Vacation rentals with a patio in Sottomarina

My family and I had a pleasant stay at Campiello Zen in a peaceful neighbourhood right in the center of Venice. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the train station, Vaporetto station, restaurants, eateries, attractions, and nightlife. Our hosts, Susanna and Andrea, were welcoming, informational and kind. Our daughter absolutely adored Lattuga, the tortoise, while enjoying the beautiful garden. We made many wonderful memories during our stay and are grateful to Susanna and Andrea for their amazing hospitality. Grazie Mille :)

Thank you for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend it. The house is extremely clean, warm, spacious, plenty of kitchen facilities, washing machine available if needed, patio for morning coffee, good comfortable bed, everything to make you feel at home. Very quiet and close to the Biennale!

Giacomo was very helpful in flexible check-in as we arrived around the end of the check-in timeframe, we could simply pick up the keys from another location nearby. The flat is located very centrally and going around the city from there is very easy. The flat is welcoming and was clean, good amenities, and a little outside area. I recommend Giacomo and this flat.

The apartment matched the description perfectly and was lovely. We had a great time. Its real plus is its ideal geographical location, which allowed us to fully enjoy the city. Thank you for hosting us!

Fabio's place was exceptional. It exceeded my expectations. Fabio was an incredible host. His communication and attention to detail was top notch. He met me at the water taxi stop and walked me to his place. He gave a tour of his place explaining all I needed to know during my stay. His place looked just like the photos. His place was very clean, well organized, and very comfortable. It was within walking distance to all places. Fabio was accommodating, as he allowed me to check-in early. His place was safe and tucked away from the busier area's. I bought a water taxi 2 day pass which was not needed due to how close Fabio's place was to all sites. He had cookies, candy, coffee, shampoo, and body wash. His place was spotless. It appeared to be newly renovated. I sincerly enjoyed my stay. Thank you Fabio for making my trip to Venice an exceptional one. I highly recommend Fabio's place and will definitely stay at his place on my next trip to Venice.

I really enjoyed my stay at Monica and Giuseppe's apartment. Everything was extremely clean, organized and spacious. Monica and Giuseppe were incredibly kind, responsive, and flexible with my check-in, which made the experience even more seamless. Their attention to detail is remarkable, and it is clear they put a lot of care and effort into ensuring a comfortable stay. I had such a beautiful and memorable experience. We had such a nice stay at Casa Lova. Laura was a wonderful host, from start to finish, and the house is comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. One of my best Airbnb experiences!

Somewhere between 4 and 5 stars Great location. Very special place. Clean. But kitchen could be better equipped and shower could be improved.

Lido is a great place to remind you of quieter times and so is this place. It takes a few more steps than Google Map shows (literally, like 10-15) and it’s fairly easy to come in. We went to some of the places Nina recommended in this app and they were all great. We didn’t get to meet in person, but she’s the best host I’ve had and her place is big and great. Thank you so much, Nina.

Leo was a great host, accurate in providing us with directions and quick to respond when we needed some clarification. The house, recently renovated, is in a great location and Leo furnished it with good taste, nothing was missing and also provided us with 4 bicycles! It was a very relaxing stay. Thank you 😊

My daughter and I had the most wonderful stay in Venice. Massimo should be a Superhost because he was very communicative and helped us with transportation from the airport. He met us at the dock and walked us to the apartment... showed us every detail of his apartment and told us about a grocery close by. He then gave us great recommendations for restuarants and even booked our boat back to the airport. The apartment is beautifully appointed and comfortable. His work as an artist shows up in all the details. It is in a lovely square, very quiet and you feel like you are living with all the local Venetians. To top it off, there is a lovely planted private patio to have your morning breakfast. We would go back again.

We had a fantastic stay here for 3 nights and would happily come back. The location was great - walkable to everything within 10-15 minutes but far enough away that it was quiet at night. It was also a 5 min walk to the vaporetto stop (which we used a bit, but it’s easier and faster to walk most places). Having two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was great for our group, and the living room was comfy for sitting around after a long day of exploring the city. We didn’t use the kitchen much since we ate at random cicchettis for lunch and several restaurants at night (would recommend Ristorante Al Vaporetto but not Trattoria Al Gazzettino), both close by. Communication from the hosts was also very good and they were very accommodating.

We were hesitant about staying on the Lido at first, worried it would be complicated to get to and from Venice, but it ended up being super nice! The boats were fast, frequent and easy to use, even late at night. Allesandro was a great host, always answering all of our questions and happy to help. The place itself was spacious and clean, just a short walk to the beach and downtown area. We drove to Venice and it was very nice to be able to park right next to the apartment for free in a safe neighborhood.

Absolutely perfect place to really experience this amazing city! The apartment is well designed in terms of beautiful comfortable furnature, simple yet effective kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are just great. The rooftop terrace is so beautiful to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The window shutter work perfectly and really block out the light for good sleep. The location couldn't be better! HIGHLY recommend this place to feel right at home!

Terrific Airbnb host and his family are charming and a dream to work with. Apartment is reminiscent of 1930s charm with modern amenities. List and access to hotel were important. I have asked them to consider installing a full length morrow (to see this Carnevale costumes) but other than that very small detail this was perfect.
