Vacation rentals with a pool in South Stradbroke Island

Love this House! We had our two families with our four kids. It was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. The kitchen had everything we needed, all rooms are quite spacious, the kids had their own area, loved our time in the pool. The welcome basket & the Golf putting area next to the outdoor dining was just the icing on the cake. Harry was super pleasant to deal with. HIGHLY Recommend. We will definitely be back again next year!

From the booking process to the check out - David makes things so simple and is super helpful. And then there is the house which quickly felt homely and comfortable. It is exactly what it looks like and feels like in the photos. The deck facing the canal (with the city scape in sight too) is breezy and big with great outdoor eating and some chill out seats where we spent most of our time when we weren’t in the pool or enjoying the air conditioning inside the large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining that became the centre of our stay. With three generations, the house catered to all that we needed and spending Xmas there and my birthday was extra special. A place to do as little or as much as you like, a place for reflection or a quiet glass of wine - or family fun in the pool. Amazing. So close (3 min drive) to Pacific Fair and other shopping amenities and close to Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. We would definitely stay here again and probably will. Thanks David and Camille!

Great location close to all amenities, description of home very accurate, outdoor area around pool had the loveliest plush lawn, perfect for our grandson to run around on, very private in back yard. Had extra granny flat attached to the home, although we did not utilise it, would be helpful for a larger family or grandparents, nice host to deal with. Overall had a nice relaxing break.

We loved the house, we had everything we needed - from extra blankets, books, entertainment, games, great aircon. great location as well:)

I took my wife & daughter to the Gold Coast & we stayed in this central 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment located within the Avani building for 1 week. We were extremely happy with this choice, and would highly recommend this to others looking for a comfortable home away from home. This was our first time booking and staying in an Air BnB, and it was as nice as the photos and description was accurate. The host gave clear instructions for smooth check-in & check-out, good communication, and overall excellent experience. Attention to detail & little extras really made this a comfortable holiday stay. We would happily stay here again. PROS: - Convenient location (short walk to beach, cafes, restaurants, shops) - Parking spot included in secure carpark - Apartment was spacious, clean & modern (very comfortable & homely) - Equipped with everything we needed & more (we loved the coffee pod machine) - Cleaned to a very high standard - Airconditioned - Great pool - Amazing views - XMAS tree

We absolutely loved staying at Derek’s place within Beachcomber on Surfers Beach. It was the ideal location, right in the middle of it all, so close to Cavill Ave, across the road from the Paradise Centre, easy parking, stroll to the beach and lots of food options. The view was unreal, including prime positioning for NYE fireworks, we couldn’t believe it. The apartment was great, nice, bright and clean, we had the best stay. Thank you so much Derek for having us, would highly recommend!!

This apartment features stunning views over the ocean and has all the basics for a nice stay. Location of this place is great as it's close enough to central Surfers but just outside of the really busy spaces. Instructions of how to check-In and out are very clear and make it easy. Apartment is lovely and spacious for a 2 bedroom and it was a great place to stay.

Loved staying here. It is directly across the road from a shopping centre & is still in a nice quiet location. Easy to get to & is in a beautiful location. Will definitely stay here again.

Worked great for the two of us. Would happily stay again! Details: this air bnb is inside a resort/condo building. No extra resort fees & good amenities which is nice. We enjoyed the tennis- you can reserve the court at front desk & they have racquets you can borrow - be sure to ask for the adult ones (they had 2 adult and 2 kids racquet) plus balls. We also enjoyed the salt water pool - go in the morning or the evening during week day for less people (was crowded on weekend midday). The air bnb itself was great - no issues. Shower water pressure is nice & high but also can adjust to soften pressure! We used washer & hung clothes out to dry on patio (she has a clothes drying rack). Coffee = pods like nespresso - yummy. This is the 2nd time staying at Scott’s place because we love it so much. Perfectly located in Currumbin with uninterrupted views of the Gold Coast. The unit itself is clean and modern and is perfect for our family of 4. Highly recommend!
