one of the villas that is very pleasant to live in. all is clean and well maintained according to the description. very complete compliment (noodles, coffee, tea, sugar and water gallon) and free internet is also netflix. There is a jacuzi place on the rooftop and if you want to barbeque you can also. feels like home... thank you

Our stay at this property was fantastic! It’s located very close to Jatim Park 1 and inside the Klub Bunga, which made getting around super convenient. The house is private and spacious, perfect for accommodating a big family. The host was extremely responsive and even offered us an early check-in and late check-out, which was a huge plus. The only downside was the slow WiFi, but overall, we had a great experience. Highly recommended for large groups! Wil definitely comeback one day. Thanks a lot Vicky 💞

nice villa with beautiful surroundings and scenery. homey and family vibes villa. the family room are big with sofa and carpets provided, so you can gather with 10+ people there to chit chat or playing games. kitchen utensils are quite complete you can cook by yourself. there is no TV here so you can't do karaoke or watching movies, but you can bring your own laptop and speaker. there is wifi connection provided here, but sometimes the internet speed is not stable. in the midnight the electricity power for the bedrooms is disconnected, no problem because we were going to sleep anyway. the villa staff (pak Sukar) is also helpful and kind to us. overall good experience, but some detail needs to be improved : 1. the bathroom door lock is stucked 2. the carpet and sofa quite dusty, need to be vacuumed. 3. the gas-powered water heater worked once, but then it didn't work for the whole day until check out. maybe upgrading into an electric water heater might be a solution

the villa is cheap , nice , clean and fragrant there is no dust , I think maybe it will be scary, but not , the villa is not spooky, it's very comfortable to gather with family, it's suitable for bbq, there is a duren tree in front of the villa , yesterday it was a lot of fruit and tantalizing hehe

The property is splendid for a big family. It has 3 bedrooms. Biem only advertised 2 bathrooms but actually there is an additional outdoor bathroom close to the pool, so it’s a plus. The master bedroom has an en-suite, but the toilet was a bit clogged. The other toilets worked just fine and each had water heater. The house has spacious common rooms, perfect for big family. There is a big balcony upstairs, complete with sofa and swing seat. The kitchen is outdoor and well-equipped. We enjoyed the private swimming pool. The pool is spacious, unlike other villas nearby. It was so peaceful, relaxing at the gazebo and feeding the fish at the pond next to it (fish food was provided). The caretaker, Mr. Suladi, was very helpful and polite. He helped us buy durian and charcoal for BBQ. He and Biem were flexible about early check-in. Both were always fast response. At my rate (IDR5M/night), it might be a bit pricey (due to peak season perhaps), but worth every penny. We had a fabulous stay.

The location is fantastic, situated within a gated community. The check in and checkout process were incredibly fast, and the security guards were incredibly friendly. The property is spotless and equipped with smart home functionality. Everything was great during our stay. We had an incredible experience and would definitely stay here again next time.

we loved staying here. the villa is beautifully decorated with all the listed amenities. the villa’s keeper was also very helpful. she gave us recommendations for laundry services and masseuses. overall, very good experience and highly recommended!

Renters were very responsive and contactable. Very cooperative. The villa we use is very big for 16 people, worth it for rent and as described. There is a Villa that if contacted there is a problem coming soon. Sometimes the water runs out, you have to wait for the water pump to rise by 10 minutes because 16 people take a shower, it's normal. And very understandable. The most for wc is the floor is better. But it's still reasonable. At this price, facilities are close to everywhere, by the way bed. Very worth it. All families admit to being satisfied.

The location is strategic, close to tourist attractions and public facilities, but still quiet and peaceful. The pool was clean and clear, very nice to use. It's a very nice affordable villa in Batu. Host is friendly, responsive and super helpful. All rooms are clean, neat and as expected. It's a perfect short staycation, easy breakfast available separately, it's special because very pet friendly, my Shihtzu is happy ❤️ Highly recommended to staycation with lovely pets! Had a great stay, has a pool but too cold to try while we stayed sadly lol. Excellent restaurant just at end of street we had lunches and dinners there. Beautiful views of surrounding city and mountains. Wifi worked awesomely Did a few of the local tourist adventures. And location was good for them too
