Vacation rentals with beach access in South Melbourne

Incredible apartment to enjoy Melbourne. I walked from Elwood and St Kilda to the city and enjoyed every minute. The best sunset in Melbourne is a short walk from the apartment over near Elwood Beach. Stunning. Great suburb with lovely shoos and great coffee. Had the best Acai bowl at Berry Good, coffee was great too. There's also a lovely bakery and heaps of cool cafes, there's even a Popcorn shop with an artisan twist. Can't wait to stay at Euans place again. It's great for those who love walking and jogging as St.Kilda is a lovely run along the water

Perfect location to catch up with relatives who lived within the Brighton area but also super easy, with a direct train line, into the city. Some great local restaurants and cafes. Sandringham beach at the end of the street with beach towels supplied. This was a perfect base for myself and my elderly parents, late 70s, one flight of stairs in but other than that very accessible. Would be good for small families too. Presented exactly as shown in the photos. We had no faults and the host was very responsive. The place was clean and tidy, some stains on the fabric furniture but that’s to be expected. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely, shaded, fully equipped apartment with all amenities for a comfortable stay, and close to public transport. In the apartment there was plenty of information on the surrounding area, places of interest and visit. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building with two small flights of stares to negotiate to access. There isn't a lift which could be an issue for some. Anne was very helpful and responsive to any questions and proactive in ensuring that we were happy with everything. She was also very flexible with entry and exit times which helped us immensely. We could not have wished for a better host.

Getting into the apartment was abit of a struggle, but instructions were very detailed and clear, apartment was comfortable and clean, the view of the ocean was amazing

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location close to the beach was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Communication with the host was smooth, making the whole experience hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Loved staying here and really enjoyed the growth of a suburb like Gardenvale So close to the water and a short train ride to the heart of the city. Fantastic and can't wait to stay again.

Jame’s place is clean, well equipped , close to lots of things and great communication to guests.

Gabrielle's place was awesome, suited our needs perfectly. Beautiful sunlit living space and open kitchen, that opens onto a very private backyard, which was perfect for our dog. Close walk to "Bay street" which has everything you need plus more. We really enjoyed the choice of restaurants and bars. Quick walk to both "dog friendly" and Dog free" beaches take your pick. Any questions or instructions, Gabby responded promptly. She really made our stay easy and leaving us wanting to return. Thanks Gabby!

A lovely place to take my children plenty of space and Andrew was a super host, replied to any questions within minutes. A short walk to great shops and the station, then only 20 and we were at the tennis. All bedrooms worked well for us all, a very well equipped kitchen with great coffee machine and we used the huge bbq on the terrace almost everyday. Having not been back to Australia for 34 years Andrews place was the perfect place to stay, not just for accommodation but for location. Ah mustn’t forget to mention the marina area a short walk away has the best ice creams and restaurants with lovely walks along the seafront. Thanks Andrew for helping us have the BEST holiday… Robert

Lovely house perfect size for our group of six adults and one baby. Great location for Elwood and all the lovely cafes and beaches nearby. Would stay again if ever back in Melbourne!

Amazing Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient! I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The check-in was smooth, and the place was spotless, exactly as described. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities made it feel like home. The host was very responsive and provided great recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home from home

A gorgeous space with beautiful views of the ocean. Big windows, with tall ceilings and the older styles fixtures that make it more unique. It offers a relaxing private balcony and a shared outdoor area where I enjoyed my cuppas, and could take in my surroundings. The rooms are bright and spacious, and the beds comfortable. The bathroom is very nice, clean, and the water hot. Water pressure was also spot on. I loved the kitchen set-up. plenty of cupboard space and a nice big fridge. The dishwasher, an added bonus. Vaquay also answered my inquiries very quickly during my stay. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone thinking about it.

Great location and accomodation for our family get together away from home. The onsite pool was a great asset. The children loved the nearby climbing playground. Great views from the balcony.

Great view and great location. Check in process was excellent with a quick guided tour. Went for a swim right out front as well. Easy to get to pubs, restaurants, coffee and golf courses. Great garage as well!

If you take the City Express from the Melbourne airport, you don't have to carry heavy luggage and have a hard time moving around. This accommodation is right in front of Southern Cross Station. Check-in is required to meet the staff in person and receive the keys, but you can communicate with them before arriving at the airport and adjust the time. (The staff who handed over the keys was very friendly.) It was also very nice to have a sofa bed in the living room.

Stayed at this accommodation twice, would not hesitate to stay again!
