The small comfortably renovated house with air conditioning/underfloor heating is located on a beautiful rural property with orange grove. The house is ideal for 2 people (with up to 2 children) and is only about 2 km away from Manacor or about 3 km from Rafa Nadal Academy. You rent the whole house! Manacor is the second largest place in Mallorca and has a small charming town center with a pedestrian zone. The beautiful bays of the east coast can be reached in about 15-30 minutes by car.

Historic finca in Son Macià.

Elegant vacation home with large pool, outdoor kitchen, air conditioning, modern furniture and wonderful views of Son Macia. Until May 2022, the estate was widely renovated, technically taken to the 21st century, but atmospheric and visually left in the Mallorcan style. The outdoor kitchen carries a gas BBQ, a 3-burner gas stove, a charcoal grill, hot water, and work surfaces. All upstairs bedrooms have AC.
