Enjoyed! The house is a bit difficult to find but is beautifully secluded. The house itself is spacious and clean. Had a great weekend!

First of all, a big thank you to Elodie and her husband who were kind and above all very responsive to the slightest call . We had a small issue on our side on the road and therefore the delay, but they made us easier and help with our arrival at the house . The place matches the photos , there was plenty of space, we were really able to get comfortable and be as comfortable as possible and enjoy the sun in the large courtyard outside . Recommended Thanks again .

What to say .. it was beautiful! A little piece of heaven . The accommodation is spacious and very well maintained. Special mention for the Nordic bath and sauna .

We had a lovely stay with 2 families. 5 children between 4-9 years. We hit it with the weather and there is extensive football in the lovely garden. Beautifully located, near the forest. The house has all the comforts; from games to ultra organized garage. Very clear, but many, instructions before , during and upon departure. In particular, all the cleaning instructions at the end were a bit overwhelming, if you're also packing up, and paying an 85€ cleaning fee. In our opinion, that was not quite proportionate. Overall still a good value for money for a top weekend away with 2 families! A found item was reported and sent neatly, for which thank you!

I was able to celebrate my 30 birthday here with 9 other friends. The place is full equipped. The booking went smoothly and the communication was smooth. The whole place was very clean. We had a wonderful weekend and are super happy. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at Olga's place with 4 families. The accommodation is as described in the advertisement. On the other hand, it was much bigger than we imagined. The setting is great, we are surrounded by nature while being close to La Roche in the Ardenne.

We had a fantastic stay at Muriel's place. Big spaces, fantastic views, clean bathroom, equipped kitchen... just praise. Beautiful surroundings too. We were lucky to have snow. But every season is without a doubt wonderful in this great house!

We had a great time at Laura & Noam's place, very easy communication with hosts, great house and amenities! We were with friends and family and we spent 5 days relaxing, enjoying the nice weather in the hot tub, the calm, the super pleasant sauna at the end of the day and long aperitifs outside or around the large dining room table or on the terrace that allow convivial family meals... but also Durbuy and its surroundings! It was great, we'll go back 😍

It is a very big house in a very nice location. The living room is bigger than it looks in the photos. Very nice, I recommend it!

The house is really spacious, we enjoyed with a group of 20 persons. check in/out was really easy and timings were flexible which helped since we were delayed. location was perfect for us just 5 minutes drive from Radhadesh. Definitely recommended for a large group.

Very well received on arrival. Unfortunately, due to private circumstances, I could not be there myself, but the attendees said that it is a very spacious house. Pool heated on arrival! Jacuzzi at temperature. Wood available for a nice campfire. For the BBQ, it would be nice if there was a grid. Location top 10 minutes from Maastricht buses leave around the corner. Great home would definitely recommend it! Sorry for any omissions they had to check out early for a long carnival night! Thanks and see you soon!

I'm a bit hesitant to write a review, cause i'd love to keep this place to myself! We had an incredible weekend with a group of dads and sons, the house is just perfect for this. Location, you're on the Eifelsteig route, the Laufenbach river is literally in the yard. And inside it has all the comfort you need. Most bedrooms on a different floor than living room and kitchen, which is great when some stay up late and others sleep early. Fantastic fireplace and sauna. We had an incredible time. So I gave it all away ;-)

We were on site with 11 adults and 4 toddlers and had a great week of vacation. The layout of the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was great for us and we never bothered each other. The house was very nice and very well stocked. The sauna was great too! Unfortunately, the basement bar with the pool table was very musty, so we did not use it. Overall, it was great!

We booked Fabien's house last minute after there were problems with the heating in the house we stayed in first. Fabien responded directly to our booking request and was fortunately flexible with the arrival time. We were warmly welcomed , given a tour and some hiking tips on top . The walk to la Roche au faucons is indeed beautiful . The house is in a quiet location but within walking distance there are plenty of nice places to eat and drink. The house and the garden are ideal for people who want to bring their dog.

An incredible home to host a group or family that wants to relax and reconnect in Belgium. The host was incredibly responsive, and the property had everything for a great week. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with our stay in Malmedy at Patrick's accomodation. Everything we needed was there, and for any questions Patrick was available. Patrick was even very accomodating with regards to a mistake made from our side. Would definitely recommend!

What a nice quiet place. The house is spacious and we had a great weekend with 8 people.

We had a wonderful family stay at the Capucines farm. The place really lends itself to family reunions. The quality of welcome and the little touches of Cynthia and Marc are really up to date! A Christmas tree was set up in the living room and made the place even more family-friendly. Cynthia put energy into finding us a yoga teacher to replace the person who didn't have the opportunity to come. The place has a lot of character and the surrounding nature is refreshing!

Had a great stay with the whole family a lot of space for everyone and everything was super comfortable and cleaner than we expect communication was good and were also allowed to check in earlier. just a pity that we had a glitch on the second day with the pool that was not heated the host was sent a message and it was indicated that it does not work and even though the host indicated that it would come by no one. For this price range, we can expect that we can definitely use the swimming pool for 1 whole day. Because the host didn't stop by and didn't let us know, we heated the pool ourselves. Then the host had a big mouth and complained that we weren't allowed. There were 5 children between 0 and 5 years old. Paid and counted on a warm swimming pool which is also the highlight of the house. If the host expects us to be unable to swim for 1 full day, they may also refund 1 day and certainly do not have a big mouth if we solve it ourselves.

We had a good time in Pailhe! It's a really nice property with great place to stay. With 12 adults and 8 children, we had enough space for time together, but also to retreat. The owners are very friendly and helpful and were able to respond to questions quickly and offer flexible solutions in case of problems. Thanks again 😊
