Vacation rentals with a patio in Solihull

Stayed for a weekend. Apartment is in a great location, less than a 10 minute walk to New Street Station, Bullring, Mailbox with a 24hr garage just down the road. Easy self-check in instructions from a responsive host. The property was lovely as pictured, we had no issues with noise and had comfy beds so we slept well. Heaps of storage so I’m sure would be ideal for a longer stay.

We had a good stay while we were here for the weekend in Birmingham. The apartment was exactly how the host described it and was a very well cleaned and cosy flat.

Fantastic stay and very helpful and response host. Would definitely stay again when in the area. Highly recommend to anyone great price and location!

Liz was very friendly & helpful when we inquired about places to eat, the property was very nice it had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay the milk & chocolate biscuits were a nice touch & the dog was lovely .🐶

Jessica was very responsive and accommodating with our check in time. The place was easy to find and meet our needs. She even brought us an extra towel to use for the dog as it was going to be rainy. The back garden was perfect for our dog to stretch his legs (and the main reason we booked).

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

We stayed at Emma’s place whilst visiting family in Wolverhampton, a great find! Very clean and tidy and good facilities. Would definitely return! If I was to pick one fault it would be lack of a mirror to get ready in with being a woman!

We had a short but lovely break away for Mother's day. The home was beautifully presented and we immediately felt calm. We had everything we needed during our stay. The living room overlooks the garden, which again was lovely to sit in with the weather being so nice. Wished we had booked for longer! Thank you John!

We had a lovely family weekend away, house was very nicely finished and as described. Lovely location. Would highly recommend Churchfields Farm for a day out with kids and Inkberrow Park was great for my toddler.

Lovely house in a great location for exploring Warwick and surrounding area. Samantha has gone above and beyond to make this place comfortable and welcoming. So many extra touches like games to play, toiletries to use etc and the beds were super comfy! We would definitely come back should we ever visit Warwick again.

We had a lovely long weekend in Jack's house. It was very spacious, clean, peaceful and well kitted out. We would definitely visit again.

We rented this Airbnb for a works meeting and it couldnt have worked out any better. The accommodation was clean and beds really comfy, the outside space was great so we did most of the meeting in the late afternoon and evening sat in the sunshine in the garden. We couldnt fault the cleanliness of the kitchen or bathrooms and the showers were really powerful, what was needed to wake us all up in the morning to carry on our meeting. We had milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived and tea and coffee was provided along with a little treat that was a lovely added touch. Joy (the host) responded to all requests for information and the information regarding access to the house etc was provided in time with easy to follow instructions. We would just like to say a BIG thankyou to Joy.

It was a nice and tidy house, exactly right for what we needed in this occasion. Surely this solution will be on the top of our list for the next visit to Warwick. Highly recommended

A lovely, peaceful stay with outdoor space too. Very comfortable and quite a spacious feeling. A short drive to Coventry where we found an excellent south Indian restaurant. Also easy to drive into Meriden and go to the shop and visit the playground there which was lovely.

Absolutely stunning apartment, superb craftsmanship and decor. The only downside was you had to hang around outside the large block for another resident in the building to gain access. At 2am in the morning this was hard as not many people were around and we got panicked. Great location

Lovely private apartment in walking distance to trains/buses, supermarket, restaurants and shops. Great back yard, right on the canal. Very peaceful despite having a train line opposite the canal. Apartment has everything you need and Aubrey is always helpful and responsive. Our second stay here and we would definitely stay again.

One of our favourite stays! Julie’s place is absolutely gorgeous - so cosy and beautifully decorated. Julie was so sweet, really helpful and went above and beyond for us. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and is in a great location to explore the area. Really peaceful and relaxing stay, just what we needed before attending a wedding! Would definitely recommend ☺️

Amazing stay! The host was super responsive and attentive, making the experience smooth from start to finish. The Jacuzzi was a fantastic highlight , clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. Thoughtful touches and excellent customer service made it feel like a luxury retreat. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Lovely few days away in comfortable surroundings. We travelled for a theatre visit to see Hamlet at the RSC & to explore Stratford. Location of property was a 1/2 hour walk through a lovely village with the added bonus of a nice pub enroute. Very convenient for town, had everything you could possibly need and more. Sally was very helpful & responsive. Nice outdoor seating area to chill in too. We had a lovely stay & I highly recommend 😊😊
