Tipi Cabécar

ChristianRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Really a super nice environment in the rainforest with a short walk through the forest to a small waterfall. Very lovingly designed terrain with stringed lights and many seating options, which you can't expect directly when arriving. The only "flaw" could be the shared bathroom for two cabins - but that did not bother us, as the other cabin was not occupied.

We loved the concept of glamping. Very comfortable and in contact with nature. The terrace located next to the river is beautiful and invites rest and disconnection.

It's a perfect place to get away with the noise and stress of the city. She was enchanted and in love with the place, in addition to mentioning that the hostess is a quality being as well as her aunt 🥰

Glamping Pacandé 6, near the desert la tatacoa.

SarahRating, 5 stars5 months ago
I was immediately greeted by Wilma with a lovely friendly welcome and Aureliano made sure I had all the info. The finca is right on the bus route from Bogotá and so I asked the bus to drop me. It has a lovely view out the back and has a lot of areas to keep cool. I was worried that it would be hard to get to places, but Aureliano introduced me to his friend, Juan Carlos, a local guide, who helped me get around and we did a motorbike tour of Tatacoa deserts, stopping at viewpoints and hiking a bit here and there. It is so hot that motorbike turned out to be an excellent choice. I needed to get on the road early and JC picked me up and took me to the bus stop and made sure I got on the right bus. The glamping pod is cosy and felt safe - the fan was necessary as it is really hot, I did yearn for Aircon but it was fine. The pool is small but sufficient. I think this is a great place if you are stopping on the way to San Agustin and don't have loads of time. It does get busy on Sundays.
