Very responsive friendly host. Lovely cabin with everything you needed in the centre of Wells, but very quiet and secluded. Enclosed courtyard great to let the dog out 1st and last thing , with a table and chairs. Bed very comfortable as was the sofa. Lovely and airy inside

Gorgeous location! Comfy cabin, with everything I needed. Lovely friendly hosts and it was great to receive a freshly baked loaf of bread on arrival, plus jam, butter and milk. Museli and oats provided for breakfast too. Lots of lovely hot water in bathroom adjoining the cabin. I'm tall so the shower height was a little low for me (standing in the bath), but it was very easily worked around. Next time I'll bring binoculars and my camera, as the wildlife down the lane heading towards the river was wonderful. I also loved that the cabin is located near World Horse Welfare (although it was unfortunately closed due to an infection - but I could see the horses in the fields). Also great walking/cycling around the lanes. I was visiting the Norwich and Thetford areas and the cabin is conveniently located between the two. I'd love to stay again and definitely recommend the cabin.

Lovely, attentive host. The lodge is a short walk away from the local shop and pub which has a restaurant inside and music on the weekend. Plenty to do in the area. Perfect for a weekend away.

The Gig Cottage is a lovely place for a break or to explore the area - Liz gave us heaps of ideas for things to do but it was also lovely staying home in the evenings and enjoying the fire. Liz met us as we arrived and had a lovely, personal message for us along with fresh scones, jam and cream - so welcome after a long drive. The internet was excellent and fast which was great!

Booked a last minute stay here and we will definitely be returning. The location is STUNNING! I felt immediately at peace. The views are breathtaking. Carolyn and Laurence were amazing hosts, so incredibly friendly and welcoming. What a joy the past few days have been. The Snuggle, is as the name suggests, a little snuggly abode but with character and everything you need. There is a lovely patio with garden furniture to relax on and take in the big skies and endless fields.

I just spent a beautiful week end with my partner at the Music Room. It was so peaceful and restful, out of any noise and perfect for a rest!thank you Dulce and her lovely family (including cats and chickens ☺️)

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Michelle’s place. The property was well equipped and very clean. The bed was comfy so we slept well. It’s surrounded by lots of countryside to explore. There are beautiful beaches just a short drive away too.

Lovely annexe, beautifully decorated and was so clean and cosy! Had everything in it that we needed for a few days away! Our dog also loved it and loved the treats that were kindly left for him. A short walk to a lovely beach that was perfect for the dog, he had the best time as did we! All amenities close by including shops and dog friendly pubs. Walking distance to explore the area and local beaches or a short car ride out to explore some more places nearby. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

We had a wonderful few days away with our 2 dogs. The accommodation was beautiful, as described and had everything we needed. We particularly loved the natural light and soaking tub! It was very peaceful area, the village was beautiful and had great walks from the doorstep. Overall a great base for our walking holiday, great walking routes in easy reach and relaxing, homely accommodation we looked forward to coming back to at the end of the day!

We had a brilliant 2 night stay for my partner's birthday. The property is a sweet little building right next to a really cool boatyard, only a minute's walk from the picturesque small harbour of Pin Mill. The host sent really clear instructions on how to find the property and checking in via the lockbox was extremely easy. We absolutely loved the peaceful environment and the pretty garden with trees where we could hear owls at night and a dawn chorus in the early morning. The property is small but perfectly formed - ideal size for us (2 people and a small dog!) and felt extremely private and relaxing. It has lots of windows so we were easily able to air it out on arrival and it felt fresh and nice. It's also really well located - Pin Mill is a cool spot (the woods are lovely) and we visited loads of different places around Suffolk during our short stay. We would definitely be back if we are coming to the area. Thank you for a really straightforward and enjoyable stay!! :)

We will 100% recommend the cabin to anyone wanting to stay nearby! The lodge was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The little touches were amazing too; a wide range of breakfast foods, including tea and coffees to name a few. Thank you Katie for a wonderful stay - 10/10

We had a group of 7 people staying for two nights and the place was perfect! Such a lovely area and a beautiful and clean house Could not recommend more! Great hosts couldn’t do enough to make the stay as amazing as it was x

Colin and Linda were absolutely wonderful hosts! We stayed for an extended period while awaiting the completion of our house, and they made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Their communication was always prompt and helpful, making our long stay much smoother. What truly stood out was their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. When we found ourselves needing daycare for our dog, they stepped in to help us out, which was a huge relief! Their generosity and understanding were truly appreciated. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. We highly recommend Colin and Linda to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming Airbnb experience. They made our transitional period so much easier. Thank you both!

This is a splendid property, and Carol a perfect host. The Annexe is completely separate from the house and guests have the use of Carol's extensive and well-kept garden. Inside, the property is spacious and well-equipped, the beds comfortable. We were able to store our bikes securely in a lockable garage. In summary - excellent!

Everything is provided for a perfect stay. Host very friendly and responsive could wish for more other than if being 20 miles nearer the coast

We had a great stay at Catherine‘s place. The property itself is quite large, especially the downstairs living space. The kitchen had a wide range of utensils to use and one of the bonuses was that this property had a washing machine and also a tumble dryer which was very good with a toddler in the family. Speaking of having a toddler, there were many different items which were great for a family with little ones. There were plates and bowls which were colourful and plastic, there were also some toys for children and on top of that there was a stair safety gate which could be fitted and also a travel cot too. Catherine gave very clear instructions for finding the house and there was more than enough parking space for two cars for those visiting. Not that we use them, but there was the availability of some garden furniture and a large patio at the front of the property. Friendly sheep would walk by in the field directly behind the property which was nice to see.

Excellent place to stay which is very peaceful with beautiful surrounding. High standard of decor and everything you need for a restful stay. Very nice touch the welcome goodies.

Excellent find! Looks exactly as expected and great value for the price. Location is also quite good—especially if you’re looking for walking routes to explore the area. Auriol and Richard were also lovely hosts with a lovely property that they put a lot of care into. One small note to any dog owners: if your pup is bothered by fireworks/loud sounds, this may not be your spot as the farmer next door uses bird-scarers starting before 6 am (at least this time of year) and going until dusk. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

This is a lovely Airbnb and much bigger than it looks on the photos. Julia is a great host and is quick to answer queries and give recommendations. It is a really peaceful location and the grounds are beautiful. The barn is well equipped and the fire is fantastic. Be wary when reading the previous reviews as they do list facilities that may not be available (the listing itself is accurate).
