super friendly and helpful host along with his family. Super recommended.

Amazing place, so beautiful and peaceful. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Assisi, you can walk everywhere in the city, and when you come back from the cold you can feel right at home in this airbnb.

The house exceeded our expectations by far! It is not only beautiful but also extremely clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed by the dreamy garden, which offers a breathtaking view of the lake – a true oasis of peace. The communication with Andreas was excellent, as were the clear and helpful instructions that made check-in and our stay very easy. We felt completely at home here and would love to come back again!

Spacious house with wonderful pool and a nice view into the sunset. I want to highlight the friendliness of the owners and also the lovely Deruta ceramic pieces you will find everywhere in the house.

We enjoyed Silvia‘s paradise on the hills of Umbria. The surroundings are amazing and our apartment was rustic and simply wonderful. Our kids absolutely loved playing outside with Silvia‘s family‘ pets. The pool area is beautiful as well and we would have loved to use it more had the weather been better. We took a pasta class with Alberto and all four of us enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and are eager to apply our newly found knowledge about making delicious pasta. Finally, we appreciated the tips about the area and were especially impressed by medieval Gubbio! We definitely want to come back and hopefully, will bring our extended family with us next time.

The apartment looks just like in the pictures and is quite spacious and modern. We really enjoyed staying in the apartment and loved the view from the glass "winter garden" to the Umbrian hills. The apartment also offers lovely terraces with an amazing view.

Ilva and her husband met me at the apartment. She gave excellent directions and was patient as I missed a connection in Florence so was two hours later than I thought. The location if perfect for getting all the places of interest in Orvieto. Her apartment is charming and really makes you feel you’re in Italy.

Unforgettable vacation. The farm stay and the pool are immersed in nature. Sun loungers, sun loungers, umbrellas, all the pool environment and private garden area are very well-kept. The private part of the garden is visible but this does not disturb. Very clean house. We would love to come back.

The photos don’t do the place justice. It is way better than the photos. So much space, lovely kitchen and huge living space with 2 amazing terraces with unbeatable views. Todi is delightful and it’s nice that this place is slightly outside the old town. We hired bikes from a great place around the corner which was perfect. Loads of incredible food and drink options close by.

We visited this beautiful city because our daughter was studying abroad at the Umbra Institute. Location was perfect with lots to do and accessible to everything. Our hosts were super responsive with never a delay in answering our questions. The people of Perusia were one of the kindest humans on earth - we just loved everything about it. We also rented a car which made it easier to visit other towns during our stay - Montepulciano, Pienza, Assisi, Spello and Cortona. While a bit stressful at first driving, we were happy that we did! Lastly, best cafe croissant place in Perugia is Arco Cafe. Our daughter loves it and we know why - we had plenty of other cafes and no one came close. Without a doubt, if your travels bring you to Perusia - I would highly recommend this apartment.
