Really comfortable, cute, clean place with amazing views. Watched dolphins daily form the balcony - views themselves well worth the stay!

Location! This rental is walking distance to everything in the heart of Oceanside. Steps to the beach, short walk to all restraunts in downtown Oceanside, .75 miles to the harbor. Rental was plenty big for 2 adults. Highly recommended! Perfect place to stay for a wonderful getaway!

This place was HEAVEN!! We fell in love with the place. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the photos. A 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the couch every morning and the view from the lifeguard chairs in the evening. The Airbnb hosts were helpful and responsive. This place felt like home and can not wait to book again! Thank you!

Wonderful stay right next to the beach. Tons of restaurants nearby and easily accesible. Very spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities.

Lila’s Place was a really special place. We were there for 10 nights and used it as a place to gather extended family. With the 6 bedrooms, it gave everyone privacy and the chance to be together. The backyard got amazing midday sun, we spent lots of hours on the patio furniture. And we did a little group yoga session in the grass! We walked all over OB - to the beach, to the main street for lunch, to the top of the hill for views. We are so grateful for the space!

Great place to stay in Southern California. I is a perfect size for our vacation as a couple. Our dog loved the yard too. Really, really a nice place! Dan is a great host and always prompt to answer. We will definitely stay there soon again!

We had a really lovely stay here. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The private patio was really great and made us feel very comfortable when we wanted to enjoy the beautiful weather in the evenings. The hosts made everything easy and were always available.

This little beach house is a bit of an oasis in the middle of a very densely packed, vacation rental area of Carlsbad. The house sits on a good sized lot that is nicely landscaped and private with abundant outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful weather. The pool and patio area provided lots of fun entertainment for our grandkids! The house was very clean and well maintained. It is an older beach home that has had nice updates to the two bathrooms- modern tile in the shower, tub area and floors. Also the frameless glass in the master bath shower was very appreciated. You can park the car and walk to everything in Carlsbad village and the beach is a block and a half away! The only negative is the close proximity to the noisy train. The train itself doesn’t disturb so much, but the horn blasts are quite irritating. You will encounter this problem in many locations close to the beach. Overall a great place to stay in Carlsbad.

Our stay at Lauren's place was everything we needed and more. We booked last minute and she was immediately responsive and SO accommodating and easily reachable throughout our stay. The area is BEAUTIFUL, right on the beach, and the condo was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. Highly highly recommend this stay!

Great location- a gorgeous beach and close to great restaurants and lots to do. The place was exceptionally well stocked and Stephanie was a very responsive host. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to be back!

My husband and I along with our two younger girls had the pleasure of staying at this great home. There is nothing better than going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean. The view was wonderful and having coffee in the morning on the balcony was awesome. The house was very nice and clean and had everything you need. It was great to have the ability to walk down the pathway to the set of stairs that takes you right down to the beach. There are a lot of great restaurants in walking distance too! The condo felt very private and had very comfortable beds and a great large couch. The girls liked sleeping in the little loft on the top level ..We will definitely be back .. thank you Renee !

Perfect location for all local activities-beach walks, surfing, watching football at sports bars, cute coffee shops, and great food!

Christie’s place is comfortable and we slept very well. We had to move the coffee table to open the sleeper sofa, which is very heavy and hard to move, and could be an issue for some people, but we moved it once and just left it over to the side. A few things were rusty and moldy in the kitchen but I informed Christy and she immediately send new things over which was really nice. Otherwise the place was very clean and comfortable. The complex is very pretty with exotic leafy foliage everywhere and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately it was cold and foggy when we’re there but if it had been sunny it would have been a great trip as the beach and waves are lovely. One more thing to know-the parking garage height is 6’6” so our small car with a cargo container on top wouldn’t fit. We had to park elsewhere. Christy has a wagon which was helpful for bringing all our stuff up from the car. Thanks Christy!

This was our third Christmas stay at Abraham’s and we’ve always appreciated our stay. The unit has everything you’d need for meal prep. Layout of two bedrooms with door separating main living area is so nice to keep quiet for little ones early bedtimes. We love sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Extremely easy to walk everywhere in Oceanside. Condo complex is beautiful inside and feels very private despite size. Pool and hot tub are pluses! Love, love, love Oceanside. Low key beach town. Places we’d reco: Mostly EBikes for rentals; Zigzag pizza; Oceanside night market; crossaints at Petit Madeline’s; Parlor Donuts; The Fish Shop (Encinitas). Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay for a Beach Getaway! We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay in Ocean Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had that perfect laid-back beach vibe. It had everything we needed – a cozy bed, well-stocked kitchen, and a front porch where we could sip coffee and watch the sunset. The location was unbeatable – just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and local shops. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was at night, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed, which made our stay even better. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home. My girlfriend and I already miss it and are counting down the days until we can come back. Highly recommend for couples looking for a perfect beach escape!

Our hosts were welcoming and very helpful. The descriptions and instructions were clear and easy to understand. The house was very light and bright. It was spacious and clean. Everything was exactly as described. We ate lunches out and cooked dinners in and enjoyed the ability to use the grill and enjoy the patio. Our hosts were incredibly responsive! We had a small issue with a smoke alarm and Michael came that day and replaced it within an hour. Then he stayed to chat and offered recommendations on many local adventures (Cabrillo State Park and Point Loma Lighthouse, La Jolla Cove and Cave) and restaurants. One note which is made clear in the instructions involves the garage. We had a larger car (SUV type) and I highly recommend a party to guide the driver while parking in the garage. The car fit nicely in the garage but the alley is a tight space for navigating. We will definitely be back and look forward to more San Diego adventures! Thank you Michael and Lily!

We had to evacuate our home because of fires nearby, and staying at Maria’s place was such a bright spot for us. The space is cheerful and inviting with lots of personal touches. As a couple with a baby, everything we needed was there. The location is unbeatable - steps to the beach, tons of great restaurant and shops within walking distance. Maria is an excellent host. We booked our stay while on the road and she was in touch right away. She was so kind and compassionate to our situation. If you get an opportunity to stay here, do not pass it up.

This was a true 5 star place. You get the entire property to yourself and the surrounding gates/plants make it feel very private. That said, the location is great because everything you need is in walking distance; eats, coffee, beach, corner store. The best part is the house is located in an area the passing trains aren’t allowed to blow their horns so you won’t get woken up by them if you aren’t used to it. My kid had fun walking down the block to watch them pass during the day. Amazing amenities included; covered garage for parking, grass lawn, outside table with umbrella, hammock, tv inside, huge bathtub with shower and fully stocked kitchen with numerous appliances. The bed sheets were actual bed sheets! Not the cheap paper kind every other single airbnb tends to provide. Plenty of pillows and towels. Comfortable couch and bean bag chair. Host was extremely kind and responsive. Great place for singles, couples or families. We will be staying here again, no doubt!

Beautiful home! No access to the actual beach but home is right on the water. Beautiful views and great for a family vacation!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at David's place immensely. The location is beautiful and right on the ocean. The kitchen and amenities were wonderful, we felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!
