Nature eco lodge vacation rentals in South Kuta

I had a great accommodation at Kadek’s traditional Balinese home. It was reasonably worth it. Their family had been warm and friendly to me. They served me good breakfast and I was given the opportunity to try a usual Balinese breakfast. The place was exactly as described and It’s near Ubud’s city center. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

Great place to stay! The grounds are really beautiful and feels like you’re in the middle of nature but with the convenience of being right by the main streets of Ubud. Staff were super lovely and helpful. Breakfast was also great, you can choose the time it gets delivered to your room. Wifi worked really well, I was able to stream video conferences for work from my room. Highly recommend’

Very accommodating man! We had issues with our ferry (take note the last ferry to the island is at 5 pm 😭, do plan accordingly) we missed our first night, but he refunded us the night🙏🏼 no problems what so ever. Pick us up in car to and fro from yellow bridge. (Further your ferry will take you) Rented us scooter (a must to get around the island) made everything so convenient! Place is cleaned and sheets and towel fresh, though I recommend bringing your own soaps. Only issues we had were the lack of hot water, and a crack floor on the outside. There are definitely much nicer villa/hotel especially those with the ocean view. But you will not get a nicer one at this price! The stay is very very worth the money, highly recommend (a must stay if you are traveling on budget) They also know the locals, helped a lot when we had issues on the island. While the pool is nice and clean, I would say just go to the beach man it’s amazing, clean beautiful ocean! Thank you so much :)

Great Value for money! The room got cleaned daily, communication was too notch and in house laundry service was fast and easy! We will definitely stay here again when coming back to Ubud!

Off the beaten path but within scooter distance to restaurants and night life. Photos don’t don’t do it justice

This place was just about as good as you can ask for on a trip to Ubud. It had modern elements fused with some rustic elements. Comfortable bed, hot&cold water, internet, cable tv...and nice pools and public sitting areas for all your relaxing needs. For an honest review you should be well aware that you are living with the "jungle" creatures most anywhere you go in Bali. So be prepared for the geckos, marching ants, and the occasional spider. The staff is more than willing and experienced to help if any of these things becomes a dramatic issue. The location is not "in the center of things/Ubud", but honestly its not supposed to be. There are various transport options which are reasonably priced to get you too and from town which is typically a 5-7 minute drive away. The Area is being developed and does need some improvement on road infrastructure but dont let that detract you from choosing this property. The staff do a wonderful job of seeing to your every need and request. The breakfast is good and the restaurant menu options were being updated while we were there which should only add to its improvement. Overall if you want to spend time in Ubud and surrounding areas and you are looking for a relaxing place to begin and end your days, the Monday Villa (or any of the other villas on the property) will easily be a great option.

It was so wonderful to return after 5 years to discover that Mossca Mooi is still such a great place to stay. The hospitality was superb. The "value for money" is great. The location is just enough off the beaten track to ensure privacy and lack of noise. We thoroughly recommend this place to all.

The visit was magical. Airport pickup worked and I was wonderfully welcomed by the family. Dewu was helpful and very accommodating. The little house was beautiful and paradisiacal. I had the Garden Room and the view from my cottage was really breathtaking. Every morning there was homemade Balinese breakfast served in the room. The food was very delicious. The excursions I went with Dewu were beautiful. Since I'm traveling alone, it was good to have a guide by his side to explain everything. He also made beautiful videos and photos of me. Since this place is more rural and not directly at the center, you can relax and come down there. There is a pool where you can cool off. I am super happy with my stay. There was also always the possibility to get dinner in the room. The price-performance ratio is great.

These villas are a wonderful deal, and everyone there is very kind and helpful. Room was very clean and has all the amenities you need. They are a 6-8 minute walk down to Mushroom Bay Beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolute perfection. Such a gorgeous, secluded location close to town but away from the bustle and very generous staff. They helped accommodate rides and were so kind and friendly. All of the animals around the farm are adorable and it was very easy to scooter to and from the joglo. Would definitely stay here again next time in Ubud!

I would definitely recommend the place. Everything was clean and in the best order. Service was also of the highest standard. And thanks to the location, many attractions can be reached quickly. Many thanks again to Agus and his wife who brought us to the harbor for a good course on the day of departure.

What can we say, this place is special. If you want the perfect place to come back from your (sometimes intense) adventures, this is definitely it. Incredibly gracious staff, exquisite views, a beautifully designed property and rooms, and excellent food. It’s really quite impressive what they’ve been able to create at Maua. Don’t even think twice, the price is completely worth it. PS we left our passports and cash in the safe on our last day and it wasn’t until we were nearly at the harbor to catch our boat back to Bali that we realized. We contacted the team at Maua and they went out of their way to meet us at the harbor with our important docs - with a big smile no less! 🙏🙏🙏

Great stay and lovely hosts!

The place is absolutely beautiful, very peaceful, very private, with great view. The private pool is amazing and the hot tub too. Im sure you cant get anything better for the amazing price. The host went beyond expectations. They put flowers for us everywhere, something that we didn’t expect. Also they took our laundry to the laundry service nearby. Excellent host, excellent place!!

Putri is incredibly hospitable and communicative. The staff went above and beyond with all my requests, ensuring my stay was both enjoyable and comfortable. The lodge is extremely beautiful and one of a kind with stunning views and a peaceful/relaxing vibe. The interior is designed beautifully with unique features that you won't find elsewhere. I would love to come back as soon as possible! Thank you so much for having us :)

A great little place for a little weekend get away. Clean, friendly staff and quality setup!

Nyoman and his amazing staff are were the most friendly people ever to host us in their accommodation. They were not only friendly and very helpful but also funny and chill, always ready to have a small chat and a laugh. Each day they prepared a very tasty breakfast, delivered at your hut patio. The wooden huts were super cozy and clean, with an amazing pool that looks over a lush green garden. There are 6 little huts but it really feels as if you have your own little private space. The bar in front of the accommodation is perfect if you want to have a drink with locals from Bali, play some pool or watch the weekly fishing competition. Thanks again to the team for the lovely stay!

Nengah’s accommodation is an absolute gem in the jungle. The space is very clean and worthy the price. The host is ready and happy to help you. You will love the two dogs, they are very friendly. The space is surrounded by the jungle and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Totally recommend it!

One of the most unique and natural stays we’ve had in Bali - with an open air bamboo home concept. It’s magical listening to the insects or the rain while going to sleep. Would highly recommend to rent a scooter and ride around Selat and Sidemen from the Airbnb, as the views & rice patties are the best in all of Bali. Breakfast is included, and can be delivered to you upon request. There’s a restaurant onsite that will reach out to you daily for your order.
