we had a great trip in kirknes , this spot is only 10 mins drive from city center , the apartment is very big and cozy with quiet surrounding , most of all to communicate with alexadra was super efficient , and helpful ! i will recommend this apartment for all who would love to stay in kirkenes . also there is a small hill 5 mins walk from home to hike for northern light hunting and i bet in winter is the perfect place to ski . 5 stars experience

Our stay in Kirkenes was amazing! The house is huge and has everything you can wish for and we were so lucky to see a little Aurora right from the balcony. I would love to came back during summer times

Second year in a row as a guest of Ragnar and Inge. We did expect quality accommodation and we were not disappointed. Well-equipped house, location great for salmon fishing. Friendly host.

Trond's house is very nice, by the sea and has a good view. I spent 3 nights here, the outside of the wooden house was very clean, and also experienced a seaside sauna 5 minutes away, everything was perfect. I will never forget here and I will come back.

Very good value for the price. Excellent location. Particularly good was the possibility of a sauna, a short trip to the sea, and an available motor boat. All the items required for daily living were available for use. The listing details and photos don't match the listing - the place is significantly better and more upscale in reality. Happiness is friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at Kjerti‘s home over Christmas with our family and it was wonderful. A great big house with a wonderful view cosy and warm. And so is Kjersti as a host:) The location of the house is just perfect in walking distance to everything, also to the great nature. And on top the house has a wonderful sauna. We would love to come back one time.

Large nice modern apartment. Top service by the landlord. Good bed with lovely bed set. A sense of luxury. Parking right by the entrance door. The apartment was warm and clean. I'd love to stay here again.

The accommodation is impeccable. Simple, cozy and with everything you need to make your stay very comfortable in Kirkenes. We were at home, as everything inside is very comfortable and allows you to live inside perfectly, not just for the night. The area is residential so no noise. If you are going by car it is very easy to access, although it also has bus services and is not far from the center.

Really nice and felt right at home! After a 12 hour flight and being able to just sleep with no noise or noisy neighbors it was the best.

We had a warm welcome and cosy stay! We even arrived earlier than planned which was no problem😊

Great place

Two of us stayed at Alexander’s place for two nights, before we boarded a cruise out of the Kirkenes port (which is located 4 minutes away by car… very convenient.) We rented a car at the airport, and it was quite useful to move around, especially during heavy snow. There is easy parking at the property. The location is not far from restaurants (some walkable) and grocery stores (larger ones a quick drive away). The home is spacious, modern, and has great sea views, just like in the photos. It snowed pretty much non-stop while we were there so we could not see the northern lights during those nights. The beds were a bit hard for us, but we light softer toppers. We assume most people will be ok with the mattresses. The temperature was comfortable inside, even though it was freezing outside. We enjoyed our stay, and if we ever have to make it back to Kirkenes, we will hope to stay here again.

Was easy to find. Nice apartment with very good standard Is newly refurbished. Very cozy and flexible hosts. Was bad weather when we were in Kirkenes, so we got to check out a bit later since there was no one else to check in the same day we had check out.

Those who expect a sun-drenched apartment in the center of Kirkenes are wrong here. If you are looking for a well-equipped, quiet in-law apartment in a suburb, this is the place to be. The apartment is located at ground level below the terrace, has a window. But offers more than one usual studio. The kitchen with dining table is separated from the living-bedroom. A hallway leads to the shower and toilet separated from it. The kitchen is good equipped, the dishes from a well-known Swedish furniture provider. And for lovers of filter coffee: there is a coffee maker. Also WiFi works flawlessly, I was able to stream football via VPN. The apartment is picobello clean. Pål-Arne and his wife Duen are a great team. I was very lucky to be able to experience your extraordinary hospitality on my road trip.
