Very beautiful apartment in a great location. The view from the window and balcony to Olavinlinna Castle made the place a fairytale. Everyone matched the description. Very clean and well-equipped. A dedicated parking spot is a plus. Linda responded to inquiries immediately and everything went great. This is where I'd like to stay again.

The apartment is very functional and comfortable. Hannu is a great host, very welcoming, very friendly and available to us in case of any problem. We had a pleasant stay.

The stay was excellent! The flat was tidy and spotless. Everything you required was there. A tiny grocery store was close by. Host was very friendly and responsive.

The house is simply unique. The view on the lake is breathtaking and it's great that you are right in the woods. Incredibly beautiful. We felt super comfortable and would have preferred to stay longer. Kari is very accommodating and even organized a children's swimming vest for our daughter at short notice. Thank you! The hot tub and sauna are in great shape and the kitchen is very well furnished. All in all, it was a great, relaxing vacation for us and we didn't lack anything.

Lovely place to stay at Savonlinna. We were even able to use the boat. The stairs are a bit steep, otherwise everything is great.

Great place to stay! Has everything needed for a great vacation and the location is superb. Bikes and boats are provided for free. We really enjoyed exploring the lake by boat. We are looking forward to coming back one day :)

Lea is a lovely host - very welcoming, warm, friendly, accomodating, easygoing and flexible. I had no issues whatsoever with her or my stay in her house. The house and her property by the lake is just gorgeus, the view is so calming and beautiful to look at. She takes great care of her garden too. I found the house having a very peaceful energy to it, I felt very relaxed there. The only slight downside for me personally was the double bed itself in the bedroom I stayed in. The mattress felt as it had seen it's better days, didn't feel quite firm enough for me, but then again this might not be an issue to other guests at all. I personally happen to have certain back issues and a good bed is something that's very important to me (I had forgotten to ask about the bed prior to my trip). I spoke to Lea about it after my first night and she was just wonderful with the whole thing as with everything else - didn't get triggered or provoked at all. She offered one of the other rooms to me as the single beds are firmer and that I could pretty much choose freely what ever works for me best as I was the only guest in the house during my stay. I found her to be very easygoing and just lovely in every way. I had some very nice conversations with Lea as well and we shared some great laughs too. She was also very kind to me, for example when it rained hard upon my arrival and my only shoes had gone soaking wet, she offered to dry them in the sauna for the next day. Also on another day when it kept raining, she offered me her own rain coat and rain boots so that I wouldn't get wet as I was taking part in the music festival as a singer and getting sick would have been very unfortunate. She also allowed me to practise freely in the house. Brewing a cup of coffee in the morning and the use of basic condiments such as salt and pepper while cooking in the kitchen was also included in the price. I am very pleased with my stay at Lea's beautiful home. She was a superb, fun host and seemed like a wonderful humanbeing overall. I felt great in her house and have no complaints about her whatsoever.

The photos don't do the place justice, is nicer in nature. There was plenty of space, no flaws in the equipment. The beach sauna is lovely and its own beach added to the reach of lounging, and the possibility of swimming in the summer heat was welcome. It was nice and cool to sleep in the heat, too.

We came here in the winter in February 2025. Amazing setting and peaceful and beautiful milieu. The fireplace was pre-loaded and the cottage had everything you needed. The sauna gives you hard steam, it's a good idea to throw water at a moderate level. Great place and I'm sure it's even more beautiful in the summer when you can also enjoy the yard and the waterfront.

We had a very happy time at Sandra's house. Everything was new, tidy and clean. We feel like in our own home. The house, its garden and setting were beautiful, the view from the windows was beautiful, like an artistic photo. We were 3 people and our daughter slept very well on a mattress we put in the living room. In the nearby small town of Hankasalmi there are supermarkets with everything you might need, and with a nice beach and walk in the lake. The town of Jyväskylä has about 140000 inhabitants and is about a 45 minute drive. Sandra and her family have been very kind, all the time due to what we might need. They have prepared their barrel sauna for us every day and it has been a very pleasant experience, with bathing in the river. We have also used their standup paddle boards to navigate the river. In short, we believe that Sandra's place is highly recommended for anyone who wants to spend some quiet days in a lovely environment.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Piia's place! The apartment is not only comfortably furnished, but also many cooking utensils and bathroom supplies are made available. In addition, mine has a wide selection of various outdoor equipment, toys and gets tips for recreational activities in the area. In general, Piia was very nice, caring and helpful and always easily accessible. We would keep coming back.

Our stay was great! The place was easy to find and clean, and exactly what we needed for a few nights. We were even able to do laundry easily.
