Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Southend-on-Sea

Tara’s place is very cosy and it is in the perfect location in Whitstable for a family who wants a bit of comfort and peace from the buzz in the town’s high street. On top of this, Tara is a super friendly and responsive host. We travelled with a couple of kids and our pup and we felt right at home. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

Melanie is a great host. Very proactive and responsive and provided lovely homemade baked goods, butter, tea, coffee and biscuits. Mini pool table was a nice bonus! Easy walk to the beach and town with good pubs, eateries and shops.

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

We had an amazing time at Mark and Sonya's place! It's beautiful, well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely reccomend.

We had a lovely 4 days away celebrating my mother in-laws 70th. Antonina's hospitality was great, the house was spotless and she had even prepped the Swim spa which we weren't expecting to be available. The house had everything we needed for our break. Thank you.

A lovely stay with friends, Frances was very communicative in the lead up and we felt very welcome. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable and the living room was perfect for a cosy night in! We went on a lovely long hike to Shoreham which was a beautiful place to visit. All in all, a wonderful stay

We had an amazing weekend at the house. We were 4 couples who’d travelled to Kent to attend a wedding on the Saturday. Liz was very responsive and flexible from the start. Helpful advice regarding local restaurants & taxi services. We were lucky to have sunny weather as this enabled us to sit outside together for breakfast each morning. The garden is beautiful and very peaceful. The downstairs accommodation is fabulous if you are a group. Super open plan kitchen, dining and seating area opening up onto the garden terrace. Large lounge which I’d imagine you’d use in the Winter more. Masses of equipment in the kitchen which was great as we did our own supper on the Friday evening. We were able to walk to the local pub The George for lunch which was great. Would thoroughly recommend.

Wow just wow. This beautiful home has been a simply perfect mini getaway. So so cosy and clean, beautifully furnished and decorated throughout I really didn’t want to leave. I am without a doubt going to stay here again and already planning my next trip. Rochester High Street is so close by with stunning and quirky little shops and restaurants and all in view of the castle. A real gem of a find perfect I’d say for a family break as well as for solos/couples/business trips I am seriously considering booking this for Christmas if it’s still available. Thank you Perfect Booking I am so glad I discovered you!

Mark was a gracious and responsive host. Mark pro-actively checked- in with me regarding the comfort and satisfaction of the flat. The flat was clean, comfortable and as pictured. The location felt safe and is an idea location close to the train and within walking distance to lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. Should I return to Southend-On-Sea, I would book again.

Lovely room in Nikki’s flat. Nikki picked us up from the station and took us back for our return journey. Everything a traveller could need is provided and all lovely quality. Lovely cabin for a weekend get away - the pictures do not do it justice! The cabin felt very welcoming with a care for details such as a lemon cake, bread and fresh milk for our arrival. Jo was very quick to respond, kind and super accommodating. We would recommend to go by car, as getting to the farm/supermarket/train station was difficult as the surrounding roads don't have space for bikes or walking. Jo had provided numbers for various taxi services which luckily saved us :)

We had a lovely couple of days away with the dogs. we know the area well and went to visit family and friends around Kent. Emma was very accommodating and all the little extra touches were really appreciated. Our dogs settled straight in and loved running around in the shared big garden. would definitely recommend and we will be back next rime we are visiting Kent
