Vacation rentals with a fireplace in South Cambridgeshire District

Had an amazing stay at Graham’s Air BnB home. We have always struggled to find somewhere to stay that would be happy to accommodate our rescue animals. Graham was extremely helpful, even made sure the property had bread, milk, eggs etc which is extremely kind. We would most definitely stay at the property again. Lots of room, lovely area - Neighbours are friendly too! :)

Myself and my partner and Labrador had a lovely stay for a few nights at Jo's. Such a thoughtful host, all bits there needed for a dog stay and even little biscuits for him. Little touches like a bottle of wine, fresh bread, eggs etc was all so kind. Such a comfortable bed and very peaceful location with some lovely walks around.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Very much a home. Lots of space, beautiful garden. Lovely views from garden. Very close to Saffron Walden. Walks straight from the house. We had a lovely family weekend.

Cherie was extremely friendly and her house is fresh, clean and welcoming! Lovely and warm. Quiet, residential area but not far to walk into the centre... along the river or through the green parks.

The Round House was the perfect place for a couple’s getaway. We loved having the hot tub to relax in at the end of the day and enjoy the beautiful stars. Everything looks just as nice as in the pictures. The shower was fantastic with amazing water pressure. The heated towel bar was also a bonus given that we visited in winter. Claire provided a lovely welcome basket complete with a bottle of bubbly, along with enough firewood to keep to keep us cozy through the chilly evenings. We are already planning when we will visit again!

I will stay again as it was very comfortable and homely. Nice touch of coffee and biscuits and bread,jam and milk in the fridge! The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in so much so I have got the brand and type so I can replace mine. Loved the soft sheets and duvet too! Plenty of towels. Washing up took a bit of time due to old pipes for the hot water but I saved it up rather than trying to do it each time. The host does warn you of this in the detailed book of flat and local information. The hot water wasn’t an issue though in the bathroom with an electric shower with lots of instant hot water. It’s a very sunny flat with lots of sun during the afternoon. Easy to park behind the building. The building is an old building and does reflect the age but the flat itself is very nicely done. Great quick communication with the host.

Stayed here for three weeks. It was a wonderful and comfortable stay. Would definitely come back and book if i am in the area

I stayed here while doing research at Cambridge. The apartment was good for my needs, more spacious than the pictures make it seem. The host was very friendly and helped when needed. It's about a 30 minute walk from Cambridge but there is a bus stop right in front of the house and a large grocery right across the street which was great.

Our professionals got a great experience at your accommodation. Very relaxing, calm, clean environment with all necessary amenities at hand. Our professionals enjoyed their stay and got a good rest period during shift work. They will defiantly stay again :-)

Nice location, well equipped, comfy beds. Easy to follow instructions good location and responsive host.

This is an incredible find in this area! The property is located above two businesses that are not open after 17:00 typically so there is no one to disturb below you! The kitchen is spacious and comfortable to work in and there are at least two grocery stores within a 3-minute walk. There is a butcher less than 100m from the apartment and ample choices for food. The ONE drawback is that the walls are INCREDIBLY this so cellphone and Wi-Fi coverage can be challenging. Keep your phone in your pocket and remember that the router is in the bedroom! Alex and Noy are exceptional hosts! They are responsive, friendly and communicate perfectly. I loved this place so much that it was the obvious choice when my stay in country was extended!
