Great little spot to stay, close to the beach and restaurants. Loved the mini bar!

we had a wonderful stay, place was clean, bed was extremely comfortable. our host provided a good assortment of titbits as well as breakfast ( milk,bread, butter and jam) to start us off.location was ideal as it was very near a train station. would definitely stay at her place again when next in Melbourne.

Beautiful private little studio, beautifully appointed with great amenities to self cater and feel at home. Lovely touches like breakfast provided for a few days. Highly recommend

The Airbnb itself is lovely, a whole little apartment that opens up into the large back garden. The space is beautiful, really well looked after and clean but the garden for us was the best part of our stay here. The views are incredible and the wildlife was abundant. It’s a short walk to the Research shops and an 5/10 minute journey to Eltham. Upon arrival there was bread, milk, tea and coffee, and we were asked our preference on white or red wine. The hosts were really friendly and kind also and I’d definitely recommend staying here!

place was great and had everything we needed at a reasonable price. The kids loved the farm animals and were kept entertained throughout our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in the outskirts of Melbourne

A lovely, caring and attentive hostess. Air con was needy of replacement. But Donna made up for any deficiency with her bright, and sweet personality. This client had special physical needs and Donna thought it no hassle to satisfy them. Highly recommend her and her abode. By the way the property was in an attractive location with obviously similarly caring neighbours.

The first thing my partner and I said as we left was “If we ever need to stay at Phillip Island again we will definitely be coming back here!” I couldn’t recommend this staycay more. Kathryn and her husband are wonderful hosts and extremely kind people and their air bnb is gorgeous. 10/10, Best air bnb experience we’ve had!

Susan is very welcoming & the apartment is lovely and extremely comfortable. All the extra touches (breakfast supplies, brownies, beautiful roses) really made this a special place to stay.

Had a really nice stay here and would highly recommend it. It’s modern, clean and nicely decorated. Very spacious too! It’s tucked away in a nice quiet area that is very close to a lot of nice cafes, restaurants and walks.

Thank you Lisa and Tim for having us. The bungalow was very clean, spacious, private and well thought out. Everything little detail was perfect. The artwork was beautiful. The beach is a short walk down the street. Perfect for a surfer or beach lover. We will definitely be back!

Mitra's place was quite and peaceful with lots of bird life! The cabin was very clean and just perfect for a little working retreat. Mitra was a very attentive host who made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend staying!

Such a wonderful time away with my young family. We spent hours in the pool. Slept beautifully in the beds. The kids loved the big spa bath. Felt so at home, and didn't feel as though our young kids were a burden. In fact, their talkative and excited personalities were welcomed by Maddi and family. Would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay at Julie's accommodation. The place was modern, spotless, well-equipped, and in a private and peaceful setting, well away from any busy roads. Juliet is an excellent host who really thinks of everything. We would highly recommend this accommodation and plan to return as soon as we can.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay especially if cruising out of Port Melbourne. Dawn’s place is exceptionally clean & spacious. Love the pool too.

Cosy and tidy place only a few steps from the beach. enough room for parking. seven eleven, bus stop an bakery pretty much around the corner.

Four of us stayed overnight to attend a wedding at Coombe. Exactly as described and per photos. Bread, jam, butter, and some snack, fruit, chocolate provided which was lovely. Andre kindly picked us up at designated time which was a godsend as transport/taxi/ubers can be a nightmare late at night. Great accommodation and highly recommend. NB: As per listing we took plenty of own Nespresso pods only to discover it was an Aldi coffee pod machine so not compatible.

We are return guests to this great little studio. It is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect: close to the beach, South Melbourne markets, Albert Park and South Melbourne high streets for great eateries and shops and close to tram stops to take the short ride into the CBD. We would be happy to stay again.
