Our stay at this villa was a real pleasure, the villa was spacious, clean similar to the photos. The pool and garden were perfect for relaxing. The host's service was friendly and responsive, attentive and very welcoming. I would recommend it in a second.

Amazing Stay in a Beautiful Villa! We recently stayed at this fantastic villa and had an incredible experience. The house is enormous, with four spacious bedrooms that provided more than enough space for our family. The location is perfect, nestled in a safe and tranquil neighborhood. The host was exceptionally welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They were always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning view from the villa. We could see the beach just a few meters away, and the sight was breathtaking. The beach itself is pristine and easily accessible, making it perfect for morning walks and relaxing afternoons. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and relaxing getaway. We can't wait to return!

Great place with an amazing spacious terrace. Well furnished with all you need for a perfect stay. The helpers lamia and naima were wonderful. Jad was great to deal with, very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I had a great 6-night stay with Latefa which was very welcoming and proactive, she made sure before we arrived to provide us with all the necessary information and asked us to hear from us throughout the stay. Her flexibility has left a mark on me. The apartment is clean and contains everything you need to stay there... Nothing to say excellent host.

My family and I had an unforgettable stay, the mix between the sea and the mountains gives a feeling of traveling all the time. The welcome was great, the place is nice everything is nearby: restaurant, shop no need to use your vehicle. the place is monitored 24/7 by a professional TPS company The caretaker is always available even at 1am I recommend all lovers of the sea and the mountains to come to this apartment .

Initially a little fearful due to the novelty of the listing, we finally trusted Rentila Services after an exchange that reassured us. We absolutely did not regret it! 👌🏻 Host was very responsive from start to finish, excellent relationship. As for the apartment, it's just nice! Suitable for 4 people, we had a lovely week and felt right at home. The terrace was a big favorite, ideal place for breakfast facing greenery and the sea 😍 I would highly recommend it for the quality of the services (compared to other listings in the area) 👌🏻

Pleasant stay, nice apartment to redo

The location is excellent, with various amenities in the immediate vicinity and a very quiet atmosphere. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. However, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired; there was dust, the kitchen cabinets need thorough cleaning, the fridge showed mold formation and the balcony was not tidy.

We loved it ,we had a wonderful time , felt just like home away from home ,Cabo negro &Martil beautiful looking to comeback, rim’s place gorgeous good location highly recommended, thank you soooo much for this unforgettable experience.see you sooooon.

Our stay at the villa was perfect. The villa is located in a private residence where the entrance is monitored 24/7 by a caretaker. The setting is beautiful and the villa gives direct access to the beach through the garden. Finally the real plus of this villa for us is the pool with its large garden very well maintained. Special mention to Abderrezak who is the caretaker of the villa and is very responsive to the request we can make to him. Thank you again for this vacation!

Excellent place and really peaceful for a short disconnect vacation, the beach is just in front , nice and safe place , the kids enjoyed the place , recommended for family and sure we will be back again :)

Very nice and especially safe home. There are constantly guards around you. You can easily park your car in front of the door or put it in the garage. You can enjoy hiking in the area and you have some swimming pools that you can use. In the area there are plenty of nice dining spots and for us the location near the beach was a plus. We were sometimes bothered by noisy upstairs neighbors at the time in the evening. Imad is a very nice host who is quick to respond and helpful.

We had a great time at this apartment located in a villa. The apartment is very well equipped, clean, and perfectly maintained. The setting is ideal for resting, in a very quiet and soothing environment. In addition, the host was extremely responsive and always available to answer our needs or questions. A place we highly recommend and where we'll be happy to come back!
