We visited Chicago for the first time from Mexico to celebrate New Year’s Eve, and this Airbnb made the experience even more memorable. The place was very clean. Communication with the host was excellent; I mentioned a minor issue, and by the time I returned in the afternoon, it had already been resolved. The property looked exactly like the photos, and the location is very convenient, just a few minutes away from the main tourist attractions. One of the highlights was the beautiful view of some nearby buildings. I highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay over NYE. Very cool area of Chicago and well secured especially with phone capability. Do wish we had TV’s in the rooms but due to short stay and it being NYE, no issue. Also, the oldest bar in Chicago is only blocks away so make sure you check that out . Overall, great stay

We recently stayed at Jason's place for two weeks, and it was overall a wonderful experience. The property is exactly as described in the listing, clean and comfortable housing made our stay very enjoyable. Jason was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring everything went smoothly during our stay. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for both short and extended visits.

We had a great time during our stay and experienced no issues. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, adding to our comfort. We had a wonderful time in Pilsen neighborhood. Michael & Alex are wonderful hosts and who have a beautiful home. They let us have a later check out and was very much needed after my kids being at Concert night before. No issues with communication, always very fast and clear instructions. We went to Lollapalooza and shopping. It was a little tricky figuring out the bus schedule and El, but not an issue really. They helped us with that too. We felt safe in the neighborhood and the neighbors in the building are so nice and welcoming. Parking is on the street right next to the building and never had an issue finding parking spot. Overall we had a great experience and would love to stay there again. Thank you!

Jillian's home is the ideal place to stay for a visit to Chicago. The neighborhood is phenomenal and has multiple restaurants, bars, shops, stores, and public transportation options, all within walking distance. The home itself was immaculate and extremely well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were stocked like hotels would be. The rooftop is phenomenal, particularly in the summer when we were there. There's a TV, bar, grill, and even a basketball goal that I enjoyed with our 10-year-old. This is, without a doubt, where we would stay upon a return trip to Chicago.

Matt and Wendy’s place was fantastic. Great location and nice view of the surrounding area including the lake. The apartment was clean up-to-date and we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend staying there.

This is a great place for the price! The apartment is very spacious and clean. Everything is near the house: gym, Sam's club, Walgreen, community center, Food4Less, etc. The host is very responsive and helpful. Neighborhood is peaceful, and you will meet lots of birds, squirrels, rabbits. Wi-Fi connection is extremely fast, perfect for remote workers. The only minus point is that it's pretty far away from downtown, but I think that's a trade-off for the great price!

This place was just wonderful. Regina had to switch my condo in the same building due to a problem with my original booking. I was not charged extra and everything was in place within seconds and I was able to check in earlier. Regina is very responsive and was able to help me find parking. The place is great. They have amazon lockers, so I was able to easily get a delivery on my week long stay. It is also immaculate! CHALLENGES: The WIFI is really bad. I was not able to use any apps or stream. CELL SIGNAL is also a challenge. I have Verizon and I think the building itself and surrounding buildings make it a near-dead zone. PARKING is rough. If you are coming on the weekend in the evening or after 5 pm any day, be prepared to park and walk 10 min away at least. Regina was helpful in getting me to find a spot.

We reside across country from our daughter and family. For the Holiday time, we sought a city that would support an opportunity to share a memorable experience with teenage grandchildren and family. We enjoyed the Chicago highlights over the holiday season. We were able to go shopping, museum visits, symphony. The updated home is unique. It was an absolute pleasure to return to a home that allowed each of us to embrace a comfortable space to share time, meals, and fun. We enjoyed the community space together. We were also able to find a space to unwind and enjoy the home amenities. Street parking was available for our 2 cars. We chose to UBER to some activities. If the season was warmer, access to the outdoor community space would have been enjoyed.

What a gem!! The place was absolutely perfect! It’s right on a main road, but so private and very quiet. Very clean, comfortable and the shower was absolutely fabulous!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property! The home was well-stocked, clean, and they even had a Christmas tree waiting for us—it was such a thoughtful touch and it made us feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, always available to answer our questions or address any concerns. The huge backyard was great for our dog to run around and play. The location was great —public transportation was easily accessible, with a short walk to the bus and the blue line not too far, making it easy to get into the city. Plenty of street parking and walkable amenities nearby (grocery, shopping, coffee). We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

This is a return trip to Iulian's place for us. It was just as comfortable and clean as the first time we stayed there. This is a great peaceful location for us when we come to the area to visit friends and family. I'm thankful for this clean, quiet home.

The neighborhood was serene, and the house was a relaxing retreat with everything you could need. The amenities were top-notch—fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, work out room, comfortable beds, and a lovely outdoor space to enjoy the fresh air. The location is ideal if you want to explore Chicago but come back to somewhere tranquil at the end of the day. The host was amazing and very responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a restful stay near the city!
