Great location and overall great experience

Bing's place was cozy and a great stay. Although the area and neighborhood wasn't in the fanciest area of town and the outside of the place might seem a little older, the apartment was incredibly comfortable and welcoming once inside. The area was very quiet and residential; we saw families and friendly neighbors next door and felt very safe. We had a snowstorm and cold spell during our stay but the radiators kept us very warm. The water speed was great, and the bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms were all well furnished. Parking was also very convenient both in the designated space and on the curb. We were within easy driving distance to the grocery store and other areas of town. I highly recommend the place if you are looking for a little breathing room from the congested areas of Boston but still want to have easy access to the rest of the city.

Super good location close to downtown Boston, to the airport and halfway to other places where I could visit family and friends. The host was always quick to respond!

Ken's place is a perfect home base for exploring so many of Boston's most interesting areas. Each morning of our stay we formulated the finishing touches of a plan in the comfy natural light of the kitchen area, and headed downstairs to grab a ~1 mile ride to brunch either south toward Sam Adams, or North to Back Bay/Fenway. Back Bay particularly was so walkable, we wouldn't need a car or bike or scooter the rest of the day. Once back at Ken's place we enjoyed lounging in the TV space or gabbing around the kitchen table, and at the end of the night the arched wall in the main bedroom with multiple windows was a particularly comfortable spot to say goodnight to the city one more time.

The house was perfect for me, my sister, brother in law, and infant nephew to stay for the holidays. The kitchen, dining area, and living room accommodated our parents coming over for dinners, the couch was super comfy for reading and watching movies, and getting into town was easy. Lots of great Armenian and Greek food around, and easy access to fresh pond and beaverbrook reservation for fresh air and birdwatching. Loved this place and can’t wait to stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and having in-unit laundry was a big plus. The building itself has great amenities, the gym was well-equipped, and the outdoor spaces were nice for relaxing. The location was convenient for getting to Boston, and the area felt safe and walkable. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was easy. Overall, a great place to stay, and I’d book it again!

Kevin's place is only a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station, but that train station is a commuter line that only runs every 2 hours on the weekends which is a good thing to know. also inclement weather made it difficult to walk as it took a day for most of the public sidewalks to be shoveled. despite this the location is still good and close to the center City so an Uber or Lyft is cheap. The accommodations were really nice. and would definitely stay again if I find myself in Boston.

We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

Our family really enjoyed our second stay at Louise’s lovely house. The house is spacious, well furnished, comfortable and well situated. Louise is a terrific host — very responsive, thoughtful and friendly. We love staying here and hope to do so again.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful cottage in a beautiful seaside town. House was very comfortable and clean. The whole town is walkable so you can easily get to restaurants, coffee, groceries etc. Having 2 joined suites worked wonderfully so that our teenagers could have their own space while still being connected to us. Our family had a wonderful time!

We loved this house and highly recommend it! We stayed for 9 days and felt at home the entire time thanks to the thoughtfulness and care that Austin and Nina have put into this house. The kitchen has literally everything you could ask for, including great pots and pans, spices and oils, brand new appliances, coffees and teas, etc. The beds are so comfortable and all have great pillows and bedding. The whole house is spotless and has everything you need so you do not need to run out to the store the second you get there. The backyard is so nice for kids and for sitting on the patio (when it's warm out). The neighborhood is nice and very quiet and safe - we loved that we could walk into town (where there are little restaurants, a juice shop, coffee shops, an ice cream shop and a very nice library) and walk to a local high school as well. Austin was so responsive the few times we had a quick question. We will definitely return to this house in the future when we visit our son!

A lovely home perfect for our family of ten flying in for a wedding. Happy memories were made visiting around the spacious kitchen. Host very responsive and helpful. Great location near Anderson transit center for airport, commuter train to Boston. Easy access to church and family in Wilmington. Enterprise car rental close and picked us up.

The house is spacious and very comfortable, ideal for large groups, everything was clean and organized. The house has everything you need for a long stay, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to the center and public transportation, supermarkets, etc. Ben is super friendly and communicates quickly. I recommend 100% this stay we had a great time.

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

This location was great! Walkable to the main attraction areas but off the beaten path for a more private feel. The home was so clean and modern. All three bedrooms were a great size. The bathroom was very updated and the built in shower system was awesome, with great water pressure. Tristan was a great host and very responsive. Would definitely go back!

This is my absolute favorite place to stay in Marblehead! And there is parking!! (Which is a huge deal in Marblehead). Kristin is an incredible host and responds pretty much immediately. A wonderful place to stay!!

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Catlin and Ryan's place! The place was clean and spacious, and was conveniently located near a train stop which made visiting all the neighborhoods around Boston a breeze. Ryan was also kind enough to drop by and offer recommendations for local grocery, restaurants, and sightseeing. Check in and check out were easy and clearly detailed in the app, as well as physically in the house. Overall, Catlin and Ryan's AirBnb was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay for our group trip. The next time we come to Boston, we will definitely be looking to come right back here!

A beautiful place and so perfectly located right by the airport so walking to the apt was fantastic. I would highly recommend booking this lovely place for your next Boston get away!

Great location - literally steps from Chinatown. The place was beautifully decorated; my husband had a couple of important Zoom meetings during our stay and the stylish apartment (and great internet connection) made a flawless background. Highly recommend!
