Vacation rentals with breakfast in Southern Highlands

Delighted with our short stay. very comfortable beds and lounges. Super well provisioned, we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic stay at Anita’s! The accommodation was private, stylish and very comfortable with lovely bed linens, fluffy towels and a lovely bathroom with huge tub and walk-in shower behind the secret joinery door. The well equipped kitchen had all the utensils needed to create a great meal, and Anita had thoughtfully provided some essentials like milk, coffee pods, teas, olive oil, salt and pepper, and some breakfast foods for the first day as well as a lovely bottle of chilled wine and some chocolates- much appreciated! There’s also a washing machine behind the kitchen joinery. The house is really well located being only a short walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to restaurants, bars and supermarkets at Thirroul. We’ll definitely stay again!

It was a truly enjoyable stay. The surroundings were stunning and serene, and Denise was such a welcoming host. I look forward to returning in the future.

The family had a pleasant stay in Berry! The house was easy to find, check-in was simple, and parking was hassle-free. It’s in a great location, within walking distance of everything. The place is homely, it had everything we needed, including a selection of breakfast, tea, and coffee. Bedrooms can get a little warm, but fans are provided. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Robertson. The kitchen was well equipped for big family meals. We appreciated the plentiful supply of firewood to keep us warm and dry inside while the weather was inclement.

What all air BnBs should strive towards. Amazing place, comfortable, clean, stylish with all the bells and whistles and close to town. Host was generous and communicative. Will be back

I bought this stay for my parents for Christmas and they had the most amazing time ! Trish and Andrew were very accomodating and let them check in early and check out late which was greatly appreciated. They had the perfect weather and the studio is right on the river which made it easy to take their paddle boards out. The studio was perfect for a little weekend escape and they would definitely stay again 😊

I had a lovely time at ‘Burralinga’. It’s a beautiful property - very well presented and maintained. The location is perfect as it’s close to town yet definitely far away enough to feel like a country retreat. The space itself is very inviting and comfortable, and Andrew kept me well supplied with firewood. This will be one of my ‘go to’ places when I need a bit of a break! Thanks again for having me : )

I booked this accommodation for my Dad. He turned up early to get familiar with the premises as it is on an unsealed road. Gordon, Penny's partner, met and chatted with him, helping him to get settled so that when he was returning later in the night he wouldn't have to worry. It was really personalised and welcoming. My father felt very relaxed and comfortable there. Thank you Penny and Gordon.

Debra was a lovely host for a delightful, cosy, conveniently located place to stay. Close to Huskisson and Vincentia and no more than a 2 minute walk to the beach. A cute shack, nicely nestled in the bush which felt private and peaceful.

Gail was a wonderful host and her place the perfect sanctuary for our little retreat in Stanwell Park. Gail provided so many thoughtful details to make our stay comfortable and memorable including the freshly baked bread in the mornings. Thanks Gail.

Great location and comfortable pleasant stay. All amenities you need, a very clean, tidy space, modern kitchen, Tv in both living and bedroom a plus. Very warm welcome and engaging host. Lovely wine and cheese. Breakfast was superb. We were encouraged to look at the roses in the garden, which were delightful. Shame we only had 1 night to stay and only briefly met with Lindy to share proud grandparent photos!!

Excellent stay at Trevor and Karen’s place. A quiet residential location with only a short drive from Shellharbour village and Shell Cove. Driveway parking and a private outdoor area are a bonus. Instructions and entry were clear and easy to follow. Trevor and Karen have thought of everything for a short or longer stay. Included were a bottle of wine, cheese and biscuits, breakfast cereals, milk, juice and yoghurt, washing machine and clothes rack. The room size is spacious, well organised and super clean, with facilities to prepare your own meals if needed. Highly recommend for any visit to the Shellharbour area.

As soon as we were greeted at the door by Ange and Graham (and fur baby Kramer) we knew our experience was going to be a positive one. They were welcoming and friendly. Our room was way better than any hotel room we’d stayed in and the little extras like the treats in the room were a thoughtful touch. Starting the day with a cuddle with the baby goats and a beautiful home made breakfast was a treat. Chatting with Ange and Graham was nice and you can really see how much they enjoy hosting and meeting different people. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and making us feel like we were “adopted” for the weekend. We will definitely be back next time we are attending an event in Berry.

Lovely area. About 40 minutes drive from Jervis Bay. Local beach was lovely and a very quiet town. Shared amenities were ok and great to have use of the back yard. Marisabel is very kind and thoughtful.

We had an amazing stay at Bundarra Farm! Rayma went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. She even took us on a buggy ride through the paddocks, which was a fantastic way to take in the stunning scenery. The animals were a highlight of our trip! From the friendly dogs, horses, and llamas, to the cows, calves, bull, roos, and a variety of birds, it was a true animal lover's paradise. My 2-year-old had an absolute ball with all the animals! The Kingfisher Pavilion Suite had everything we could possibly need and more. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and I highly recommend Bundarra Farm to anyone looking for a peaceful and unique getaway. Would definitely love to return!

We just had an amazing 3-day stay at The Malone's Bed and Breakfast, hosted by the lovely Angela and Bill. From the moment we arrived, they were so welcoming and kind. The property has some adorable animals you can feed, which was such a fun and unique touch. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with that perfect homemade feel. Angela even adjusted things to suit our preferences. The bedroom was cozy and functional, and we loved the little touches like homemade jams, chocolates, water, and a sweet card waiting for us. We also made use of the BBQ, which was such a great way to spend an evening. Overall, we had a fantastic time and honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It’s the perfect spot to relax and feel at home. Thanks, Angela and Bill, for a wonderful stay!
