Vacation rentals with a fireplace in South Pasadena

Everything was perfect Lois took great care of us. She text me first to make sure we made it and we feel comfortable and when we seat outside and we figured the propane was empty she came right away with a new one to let us enjoy the outside area which was one of the best part of the house! Thank you! I highly recommend it.

We were moving our son back to Florida and their house was less than 2 miles away so it was super convient! We had to stay an extra day and Mia was very understanding about letting us stay and even offered the studio apartment attached to the main house. Our host were very friendly and told us about all the Hollywood memorabilia in the house. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to family and friends.

Had a great stay at Julian's and we thoroughly enjoyed the garden. There are a lot of steep stairs up to the house so something to keep in mind if that would be an issue for you. All in all a cozy spot in a fun location.

Frank and Lenka’s place is conveniently located within 15 min of major attractions- Universal, Warner Brothers, Beverly Hills to name a few. Some other reviewers said that the road noise in the front of the house didn’t bother them, but we found it pretty loud. Parking was easy with the included parking pass, although I tried to park on the side streets when possible because the cars constantly flying by the front of the house made me nervous! We appreciated the nice appliances in the kitchen and access to laundry. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly during our visit so we didn’t get to sit outside on the private side patio, but the cushions seemed a bit dirty. Frank and Lenka were quick to respond to the questions we had.

Stayed here while displaced from the Eaton fire and so deeply appreciate Raffaella's kindness and flexibility, and having a safe, clean, and spacious place to stay with my family while dealing with the crisis. Thank you! Some access notes for others in case it's helpful: the stairs may be difficult if you have knee issues but there is a sleeper sofa on the first floor; and it's at the bottom of a very steep hill so again if you have knee issues might not be as walkable a neighborhood as it seems. There is an EV charger right outside of the complex on the street that is fairly regularly available.

We loved staying at Rosalyn's house! It was full of very cool character, we loved the dining room and living room vibes. I drank my coffee in the mornings on the glassed-in porch, it was so nice and serene. The garden and landscaping are also lovely, it really makes the house feel private despite being two blocks from the center of Hollywood. The location is very central for visiting LA, it was a super quick drive to get to the East side, the Valley and down to Weho and Beverly Hills. We loved this house and would absolutely stay here again!

Great location close to LAX and hwys. Andy was quick to respond with my questions. We had everything we needed including a quiet sitting area in back with a brand new BBG. Comfortable beds and updated BRs. The fireplace really added to the ambiance. Great to have a driveway for off street parking. I highly recommend this place and Andy was an outstanding host. I would definitely stay there again!

Stayed at Mary’s place and was very happy with my stay.

Great value for the location and assigned spot is super helpful. Open space with a large couch and kitchen so you feel right at home

Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.

Dream & Alex were both very responsive and helpful especially with having to check in late due to flight changes. The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures and it’s nearby the malls! Would definitely recommend!

I felt safe walking around at night in this neighborhood. The host always replied very quickly and was helpful. Recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place. I plan to stay there again the next time I’m in LA.

This Airbnb was the best Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve stayed at plenty places but this one was so fun!!! The backyard was so amazing, house was beautiful. Everything is soooo clean. This house was motivation!

We stayed with Yan during a business trip, and she and her husband were incredibly kind and helpful. We had multiple packages being delivered, and she was so gracious and clear in her communication—truly above and beyond. We also had a couple of hours to enjoy the beautiful pool area, which was such a treat. Morning coffee by the pool was the perfect peaceful start to our day. Highly recommend!

where do I start. this place was incredible. but that’s not even the best part about it. the service was impeccable. any time I had any kind of issue whether it was asking for extra set of keys, or asking where something was, I would get a reply, and a very detailed and helpful one within minutes. we also realised we left our HDMI cable at home so I thought I’d be cheeky and ask if they had any somewhere, they delivered one the next day. one of the best experiences I have had staying abroad. thank you so much Maimon Group! I will definitely be staying with you again!

The house was exactly as described. My family had an amazing time. We didn't use the everything that was provided but was available if needed. We did enjoy the hot tub a couple of the nights. Our family stayed here for our trip to Universal Studios. The house location was conveniently located near Downtown LA, Universal Studios, great food and anything else you may want to do, the best part is the neighborhood is extremely peaceful. I definitely recommend this place for your trip. The host responded in a timely manner to respond to any questions we had. Definitely worth 5 stars

We rented this house for a work event at Anaheim convention center. It was perfect for our group, spacious and clean. Everyone was comfortable. It was a touch farther away than we expected but mainly because the show was so busy and there was a lot of traffic. The host was super responsive which we appreciated. We would definitely recommend!

Responsive host. Location was great and away from traffic. Stores close by to shop for groceries. Great home and I’ll be back when I return.

We rented both properties hosted by Min which were adjacent to each other. Was a larger party of 14 that traveled and it was very convenient to have the two properties right next to each other.
