House vacation rentals in South Jakarta

First of all, thank you to Nur and her team (Pak Yandi and all). Very accommodating and very welcoming. A hallmark of Indonesian hospitality. This house is the place for a big group. However, you need a driver to get here. Not advisable to find your own way. The house and pool is well maintained. Definitely a recommend place. Love.

Amazing & exquisite place to stay, located a bit far from main road and had narrow lane for cars but afterall, it serves a peaceful neighborhood, a great place, very cozy and looks exactly the same with the pics, even better! I wanted to say thank you to Ms. Annette to have allowed me and my husband to be able to experience an amazing stay at her house this weekend. From the beginning, the communication is smooth and clear. House rules were explained well and nothing out of the ordinary. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by one of the friendliest and most helpful security. He was very helpful with our preparation for bbq pool themed birthday party. We have some friends over and they were all really enjoyed the house, especially the pool. The house has ample space and the layout is very convenience for the party. I would come back just to take a dive at this pool. The bedroom is amazing, amenities provided are suffice, all very well prepared. We had a really good night sleep, thanks to the AC for making the room super cold as we like it. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend very, very much and I can only thank Ms. Annette to make that possible. Hopefully I will come back soon and definitely will choose your house again.

Very easy to reach, and simply put just exactly what is listed on the web. Be aware if you order gojek to this place, the map will direct to the back side of the building which isn't accessible, so you need to manually inform the driver that it is right across INSISTS. Most drivers got lost and quite few of them had little to no patience unless you inform them beforehand. Overall, a very great place to stay.

Good host and great guy

The place is very clean and tidy, the furniture is new all. There are no complaints, everything is in accordance with what is described. Comfortable and spacious, enough for 10 people.

Really good it feels right at home!

Stayed at Kyo House during weekdays. Its a lovely home. Easy check in/check out. The room is clean and comfortable. The linens were freshly washed. The wifi and TV were very helpful. Everything was so seamless and easy, well equipped. Thank you. We will be back.

The place is very near from ICE BSD, you can just walk. This is a good place to stay, everything is clean. Feel like stay in home. Host very responsive.

This place is truly a GEM, a top notch 👍🏻 we really love our stay at Ridwan’s place. It was such a cozy and wonderful experience. From the moment we stepped in to the house, we were already amazed with the cleanliness of the place and everything is exactly like the pictures shown. The house is nicely designed and very comfortable. The location itself is perfect , few steps away from the orange groove and there is a small playground and jogging track. My kids love it. The neigbourhood is quiet and peaceful at night too, another plus point to ridwan’s place The host is very responsive too, our communication went very smoothly. Ridwan also provided us with some snacks and many amenities, also local recommendations 👍🏻 we felt welcomed We will definitely be back as we and our kids really love this place. I would say my no1 choice to stay when visiting Jakarta.

Awesome location with an awesome view at the top balcony

The house is great, the vibe of the old house but the contents are new, very clean. It's really nice for yesterday's visit to work with office colleagues. The location is also on the side of the big road so it's nice to find it. As a host, chris is also very responsive and helpful. Recommended, value for money, a small house within the city of jakarta.
