Marissa’s home was beautiful and had everything we needed - plus some. Plenty of clean/comfort space and restrooms for our party of 6. We had such a relaxing, warm stay during a snowy January weekend - even smores! Marissa was always responsive and provided suggestions for shopping and dining in St. Michael’s. It was lovely all the way around! Highly recommend this home and working with these owners. Top notch!

This was an amazing stay for our family! I had my family of 9 move to Maryland from Colorado and unfortunately, the house we were supposed to move in to fell through. We were able to use this wonderful for 2 weeks while we got on our feet and found a new place to live. John was a dream host, who helped us with local recommendations, help us understand the surrounding areas, and even went out of his to help me put air in my tires when I found a new vehicle. The cabin was cozy, and secluded, making it an incredibly peaceful place to feel at home amongst our cross country moving koas. We are very grateful for John and his welcoming demeanor! We will definitely consider another stay at this beautiful cabin!

Highly recommend a stay here! Particularly for 2 people who are looking for a relaxing, peaceful, secluded-feeling place. We like trying new areas and this was a great find for those who like nature, wineries, US history (lots of birthplaces nearby), seafood (recommend Cap. John's across the water with a walk around Cobb Island), hidden dives, and small towns. Town itself is a drive 15+ min which is the kind of separation we wanted. The single road that follows the Neck is pleasant, and leads to many hidden gems. Surprised by how rural and peaceful things felt. Amy's A-frame was beyond charming, and was a great home base for the week. Her rules were clear yet laid back and I am so grateful for the trust she puts in her guests. Thank you Amy!

It was so peaceful. BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY. Not far from a gas station and Dollar General so when we needed small things we ran right to the store for it. More than enough space in the house for you to literally not bump into each other all day lol. Lukas was very responsive. We entertained each other (of course theres a tv and wifi but we hardly used it). We spent time together as a family played the board games that were offered. 10/10 would recommend and do it again 🙂 I'd love to rent This property for Thanksgiving invite most of my family (house can sleep 10).

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alexander and his wife's charming cottage, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Alex and his wife were incredibly accommodating and helpful, ensuring we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The cottage itself was cozy and well-maintained, offering everything we required for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking sunset views. Watching the sun dip below the horizon from the dock was simply mesmerizing. The location is also ideal—just a short 10-minute drive to downtown St. Michaels, where we enjoyed exploring the local shops and restaurants. The hosts truly go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome, and it shows in every aspect of their hospitality. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable retreat.

Our stay at Camp Maier was everything we needed and MORE than we could have ever expected. We ended up staying a few extra days because THATS how much we wanted to hang on to the peace and serenity that we felt while there. We are definitely planning our next trip. Great hosts. Gorgeous cabin. Beautiful land/views. Definitely worth it.

We had a wonderful time at Lisa's place and were so impressed and charmed by the gorgeous spot, the tasteful decor, and the general peacefulness and coziness of the whole place. It was the perfect spot for a getaway with friends who just wanted a quiet and comfy place to catch up and relax together. Lisa was easy to get in touch with and incredibly helpful. We felt right at home and can't wait to return!

If you want a calm laid back weekend to getaway from the city area I would recommend Lisa’s cottage. Amazing view from the pier. Wake up early for a beautiful sunrise it’s a must to see.

Great place to stay while traveling to Smith Island. The house is very clean and Janet is a great host.

We used Lindsey's location as a home away from home while our employee was stationed on a long-term project. It was very nice to have a spot that was flexible and cozy for him to stay in lieu of a hotel. Lindsey was flexible with us and very communicative and open to our questions and requests. This is the second time we stayed at this home as a family get together. It had everything we needed. It is a peaceful place to stay. The beds are comfortable and the place was clean.

Comfortable place for the weekend - close to family & area attractions. My grandkids really enjoyed the Calvert Maritime Museum (only 1 mile away!) and also the very large fenced backyard. The kitchen had all the stuff I needed for my stay. I will definitely book Tammy’s place again when back in the area.

Want to get away? This retreat defines that. I am assuming for the winter months, only a handful of people are here. The dock and water were inviting but chilly for February. We brought all our food so we just chilled and took a long walk along the roads. This is the place to read a book, clear your minds, just unwind.

My husband and I visited for a little anniversary getaway. We brought our old pup and she loved laying on the deck, looking out at the water. We got lucky to have a beautiful weather weekend with temps in the 50s. We enjoyed the fire pit at night and opening up the living room doors for a nice indoor/outdoor feel. The home is located in the woods on a quiet street so I took some nice morning strolls with our pup. We went into town for coffee and takeout dinner and enjoyed Carolina Beach which is dog friendly in the winter and a short 25 min. drive. The downstairs bedroom stayed warm even with the barn style doors open, dropping the ac temp, and running the ceiling fan. The mattress was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for the meals we cooked in. We would definitely return again!

We wanted to take my elderly mother to a nice location and this place delivered. It is one level which made it easy for her since no stairs. The view is magnificent, just like in the pictures. There is lots to do, we did some fishing and also got some crab and oysters. They also have kayaks that we used. Place is secluded but also next to a small little ferry that we had to try out. The host was very responsive when I had questions and sent someone immediately when one our kids locked a door. Highly recommend

We recently had a wonderful stay at Travis's place, and we couldn't have felt more at home. The house is not only beautiful but also comfortable, making it the perfect retreat. It’s one of the best-stocked homes I’ve encountered on Airbnb, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Travis was a wonderful host, always responsive and ready to assist with any questions. We're from Michigan, our son is stationed in Alexandria VA. We were looking for a place we could meet up with him for a relaxing weekend away from the city. We rented the Mermaid cottage @ Endeavor Point and it fit the bill perfectly. The cottage was impeccable and had everything we needed for an amazing weekend. The setting was beautiful and entire property was ideal for rest and relaxation. Sophia was awesome and made everything super easy for our stay. She even gave us a few places to check out based on our interests. Our only regret is only being able to stay for a weekend, but we will definitely be back when we can stay longer and bring some fishing gear.

Dale's place was great. After Dale gave us a tour and we went grocery shopping and settled in, we felt calm and peaceful here. There were ample amenities in the home for us to make us comfortable, and we spent our time doing as little as possible - taking in the waterfront views from the deck and the hot tub. We felt sad to leave and appreciated the time to rest and rejuvenate and reflect! We would stay here again!

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s and this was easily one of the best. Everything was exactly as described, and maybe even better than described. It had tons of amenities and a well stocked kitchen perfect for our large family. Spotless and beautiful. I highly recommend this home and would gladly stay there again.

We had our two dogs with us while we stayed for over 2 weeks waiting to move into our new house. Fenced in yard was a life saver and plenty of room for us to celebrate Christmas

Our family's stay at Dana's Bayfront Beach house was absolutely lovely. The house was spacious and looked exactly like the photos with breathtaking views from every room. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the sunrise over the bay in the mornings and the moon rising over a sky full of stars at night. We also enjoyed watching the wildlife. There were Osprey, Jellyfish, crabs, herons and gulls that we could watch from the pier. The kitchen was large and well appointed with pots and pans, dishes and cutlery and we particularly loved the Ninja toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. We found the beds comfortable and appreciated the AC and ceiling fans which kept us cool even during a very warm and humid week! Thanks Dana! We hope to come back again soon!
