Apartment vacation rentals in South Tampa

It was a very clean apartment in a very quiet building in downtown Tampa. Within walking distance of restaurants and a short drive to any sporting events! I’ll definitely book again next time I come to Tampa!

This condo was beautiful, clean, many pillows & linen & towels, very spacious for us, plenty amenities, everything worked good, pool was nice! The host was very helpful & replyed quickly to us, I recommend staying here & definitely would come back!

Photos of the unit are accurate. Nothing too fancy, but a good value. The unit feels secure & private, the property has historic charm, parking was easy, and the neighborhood is walkable with lots to do. I would happily stay here again.

The place is very quiet and convenient, especially closed backyard I can let dog go out, also Upper Tampa Bay trail is right by the community which is very nice to walk dog or just take a walk. There is a Publix in 5 minutes walking distance, also a Costco just 3 miles away

Excellent lively location. Walk to the nest bars and restaurants. Nice pool and patio. Super friendly staff. We parked on the street to save money and it was not that difficult.

We loved our time at Natalia’s. It was perfect for a group of 4 girls celebrating a bachelorette. Conveniently located to a Publix and not far from the beach or downtown. The place was so cute and spotless as well.

Victors airbnb was a wonderful stay, the place was very clean and matched the pictures perfectly. There was plenty to do in the area and everything was close. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Host provided all the amenities and was very communicative. Would love to stay again!

Great stay, very clean. Good location. Great air conditioner. Wifi was very good. And kitchen had everything one needs. Nice little desk to do some work too. Overall I recommend 👍🏽

Nice and private, close to a lot of the main reasons we visited (USF, Ybor, Busch Gardens,etc). Good value and responsive host.

Amazing lil paradise in the middle of a busy city!!! We truly enjoyed this space; it’s incredibly clean, comfortable, and private!! Everything is near.. so many yummy eating options, and the little patio right outside the door was wonderful to get some fresh air!!! The only problem we had was that the wifi didn’t work majority of our stay, but that’s not the host’s fault!!! We will definitely return 😊

Sandy is amazing! She’s so down to earth and like-able. She recommended great places and she tells you straight up like it is. The condo is very nice and clean. Everyone in the community is super nice. I will definitely recommend this adult only condo! Finding the condo was easy and getting inside the gate and the actual house is really simple!!

This place is amazing! Very spacious, clean, modern and well decorated unit. They thought of every detail in terms of supplies within the unit. The location is awesome, so many restaurants and bars around. Close to the water and close to some fun areas in Tampa. View is awesome from the 23rd floor. Host was responsive and instructions and access were easy. The gym is amazing- way better than hotel gyms. The pool and party room were also awesome and nice to have. I never wanted to leave! I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Tampa, it would be hard to find better!

Traveled from Michigan with 5 of us, we booked both the house and the attached studio and it was perfect. Plenty of room and accommodations. Amazing hot tub and back yard with games. Great communication and location. Restaurants walkable, beach is close and downtown not far either. Would consider booking again.
