My personal favorite property available on air bnb. Peaceful, private, and beautiful surroundings. The cabin is lovely and nick is an amazing host. Very responsive and welcoming made me and my girlfriend feel right at home and was always responsive to our questions and very courteous. I recommend nick and his cabin to anyone looking for a nice get away on the shore. I will absolutely be coming back.

Great cabin! Very secluded but close enough to restaurants and grocery stores. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as described, house is well set up!

Just a stunning location! The bird watching was marvelous, every morning a pair of swans landed and swam around until dusk. Lots of blue herons, too. Good fishing right out of the back yard. The kitchen was very well appointed, good cookware, plates, cups, etc. bed were comfortable with really nice pillows. We spent most of our time around the fire pit or on the screened porch. A great place for relaxing!

The property is very attractive and comfortable. The outside decks, screened porch and fire pit are very nice and even though we were here in January and there was snow and freezing rain, you could appreciate the lovely property and views. The home was wonderfully clean and prepared for our visit. With the turn in the weather the game room was a nice treat for all three generations of our family. Julie was easy to reach and flexible to work with. We were snug and comfortable inside while winter swirled around us. I would be happy to stay here again.

We loved Teresa's cabin! Very close to Cove Point Beach, where we were able to find lots of small-medium shark teeth (our main reason for visiting). If you go, I would recommend taking: earplugs to drown out a barking dog in the evening/early mornings and robes or blankets (if going during a super cold winter week). Also, the main door sticks, so you really need to push after it unlocks. (For a while, we assumed our door code was not working, but that was not the issue.) Didn't get a chance to use it, but the back deck/porch is really nice. Would visit again!

This was our second stay at Jeffrey's place! We love the location and the tranquility. We had a great time and would love to come back!

Loved our stay at the cozy cottage. Home was just as described and conveniently located to area restaurants and conveniences, while still being tucked away. Tammy was a great host and we can’t wait to book again!

I would have to say that after many Airbnb experiences this was the best. Since there is a high probability of a need for me to be in the area in the future, there is no question that this will be my first choice again. It’s too bad that there are only 5 stars to apply a rating with.

Before we even got there, Linda proved to be kind and helpful as we had rework to our reservation a little. Once we finally made it, we where met with a quaint and cozy home surrounded by a winter wonderland outdoors. The house has an "older" feel but with top notch appliances and fresh and clean furnishings. We especially loved to sit and sip our coffee on the closed in back porch as we watch the water and wildlife. As you can tell, we came during colder weather. But the heating system made it so we could enjoy the winter views, while staying toasty and warm. It was a delightfu stay. I look forward to coming again!

Tranquil! My husband, our fur babies and I stayed at the cottage for Christmas. We like to be away for the holidays and this was the perfect place. I read all of the reviews before hand and still was a little skeptical because of some of my other Air Bnb experiences. As soon as we opened the door all skepticism disappeared! We used the grill, the fire pit and a kayak. Everything was easy to find and operate with clear directions. We cooked everyday so we did not visit any of the recommended restaurants. There is a grocery store 11 minutes a way and a dollar store is next to it in case you need to pick up items you forgot. I do recommend arriving before sundown if you are not accustomed to driving on dark rural roads. If you are looking to unplug, relax and enjoy nature you will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful long weekend here! The house is well-equipped and David was even able to secure fishing and crabbing gear so our two kids could try to catch dinner. It is a quiet street of cottages with friendly neighbors in a gorgeous location - the view is so calming. We enjoyed exploring the local area (love the coffee shop and brewery in Montross), kayaking, swimming, and relaxing on the big screened porch. A feature here that you don’t always have at the shore is a great sandy beach! Can’t wait to come back for another getaway.

A beautiful place to work and relax. Very clean and a kitchen that had all the supplies and more needed to prepare holiday meals.

We recently had a wonderful stay at Travis's place, and we couldn't have felt more at home. The house is not only beautiful but also comfortable, making it the perfect retreat. We had a lovely stay at Patrick’s place! It had everything we needed for a long weekend on the shore. A very comfortable home. Patrick was extremely responsive and helpful, with easy check in and check out. The kitchen was particularly lovely and well appointed! The house number is a little small so keep an eye out. And the mosquitos were fierce - don’t forget bug spray! Thanks, Patrick!

This was an absolutely perfect coastal getaway, with everything you need to enjoy a laid back time away. Dale is extremely friendly and helpful. He made checking in and checking out straightforward, and he was flexible and accommodating even though we arrived late in the evening. The home has everything you need, including snacks and toiletries in case you forget anything. It's also extremely easy to find and gives you all the privacy and comfort you would want to enjoy the beautiful sunrises over the bay. You won't be disappointed.

Our family of 5 adults, 1 child and an infant had a lovely Thanksgiving visit to Karina's house in Scotland. The house was very spacious and comfortable for all. Our 5-yr old granddaughter was especially thrilled with 'her' room -- nicely decorated and quite suitable for her age. The other bedrooms had great mattresses (relatively new?) and the linens were all good quality. The kitchen had most of the items you'd need to make a big dinner and even bake. The location was very quiet and given the time of year, a peaceful retreat to simply enjoy the view of Tanner Creek. All in all it was a great spot for a family holiday gathering.

I like the house is more what expected definitely I’ll back again

If you are looking for a peaceful escape, you found it. Although this home can be used for large gatherings, it is also the perfect getaway for 2. My husband and I loved watching the water and the natural wildlife. DO NOT MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE THIS HOUSE!

We had our two dogs with us while we stayed for over 2 weeks waiting to move into our new house. Fenced in yard was a life saver and plenty of room for us to celebrate Christmas

Our family's stay at Dana's Bayfront Beach house was absolutely lovely. The house was spacious and looked exactly like the photos with breathtaking views from every room. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the sunrise over the bay in the mornings and the moon rising over a sky full of stars at night. We also enjoyed watching the wildlife. There were Osprey, Jellyfish, crabs, herons and gulls that we could watch from the pier. The kitchen was large and well appointed with pots and pans, dishes and cutlery and we particularly loved the Ninja toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. We found the beds comfortable and appreciated the AC and ceiling fans which kept us cool even during a very warm and humid week! Thanks Dana! We hope to come back again soon!
