Everything perfect,from the moment of booking to check out I don't have anything to say to Leonardo for the entire reception ! Great location for resting beautiful view close to the center about 5 minutes all by hand ! Impeccable house there is nothing I have been using and thought poxa does not have, all very well cared for home equipped ! I've had a great time and I'll definitely be back! Congratulations Leonardo for so much dedication to the place we love everything!

The Chácara is exactly as in the photos, spacious house, has all the necessary utensils, great barbecue space, topp pool, everything was extremely clean in our chekin… very friendly host, always responded quickly and removed all doubts… the lake for fishing is on the property and we enjoy a lot. The property next door has some animals my kids loved, every morning I'll see los!! The access to the villa is very quiet, it is close to the track, a great place to rest in contact with nature!!! Super indico, we'll be back for sure!

The house is great, spacious and seems to have been renovated very recently, as most things are brand-new ! We arrived and it was super organized, clean and fragrant. The hosts are very attentive, they cater super fast, I love the care they have taken to explain everything in detail. Adoreii the stay, super indico!

Amazing place, really everything you show in the listing. In the middle of nature, very green and quiet. The house is very spacious, it accommodated everyone very well. We greatly loved the leisure area, where we stayed most of the time. Who has a child is the best choice, as there are plenty of things to play with. Thatyana is a super attentive person, completely polite and always responded very quickly every time I needed it. Caseiro João very polite received us super well. The Vanessa that helped us with the organization of the house and food made all the difference, really worth it. Gratitude!!

Very good place...from inside the house with furniture that even looks like we are in our house and to the backyard with an unparalleled view of the mountain....we will be back soon because Italy has made us very comfortable and we thank you very much ...until soon ..

We loved the accommodation, impeccable cleaning, including with regard to household utensils and toilets. The location is excellent 8 minutes drive from the center of Serra Negra, very quiet and green area, the super quiet neighbors. When we need help, we were promptly served by the hostess, very kindly and quickly. We will definitely return.

Our stay was a delight . Roney farm owner Roney always request . Jeferson (farm worker) gave us all the necessary support. We went with family and friends and felt at home . It was 6 days of peace, cozy place, large house, comfortable beds. Good swimming pool. The headquarters house is quite complete , with all the utensils have everything you need . The house's outdoor space is very tasty . The birds sing all the day. It is of a very great peace. On our arrival we were greeted with a delicious cake for us to have a good coffee . There is a waterfall near , which is very beautiful . We are very pleased, we have a very good time. We intend to come back ! I just have to thank you! 🙏🏽✨

Delicious stay... quiet place... beautiful countryside... for those who like quiet... it's the ideal place ❤️ We were very well received by Heloísa (mother of Karina)... a super gentle and sweet person...The house a delight... impeccable cleaning... organized... kitchen equipped with all the utensils needed to cook...or prepare snacks... new furniture... new home❤️ smell... barbecue... big table... refrigerator... sink... everything very organized and clean... the pool is wonderful... clean water....and because it is air-conditioned (solar heating)... the water was always with pleasant temperature... the whole property is surrounded... which gave us the most tranquility...because we took our Shitzu...and she can be loose ...the will... Another thing that was very good for us....was Karina to make the time of entry and exit more flexible...as we were only the fds...it helped us to make the most of the stay. I warmly thank Karina...and Heloísa for their attention and affection.

This is the second time that I have stayed at the farm, the first I went in the winter and took a cold period out of normal, I promised to return in the summer, and this time everything was even more wonderful, the farm is perfect, there is everything and a little, Dona Jacira leaves everything an earring, when you arrive you already feel a clean smell, all tidy, it is impeccable. We went into 3 families and enjoyed many, wonderful pool, quiet environment, we took our pets and stayed in peace, as the place is all closed. It was perfect days, my friends loved it, we already want to arrange a new stay. Dona Jacira and husband are to be congratulated, they left everything in the smallest detail prepared for our stay to be more than perfect. I intend to return soon, it's already one of my favourite places.

Taina is an extremely helpful and attentive host. She responded to messages quickly and gave many helpful tips. My family and I were surprised by the size of the house! In the photos, it is not possible to measure the dimensions of the house! The rooms are large and the house is extremely airy. However, I would like to suggest some improvements in relation to kitchen appliances. As we stayed for 4 days, we missed some basic items for everyday life, such as coffee cups and a suitable container to heat water. We also had a small nuisance with the bathroom soap holder, which was slippery, making it difficult to use and causing us to leave the hygiene items on the floor. In addition, as it is a leisure area with barbecue, we miss sockets and a place to wash our hands, which would make the use of the area more practical. Overall we had an excellent experience and super recommend!

The house is very clean and well-equipped, we only spent one weekend, but it has structure for those who want to spend many days. The host David is very attentive, he helped us with everything we need. I highly recommend it.

Last weekend,I was with my family in Vale do Sol,and we only have compliments to do,as it was a blessed and wonderful weekend, everything was perfect... Mr. Genuine welcomed us very well,with all sympathy and education, his wife Nanci and daughter Carolina,also gave us all the support... The House was impeccable, clean,organized, and like the photos, left nothing to be desired...the house is complete, it has all the utensils you need,has sheets,pillows, basic hygiene products...in the photos you see how beautiful the house and the place is,but only in person, it is possible to get an idea of how wonderful the place is, the view is simply beautiful and charming If you want a place to rest, feel peace,happiness and comfort....choose this cup! Ahhhhh and the photos will be amazing! We simply love it!
