Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

Great location, walkable to the beach and the amenities at the home made for a very comfortable stay. We really appreciated the amount of resources for guest use such as yoga mats, bikes, beach wagon, beach towels, and toys. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed with some friends for a sailing event and it exceeded our expectations! We really enjoyed how fun the house is and how peaceful and beautiful the backyard is. Didn't have much time to explore the area because of our event but even with a packed schedule we were able to get to the beach because it was such a short walk. Great stay!

This was one of the best Airbnb‘s I’ve ever rented. By far. The location is perfect… The hostess was amazing. She should write a manual for other Airbnb hosts on how to do it. Her place was perfect. She thought of everything. One small problem and she handled it right away. Very very nice and professional person and a great place to rent! Definitely a return trip is in order.

We enjoyed our stay at Surf’s Up very much! The place was absolutely spotless, well stocked and comfortable. We had fun learning all about surfing (as Michiganders, we didn’t have much foreknowledge) and enjoyed all the lighthearted decor. The pool was clean and warm, the space was inviting, and Steve was particularly responsive when I had a few questions. Wonderful! Thank you, Steve! Melbourne Beach is a great spot, lots of restaurants, and a simply beautiful and very easily accessible beach.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house! We were able to check in early, enjoy the beach right out our door, and the kids loved the pool. Everything we needed for younger kids and adults to enjoy was there! We will certainly return to this house at some point! Thank you!

The house had so much to do for all of us, and Elercia was so accommodating to all of our needs! Our favorite thing to do was to watch the sunrise on the dock overlooking the ocean, kayaking in the bay, and playing in the pool! So much fun!

really enjoyed the privacy and relaxed beachfront. very comfy beds and excellent amenities. convenient location. heated saltwater pool was a game changer for my 2.5 year old toddler. the place was clean and i would love to come back. our florida trip was great!

GREAT HOUSE IN GREAT LOCATION IF YOU LOVE THE BEACH AND OCEAN IN A PRIVATE SETTING. BEAUTIFUL VIEW IN BEDROOMS, PARTICULARLY IN MASTER BEDROOM. GREAT VIEWS AT NIGHT AND THGROUGHOUT THE DAY FROM THE BED AND BATHROOM, WHICH INCLUDES A JACUZZI. JENNIFER GIVES CLEAR DIRECTIONS AND RESPONDS PROMPTLY TO ANY INQUIRIES. I FULLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO BOOKING IT AGAIN IN A NEAR FUTURE.

We loved the house except the waterpressure was very slow in the sinks and shower and there is no bathtub for bathing young children. The house is beautiful with nice accessories. Suggest, need to add more updated beach chairs and more porch furniture.

Great place to relax. We enjoyed the closeness of the ocean. The pool was very relaxing. The entertainment area was great for exercising and just chilling out. There were many games available. The rooms were in excellent shape. The kitchen has the amenities and the bathrooms are clean. Glad they supplied towels for bath and beach.

The house was truly amazing with beautiful views from every angle. Al and his team really go above and beyond with little details, features and amenities. We couldn't have asked for a better beach getaway!

Fantastic stay literal steps away from the beach. Girls trip for 3 had everything we needed! Restaurants and grocery stores super close. Especially loved the back porch on the ocean in the morning - and when too windy, the front porch was perfection. Can’t beat sunrise and sunset on same property. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Beds comfy. You won’t regret booking this. #propertyperfection.

This was by far, one of our favorite houses we have stayed at. Not only was the house exactly as listed, it was super clean and beautifully decorated. They had every essential you could think of. The AMAZING pool and the grill was the biggest hit for our family vacation! Let’s not forget how close this house is to the ocean, only steps away! We would take turns going to the beach and then going in the pool multiple times a day. They are VERY kid friendly, they had all the sand toys, beach chairs, a beach umbrella to play with at the beach and our boys loved the game room in the garage! Not only was this the BEST location and I’m not kidding about that- the hosts were more than accommodating and always responded right away. They really care about their guests- we even had snacks, sunscreen and a personalized message as we walked in the door. This place is worth every penny! We made great memories here and we will 100% be back!

I had an amazing stay at this waterfront Airbnb! The location was perfect, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The home was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

This was a great place that exceeded our expectations. Great view of the ocean from our condo. Both the pool and beach were just steps away. Everything was easy to get to.

This home is everything its described to be plus some. The home is extremely clean and very neat. It is thoughtfully decorated and arranged for comfort in the living and sleeping spaces. The outdoor patio is wonderful for lounging or enjoying a meal at the table. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked for cooking in. If you have children from infant to teen the home is equipped for them. Toys for young toddlers are available as well as a safety gate to keep them from venturing up the stairs. Brand new bicycles are available for riding the many bike paths and safe roads around MLB. Beach necessities galore including a convenient cart for toting all of the "stuff" the short walk to the beach. Teens love the ping pong table and the ESPN basketball hoops game. If you are travelling with a pet, the home is well equipped for your pet as well. A wonderful lawn on two sides of the pool that is fenced in. Rooms are equipped with nice linens and plenty of towels and beach towels.

The ‘Splashing Pelican’ is absolutely AWESOME!!! Exquisite decor, upscale living room with fireplace (!) and smart tv, gorgeous dining room with settings for 6 (!), kitchen with every comfort needed…. 2 beautiful bdrms with tv’s, again the decor and plenty of storage in each… hall bathroom, filled with soft towels, great shower, soaps, shampoos, first aid kit, etc, … master bdrm in the rear… yummy…private bath, cubbies, side tables, storage and seashells everywhere… private back deck, with spiral staircase leading up to the deck. And, before I forget, the gorgeous windows … huge, so pretty, bringing the outside in! The location is the east side of the inland waterway.. the houseboat is anchored at the beginning of a long private pier. Finally, top deck, also accessed from front deck..WOW!screened porch with 2 couches, dining table for 6, smart tv. Outside deck has 4 loungers, high table for 4 with umbrella, settee with matching chairs, second umbrella and a hot tub! Sunsets galore❤️

Tim's place was perfect for us! It was right across from the beach and 1 block away from our favorite Thai restaurant and surf shop (MTB). We also discovered Mel's tiki cafe - a very yummy breakfast spot. An added bonus was the hot tub. All in all it was a great stay!

Place perfectly met our needs, it was clean and the pool was great. Beach was amazing and the easy access made our stay. Hosts had great comms and absolutely would return!

We totally enjoyed our stay. Loved the beach right across the street. Many restaurants in the area. Close to Jensen Beach downtown area. The Golf Cart was a plus to drive around & go to the beach. The host was very helpful with us extending our stay. The place was very clean & had more amenities in the kitchen than any other place we have ever stayed. The price was great for the area. We will return.

Its 100% worth it to get the golf cart. The private parking and access at the beach for us was amazing and so easy to watch the sunrise over the waves. There's plenty to do on the island like pickleball or tennis, swim in the heated pool or lounge in the hot tubs. We had a great time. The home was cozy and inviting. Make sure you turn on the water heater ASAP to give it enough time to warm up. We went in January with high winds and temps as low as 50°s at night and up to more comfortable 70°s during the day. Over all we loved it and would definitely return for a longer stay.
