Vacation rentals with a patio in Solihull

Super convenient location in the heart of Kenilworth, close to many shops, bars and restaurants.

This place was just what we needed for 5 girls going to an event at the NEC - the beds were comfortable, the linens cleans and we each had clean towels laid out for us. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook an easy meal and make packed lunches. The heating was easy to use. The shower was good. We didn't spend much time in the day but in the evening and overnight it was quiet about the area. I would recommend for anyone who needs somewhere close to the NEC to be their base and for the price is was great value and exactly what we needed.

Liz was very friendly & helpful when we inquired about places to eat, the property was very nice it had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay the milk & chocolate biscuits were a nice touch & the dog was lovely .🐶

Incredible value for money - under £200 to host 8 people is unbelievable. The location is great, close to anything you could ever need, right next door to a Tesco. The beds were comfortable, and there was a lot of space. Only marks dropped are due to the cutlery in the drawers being dirty (some spoons and spatulas with gunk on) and the wooden chairs being very fragile, but otherwise a flawless stay and I'd suggest it to anyone without hesitation.

We had a fantastic stay. Damien was very easy to contact prior to our stay, and answered any questions we had quickly. He also catered to our needs by offering us a slightly earlier check in of one hour, which helped greatly. Damien was there to greet us upon arrival and gave is a quick tour of the house. He was friendly, approachable and generally a great host. We did not require any assistance, but i am confident that Damien would have dealt with any requests or issues promptly. The house is definitely good value for money, very close walk to train station and has shops nearby. It was a comfort to know what Damien was close by if we needed anything. We will absolutely book again in the future. Thank you again, so much.

Robin’s place is spotless, convenient and so tastefully furnished. What a beautiful setting and perfect house for a weekend getaway. Robin sent clear check in/ check out instructions and was flexible and friendly to deal with. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

An amazing place!! Samantha went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. A lovely, cosy cottage, perfectly positioned a walk away from Warwick Castle. The little extras were a nice touch, including spare toiletries and a bottle of Prosecco & chocolates. Really made us feel welcome! Highly recommend.

I booked Danny's property on behalf of my colleague's who were working away from home. Danny was very approachable and helpful during my colleagues stay. i have also liased with Danny for future bookings within the vacinity and he has been more than helpful

The place was lovely, clean and had all of the advertised amenities. Richard was also a great host. Very friendly and proactive. Asked us if we liked our stay after the first night, wanted to know if we had enjoyed our stay and if there was anything he could improve upon. Highly recommended.

Well presented & well equipped. Walkable to supermarket, takeaways and short drive to large retail park.

We enjoyed a lovely stopover in Keith's place. The place is as described with nice personal touches (thanks Keith). Good location: Warwick centre is walkable and we also did a walk to Kenilworth castle 4-5 miles away and caught the bus back.

The the best run airbnb we've ever stayed at. The apartment was spotless, very well finished, had everything thing we needed (and more) and the location is perfect for the NEC. Would definitely stay again.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Stratford. Lovely clean, comfortable and warm apartment, 20 minute walk to the town centre which is great. Safe off street parking. Every amenity you could need for a weekend. Perfect

Really great apartment just down the road from the train station for very easy access to Resorts world for a concert we were attending ! The space is just as described and was very easy to get into and communication was great!

Ryan's apartment was perfect for my 10 weeks stay in Birmingham. The flat had everything I needed and even had a very well equipped kitchen! It was clean, nicely decorated, and very bright with natural light. The location is great too, being very close to central Birmingham and lots of great restaurants! Ryan was a great host, providing me with a list of local recommendations and responded quickly if I ever needed anything. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay again!
