Vacation rentals with a balcony in South Athens

We spent one week in Athens at this apartment. The area is lively and very close to the subway, restaurants, bars and there is a park on the hill, which only takes around 20 minutes by foot. From there, you have a marvelous view to the sea on one side and the acropolis on the other. Athens is a great city anyways and spending some time in this area was perfect for our visit. The communication was very friendly and super easy going, helpful and flexible.

Toni’s house met our expectation. Location is ok, close to most of the touristic place, by walking 10-15 min max. Only I can say about location, you can see different kind of people around neighbourhood but we didn’t feel unsecured. If you plan to cook at home, equipment is not that muck enough I guess. Overall it’s ok. House is clean and funny.

A highly recommended apartment. The host was always available and answered all our questions quickly. The apartment was super tidy, clean and with everything we needed for our stay. You have to wait about 30 minutes before using the shower, which can be a bit uncomfortable, but the rest was excellent.

We loved the house. Our host responded quickly to all our requests. And gave extra support. The kitchen and bathroom are quite enough . Very central neighbourhood. In a convenient spot for all kinds of shopping. Bright and warm.

Staying at Penny's was just great. It ticked all the boxes for a really satisfying stay: perfectly clean, nice treats to make us feel welcome, fantastic location and Penny was a great communicator. The space is well designed and has what you need for a relaxing stay. Definitely recommend this gem so close to the Acropolis Museum and Plaka. The area (Koukaki) is walkable and felt safe at night - close to the metro for easy access anywhere you want to go.

It’s a very well connected place and our host was very communicative! The neighborhood is not super touristy but not far from area connected to acropolis. We enjoy our stay a lot!

Excellent location, full of restaurants, bars and close to everywhere. The big advantage that is not as noisy as Psirri but gives value for recreation in a traditional and very kind local way. It is important that there is a supermarket close by, cafes, gyros excellent bakeries and excellent pastry shops and more.

Loved the location, a few minutes walk to the Metro Station in one direction, and to the supermarket in the opposite direction. The parking space was useful when we didn't want to drive out. The entrance lock was high-tech. Lots of power sockets around the place, and lots of extra towels provided. Yannis was kind enough to give us an early check-in and a late checkout, which was much appreciated. The place was very spacious and comfortable and Yannis even provided bedroom slippers and a sewing kit. We were met by his associate at check-in, who showed us around. There were bakeries and cafes around the area. Would definitely recommend the place.

Great location with lot of restaurants and cafes around. City downtown and Acropolis are in walking distance. Super responsive host.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and great view of the acropolis. The hosts were most attentive hosts I have ever experienced and that made the stay so much better. A lot of places for food and groceries were within walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

It is a stylish and convenient apartment in one of the most central parts of the historic center, right next to the metro, with access to all of Athens. It will definitely be our first choice in every visit to Athens!

The home is just as described. We especially liked the great terraces and the great design of the accommodation. Within 25 minutes walk you are in the center, but there is also a variety of great restaurants in the neighborhood.

We had a lovely couple of days. Dimitris met us on arrival (after 11pm). It was fantastic having a bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival especially so late at night. He was so god in providing us with additional information/ places to eat for my birthday & directions / tips for the football. 100% would recommend this accommodation.
