Hey there! Kyle was an amazing host and the place was great. All the check in details were clear. The place itself was clean and had everything that you needed- from appliances to various equipment! As someone who is visiting the area, this place had everything that I needed and I enjoyed my time there as well!

This was a cute little retreat for a local event we attended. The place was in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping centers, which was a plus! very private as well! I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in Donald’s unit at the 1 Hotel during the week of art basel and everything was perfect. The unit was exactly as pictured, and Donald even included a complimentary cleaning. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Honestly a super cute and cozy place, felt right at home, clean and organized and even had water for us in the fridge when we arrived, would definitely book again

I did a last minute same day booking as I was traveling from Tampa to Miami. So I did have some issues at check-in because the hotel didn’t have the reservation number. MAK REALTY GROUP was very responsive to helping me get things resolved. Other than that my stay at the condo was great! Has an amazing view, great staff, right on the beach with so many great food options. The place was super clean. I will be staying here again. 10/10 recommend

Great location. It was a very clean space and felt secure our whole stay. Loved being able to walk to bars and restaurants close by! 10/10 would rent again.

My partner and I visited Miami for a quick get away and Julian’s place was everything and more than we could have thought ! The views are to die for ! Stunning! you get a great over look of the city. it’s super easy to find a spot to eat/ find an activity everything is walking distance. The inside of the place is soooo comfortable and actually found to be very spacious. Needless to say We had a great time , this was my first time in FL and I felt so at home thanks to Julian. I would also like to thank Andrea for being quickly responsive and answering some of my last minute questions during our stay. I cannot wait to be back !!!!!!

The house was extremely comfortable and lovely. My family enjoyed everything about the stay. Looking forward to returning in the future. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Very cute home with a private backyard for relaxing or hanging out with your friends. Complimentary drinks and snacks to top it off.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Linda’s as we have in past years!!! The location is just right for our activities.( biking , touring , beach, concerts, botanical gardens, ) This home is beautiful indoors and outdoors, spacious, comfortable, great cooking facilities. Wonderful!

We had great time staying here! It was at a central location, everything was 10 to 15 mins driving distance which was amazing! Quiet neighborhood, so it was peaceful! The place was clean and tidy! For four of us, it was perfect! It was a pleasant stay :)

Our second night at Mila's was great too! We were allowed to enter the apartment earlier on request. Thank you for everything.

Honestly, this place was so nice!! The pictures portrayed this place exactly what it was. It was an easy uber drive to Brickell and Wynwood. The market downstairs was also very convenient. We totally enjoyed our stay and the balcony was such a plus!

Wonderful stay. Extremely clean, loved the amenities and how close to everything. It's walking distance to Brickell Mall, Pura Vida, coffee shops and grocery stores. Building staff is incredible and helpful. Room service food was amazing, perfectly cooked. The pool is also gorgeous and well serviced.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful Miami apartment! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making check-in a breeze. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The king-sized bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking meals. The location was perfect surrounded by great restaurants and shops. We also loved the rooftop pool with stunning views of the city on the 6th floor. It was the perfect spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Miami. The host was amazing, the amenities were top-notch, and the location couldn’t have been better. Would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing time staying at Anita's place. It is in the heart of Brickell which was perfect and close to everything. She gave me very helpful tips eg. places for cigars and drinks, car rental. Anita made my first trip to Miami fantastic, so now I have made Miami my go to spot!!!!! Cheers Sam B

We booked this Airbnb for my family, and it was an amazing experience! The place was beautiful, spacious, spotless, and in a perfect location—just steps from the beach.Freddie, the host, was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made everything so easy for us. He really went above and beyond with my parents and took the time to call them and help them through any questions they had. While there are standard hotel fees to be aware of (not controlled by the host), the stay was absolutely worth it. We’d gladly stay here again. Thank you, Freddie, for a fantastic trip!
