Vacation rentals in South Warnborough

We descended on Niall’s property for a book club weekend, after reading Northanger Abbey and wanting to visit Jane Austen’s house (approx 20min drive away). The house was so remote and peaceful, an expansive garden with beautiful views. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the living room was perfect for a comfy chat. We did have a few issues which were all speedily resolved by a friendly, proactive host. All in all, a fabulous weekend.

Our engineers were happy and comfortable in the property. It was a lovely property and close to amenities for the lads, and a they reported that it was a home from home feel. The check in instructions were and clear and Koala were quick to respond to any queries we had. Overall excellent customer service and would definitely use again!

I had an amazing stay at Lisa’s place! From the moment I arrived, Lisa was incredibly welcoming, taking the time to show me around the entire house. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touch of having some groceries stocked for breakfast—it was exactly what I needed after a long journey. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep every night. Additionally, the beautiful countryside surroundings provided a peaceful retreat, and the property is conveniently located close to the Gatwick apartments. I highly recommend Lisa’s place for anyone looking for a relaxing and homely getaway!

We stayed in the bigger of the two lodges and it was absolutely perfect. They are really nicely staggered back from each other so we got the privacy we wanted. The lodge itself is perfect, with everything you will need. They gave us separate towels for the hot tub and the shower which was really nice. The furniture outside is perfect with sun loungers and table and chairs to eat (there is also a table and chairs inside). Hot tub was ready for us as soon as we got there. On our last night we asked if we could use our fire pit but Emma knocked on the door with a much better fire pit and a load of wood. If you turn all your lights off on a clear night you will see so many stars, it’s a beautiful location. We had a wonderful round the farm and went down into the village. Well worth it and we will be staying again. Thank you

The living areas were perfect for our group of 6 friends with lots of seating space/ options. Also great to have lots of parking space for all. Very peaceful surroundings.

Hosts were very responsive and always willing to help. Quiet and peaceful area. Really enjoyed the amenities and the comfy beds. Worth staying if you’re looking in the area.

I stayed in Yvonne's place for my last night in London and it was the perfect environment for a relaxing evening. Great views, ambiance, and within walking distance to the tube where you can get to central London in 30-ish minutes. There's a cafe and a few grocery stores right by the station for easy, quick breakfast options. It was simple to get to Heathrow - also an around 30 minute tube trip. For solo travelers, I felt safe walking around at night in the neighborhood from the station to the flat (~6 min walk) and the building was very secure. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great place to stay that's relatively close to the airport but also can easily get into the more busy parts of the city
