Awesome unit beyond our expectations and David was an excellent host! Very close to the beach and all that new buffalo has to offer. David was always very responsive and proactive to all of our questions. Definitely recommend and looking forward to our next stay there again!

Amazing host! Very responsive and gave clear instructions. The apartment was beautiful and definitely worth the price. Very clean and cozy studio apartment with everything you would need for a weekend stay it even longer. Great location and walkable to restaurants and right next to the river which was beautiful. Only 20 mins from the airport and ideal location to lots of other places. Would highly recommend!

We visited last weekend to just get away from it all and had a wonderful stay! There was plenty of room for my wife and I and our 2 dogs including a small fenced in area in the yard for the pups to run around. It's a short fence but our dogs are too lazy to jump so no issues for us but some dog owners would need to be careful. The home itself is beautiful and they did an amazing job on the renovations! Extremely clean and well stocked with just about everything you'd need! Decorated so so nicely as well. We were also fortunate to meet the friendly neighbor dog Sunny (who is just an absolute doll) and her owner - very friendly! We would definitely come back again :)

Chelssie’s place was great for our weekend trip! Neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything. Chelssie was very friendly and responsive. The place was very clean and looked just like the photos in the listing. The twin bedroom is in the basement, which we didn’t know, so we ended up having our kids share one of the beds on the main floor. Would definitely stay here again!

We were grateful to stay at Adam's beautiful house. It was large enough for our family of nine to have their own room/bed, which hasn't always been the case for our ND football weekends. The house was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. We were also appreciative of the family treats that Adam and his family left for us, which we all enjoyed! Best of all the Irish dominated Wake Forest 45-7 and our family received the ND Alumni Association Tailgate of the Week Award on Saturday, so a win...win...win for the entire weekend. Thanks Adam and Go Irish!

R Michael was extremely accommodating, personable, and his home felt very “homey”. He had a coffee bar set up which was a wonderful touch and very welcome each morning. The neighborhood felt very safe and the house was well appointed. It fit our extended family quite comfortably. The house was nice, and definitely felt lived in. Overall a very comfortable experience.

My family and I are originally from Benton Harbor so when we come into town we like to stay in airbnb's to accommodate us. Sara's place did just that! The house was very cute and homey. They did a great job with remodeling of home. My family loved that they thought of all the little touches a family might need when staying there. If you're coming to visit the beaches or the shops in St. Joe you are only a few mins away from all the action. We will definitely be back. Don't hesitate to book with them. We really appreciated the quick responses we received when we needed to ask questions.

House on Hills is a beautiful well appointed home within walking distance to restaurants and bars. They thought of every possible detail to make our stay perfect!! Three couples stayed the weekend and we went to Round Barn winery for the day, a 5 minute drive. Mary made a great recommendation to have breakfast at The Local, 5 minute walk from house, delicious!!! Went both mornings. Thank you for a great weekend!! Already making plans to come back😃
