It was such a beautiful and peaceful place. I was only going to stay one night, but after checking in, I saw the place and liked it so much that I added one more night. We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

Beautiful location right near the main part of Hallstatt, absolutely beautiful. Small apartment but very well put together. Exactly what we were looking for a short stay in Hallstatt. The host was extremely helpful with accommodations and communication.

The overall experience of the stay was good, the dressing was very nice, except for the clean toilet ring and the food that was not cleaned
