Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Spanish Wells

Pink Sands cottage is located in an ideal location. Short walk to the beach and you are there in seconds. This beach is one of prettiest I’ve ever seen. Shallow clear blue pristine water and you can walk out into the ocean quite a distance. At the end of the street on located on water way you can rent kayaks and tour through the mangroves. We saw a manatee and dolphins! Lindy’s food truck, Eagles Landing restaurant and the grocery store are all in walking distance. Don’t forget to rent a golf cart. It’s the ideal mode of transportation. We loved the out door shower and our group used that the entire time.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood near the beach. House is nicely redone and had everything we needed as a family of 5. I would recommend renting a golf cart to get to restaurants and the grocery store. House manager is super helpful and responsive!

We loved our stay! House was exactly as described and a perfect vacation! The house was stocked with all of our needed kitchen utensils, beach towels and beach chairs. Absolutely loved the upstairs enclosed deck area with chairs! Will definitely be back!

We stayed for one week.  The bungalow is very clean and located in a quiet neighborhood that has easy walking access to the secluded and pristine North Beach.  Easy access to the Food Fair grocery store and there are several good restaurants just a few minutes away by golf cart.  If you value peace and quiet, beautiful beach and solitude this is a great choice.

Gorgeous - as always! Beautiful airy house with enough bedrooms (and bathrooms!!) to keep us out of each other's hair when needed. The pool! And ability to walk right out the yard and over to the beach. THE OUTDOOR bathroom and SHOWER- still my favorite thing about the house after multiple trips. It's just a PERFECT place to stay when you have 2+ people. Centrally located, private as can be while still right in the middle of it all. And Rachel is, as always, an impeccable host!

Howard & his manager Donna were very responsive. Howard went above & beyond by helping schedule our golf carts, get the ferry & taxi set up way in advance & even helped us set up dinner with Miss Virginia...a must for everyone who comes to the island! The location was magnificent!

Awesome spot with great proximity to amenities in town. Beds were a little firm. Caretakers were responsive when needed. Vaughn arranged for our golf cart and taxi / ferry connections which made the trip to and from the house stress free. If you are coming to Spanish Wells you should rent a golf cart to get around and don't forget a small pair of binoculars to watch the many cruise ships and boats that go by in front of the house. This is a truly beautiful spot without the commercialization of many locations.

I really enjoyed my stay at Cloudbreak. The space had everything I needed and more. Tom and Maureen were attentive and responsive. I felt well informed about the space and surrounding areas. It was so peaceful and comfortable that I was able to get some writing done while I was there. My favorite thing was walking to the beach every day. I would absolutely return to stay here again one day!

Great value, private and comfortable right behind the evolving Romara Bay property. We really enjoyed ourselves! Studio suite was clean and the bed was comfy! We were very lucky to meet Tim the owner, who was a highlight!

I highly recommend a stay at Sharon's airbnb! Sharon was super responsive. She accommodated our early check in and late checkout. She was super helpful in coordinating taxi, boat pickup and then picked us up from the boat dock and drove us around. This made a big difference given that we have small kids with us. She really made the process of getting on and out of the island super smooth. The place is charming and having a golf cart included is also an added benefit.

Very clean with all the necessities to make for a great stay. Golf cart is a must.

Maureen and Thomas are very friendly and helpful hosts. Communication was very good. Questions will be answered promptly. They give many informations about the island, beaches, shopping and restaurants. The Cloudbreak house is great. We rented the upper floor. All was clean and prepared for our stay. The 360 degree view from it is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable. The kitchen has all what you need and more. In the bedroom is a queen-size-bed with seaview. We loved it to wake up with this view. Free WiFi works well. To Surfer's Beach it's a 20 minues walk through the green surroundings. The neighborhood is friendly, we felt safe. You need a car to explore the beautiful island.

Lobster Trap was clean and comfortable. Jaime was quick to respond and helpful when needed. We would rent from her again.

Sharon was a phenomenal host who was very quick to answer me anytime I messaged her. She is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Spanish Wells and even gave us a brief tour when we arrived on the island. Sharon’s place was very clean and was a 2 minute walk to the nearest beach. I will definitely be using her place when we come back to SW again.
