Very clean and well-equipped apartment in the center of Ruokolahti. Comfortable views of the land. Cherry was presenting the apartment and left a very pleasant impression.

It was easy to get here and the area was peaceful. The place was clean and found everything you needed. We found a spot for the car right next to the apartment, and Lappeenranta drives quite smoothly from here. Amazing nature with great lake views is right next to it. You'll love it here.

This location and host are gems. This is walking distance to bus stop. Easy access to LUT and the lake and nearby park. Beautiful view and comfy place. We would have tea on balcony and watch sunset.

Very nice and large apartment. We only stayed one night as we were on our way North, but it is also good for a longer visit. Panu was very helpful. It was easy to find and get into the apartment.

Very clean and nice one-bedroom apartment that matches the description. Found coffee and tea. Easy to find and a great location when I arrived by train to Lappeenranta. It was quiet on the weekend, but on Monday morning I woke up to the sounds of car traffic. The apartment has a sauna and feels at home in every way.

Tidy listing and its own sauna is an absolute plus. Communication was easy and the service was very friendly.

A wonderful place in nature and swimming was easy, low departure, sandy beach. A sweet, idyllic ensemble is Villa Strawberry and a friendly host.

A kind, spacious house away from the hustle and bustle on the shore of the lake. 2 saunas (one in the house, one on the shore, but quite untidy). Luxurious view from the windows, nice patio/terrace, large and well-maintained area nearby. A great place to connect with nature, the nearest supermarket is about 10 km away. Of the disadvantages, water from the tap is unacceptable for drinking water from the tap (only with you!), due to the increased iron content, all plumbing looks extremely untidy. More than a meager BBQ area - 2 dirty chairs and a barbecue are very old, tiny and killed by life (there is also gas from the hosts, but without gas), and clearly brought by tourists. There are logs, but there is no axe. There are no less, the hosts are very pleasant and friendly people, and if you take into account all the disadvantages and prepare for them in advance, you will have a wonderful time. Very cozy cottage with no end of space: You can spend time in a spacious cottage, veranda, terrace, home, yard, beach, lake. From the yard sauna, a short walk to the beach, which, due to its depth and dark water, is not suitable for toddlers to swim. Beautifully decorated and put together that you wouldn't want to leave🙂.

We had a great time in a beautiful place. Everything was as expected and the cottage had plenty of space. The host was very friendly and helpful when he showed us around. We loved the sauna and then dip in the lake afterwards. The view was one of the best I've had at a vacation rental. We would definitely stay here again!

The photos don't do the place justice, is nicer in nature. There was plenty of space, no flaws in the equipment. The beach sauna is lovely and its own beach added to the reach of lounging, and the possibility of swimming in the summer heat was welcome. It was nice and cool to sleep in the heat, too.

Beautiful quiet retreat on a lush island. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your time is provided. There was even a midsummer traditional treat waiting for us. Satu is kind and responsive. She makes sure her guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful timber house in the woods, with own access to Lake Saimaa. Though close to Mikkeli centre and all of its facilities. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda, watching the great view. Go there, you will not regret it.
