A comfortable and clean place in a quiet neighborhood, it had all we needed to spend the weekend. Susan is very kind, friendly and helpful, responsive and easy-going. We loved our time there and definitely will be back if we need to stay in Melbourne.

We had a lovely stay at The Flame Tree - it was peaceful and quiet, and the hosts had thought of everything we might need! We got tasty fresh bread and fruit for breakfast, along with cereal and milk. We only were there for one night, but would have been comfortable staying longer.

Helen’s place was terrific. David was very gracious and helpful during our stay. We would highly recommend this area. We even had a kangaroo come to visit a few times!

Obsessed would be an understatement. Kathryns place is gorgeous. Its a really quiet oasis with a pristine beach 2 minutes away. Its nearby all the fun and exciting things in Phillip Island but is situated a few minutes outside the hustle and bustle. The cottage itself is a stand alone granny flat, separate from the hosts house. It is a drive up, and park right outside situation. Its quiet and peaceful, and extremely spacious. Kathryn has done a really great job setting up this unit. The facilities (kitchen, bathroom, verandah) are lovely. I honestly could not fault this air-bnb if I tried.

Beautiful house and location! We needed a place for a night because we had a wedding to attend nearby and Susan’s place was perfect.

Sarah and Lennon's accommodation was fantastic! Exactly what we needed for our get away. Great central location to allow us to easily get into town and leave the island with ease. It was exceptionally clean upon arrival with a great set up.

The best place we’ve ever stayed at, without a doubt! Lisa was an excellent host, she was incredibly accommodating and respectful and had the best welcome brownies waiting for us on arrival. The Bungalow was fully equipped, exceeding all of our expectations. Lisa also has a very detailed folder of information with things to do on Phillip island which was super helpful and useful. Also our husky orca had the best time running around the hard and exploring the place. Thank you so much for everything Lisa, we will definitely be coming back!

Our stay was fantastic! The location was beautiful and quiet. It’s not far from everything you need. Everything was neat, tidy and well maintained. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone looking to book!

We had a beautiful stay—exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. The spa and pool were stunning, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the fireplace added a gorgeous touch to the atmosphere. Brilliant stay. Mark and Michaela were delightful - friendly, approachable but extremely respectful. Although it was a little drive from where I needed, for me, it was worth it due to the price and quality of accomodation. My dog was also very welcome which always brings peace of mind.

Amazing quiet new house with stunning view, confortable beds, netfilx, kitchen well equipped, big car space and much more. Just careful,if you have kids they could easy become addicted to the place and you have to book this B&B every summer.

I loved Ross & Jude’s place. It was exactly as described. Such a peaceful location, and the studio was clean and very comfortable.

We had an excellent stay at Julie's accommodation. The place was modern, spotless, well-equipped, and in a private and peaceful setting, well away from any busy roads. Juliet is an excellent host who really thinks of everything. We would highly recommend this accommodation and plan to return as soon as we can.

What a stunning apartment - so private & peaceful! So close to the beaches, piers & tram. Just a short walk to some fabulous restaurants. Fabulous to have use of the pool too! Would recommend staying here!

We have just spent a week at Saltbush in Torquay & we absolutely loved every minute of it! The accommodation is simple beautiful with an unusually high attention to detail. Beautiful breakfast provisions with thoughtful extra little treats. Also books, lovely magazines, good & easy TV set up & a selection of hundreds of movies! The location was perfect for us as it was quiet but still close to facilities & beautiful beaches, restaurants, supermarkets & shops. Thanks again Bek & Brett for your wonderful hospitality 🙏 & we are already looking forward for our next week later in the year! Pip & Phil Featherstone

This studio space is 'small, but perfectly formed'! Perfect for our needs. Not suitable for people with mobility issues but thal was not a problem for us. Thanks for a great stay.

Had a fantastic night with comfy beds, great bathroom, reclining sofas and even a little treat left for breakfast. Awesome location in the heart of the Yarra valley. Will be back.
