Vacation rentals with a beach view in Southern California

This house was a great spot for our family and friends! The living space was very spacious and the kids loved the pool! Convenient location to get around and enjoy all San Diego has to offer. Jesse was quick to respond and clarify any questions we had!

Very happy with Heidi and Chuck’s place. Felt like home, amazingly clean and welcoming place. The view is wonderful, ocean is near by. House has everything we needed, our room was delightful and perfectly clean, close distance to the restaurants and stunning sunsets Thank you Heidi and Chuck for your lovely Dana Point house! 😊

We enjoyed our stay in Cardiff. The unit was very clean and in excellent condition. Since we traveled from Albany New York on a 12 hour journey we were especially impressed with a stocked pantry to help with morning coffee and our first meal before we had time to go to the market. Julio was prompt in answering any questions we had. If we return to visit we would definitely stay again.

Angela may be the best host I've ever had! She is super warm and welcoming, and her place is gorgeous and well set up. Couldn't pick a better location to be close to the best beach town in Socal, Redondo! Perfect place to walk to the Redondo pier or go for a job on the Strand. A+

This is a lovely neighborhood for walking and an easy 10 minute walk to the big beach. Hosts have house nicely stocked--coffee and tea in the kitchen and lots of towels for the bath. Updated kitchen and bath.

We had a fantastic stay at The Spot! The home was spacious and inviting, with plenty of room for 4 adults and a child. Having 3.5 bathrooms was a huge plus, and the rooftop patio was a great bonus. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the location—just a two-block walk to the beach—can’t be beat! A couple of minor drawbacks: street traffic noise was noticeable, even in the off-season (mostly on the weekend), and the dishwasher’s lower rack was tricky when fully loaded (but Kate is already addressing it!). As former Arroyo Grande residents, we know the area well, and this place is truly a gem. Ww would absolutely stay here again!

This place was absolutely perfect. Nothing beats waking up to the sound of the ocean waves. I’d never been able to walk the beach at sunrise /sunset like that. It was truly magical for me and my group.

Frank's place is immaculate, neat, and well-organized, and it is a quaint space for a couple to stay. This was a last-minute booking, and it didn't disappoint. It is within walking distance to a few local places to eat. Please know that there is construction going on next door. Also, two nights there was a group outside fairly close that was playing music loudly and cutting up. Frank's place, luckily, is secluded, and the noise level gets drowned out. Frank offered suggestions in a binder of places to eat and included instructions for your stay. Frank was responsive when communicating and very courteous. My only suggestion would be to replace the mattress, as it is fairly thin and very firm. Overall, our stay was great; however, we did not stay in the rental much as we were out and about sightseeing all around California. We drove to several different cities each day and had a fantastic time. (To any future guest(s), if you find a diamond, I lost it out of my anniversary ring.)

Memorable stay! We were able to enjoy local Newport Beach with just walking and biking because of this central location. The home is well maintained and we felt welcomed. Thanks!

Wow! Pam has thought of everything you need to have a great beach vacation! By far the best place I’ve stayed in Newport. Excellent location within walking distance to everything. The house was spotless, beds were comfortable and we especially loved the personal note, delicious cookies and cute customized bottle of wine! We’ll definitely be back!

This is the one. Perfect location for a wedding at Casa Romantica or family week at the beach. Garage holds 1 car and we rented a golf cart (recommend, call / Echo Cart!) and it fit easily as well. 2nd car parked across the driveway easily. Bathrooms are clean and feel roomy. Stairs are definitely part of the experience. If you have a large family or wedding party consider renting the downstairs unit as well. Plenty of kitchen equipment and in good condition. The deck with dining table and sofa set is amazing as are the folding wall glass doors. Superior beach supplies . Coffee in cabinet . Fridge empty but for ice , so stop at store before check in. Didn’t have to buy paper towels, nor laundry or dish soap.

We had a wonderful stay here, it was the perfect size for the four of us on a girl's weekend trip. We loved the look and feel of the place and would definitely recommend it to anyone else looking to stay here! Amber was very responsive and hospitable throughout our stay.

Sebastian was a great host! Quick responses and easy check in and out! THE VIEWS ARE NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING! Along with the space and amenities, my family and I had the most amazing time in this amazing home on the ocean!

A charming beachside apartment. Original mid-century features tastefully modernized. All painted white so the room is full of the ocean light. We loved it here.
