Casa very cozy and comfortable. When we arrived everything was very clean and Leonardo took us in very carefully. We love it!

Casa super cozy and quiet, perfect for those looking for tranquility, an extremely clean environment, smells and super sheltered. Leandro has proved to be a perfect host, always very attentive and proactive and still gifted us with a basket of pampering.

The farm is exactly as shown in the photos, spacious house, has all the necessary utensils, great barbecue space, topp pool, everything was extremely clean at our check-in… very friendly host, always answered quickly and answered all questions… the lake for fishing is on the property and we enjoyed it very much. The property next door has some animals that my kids loved, every morning they went to see them!! Access to the farm is very peaceful, it is close to the highway, a great place to rest in contact with nature!!! Super recommended, we'll be back for sure!

Amazing place! Super cozy and quiet. The house has all the items/utensils necessary for the accommodation. The super attentive hostess from the beginning to the end of the stay, as well as his João o homemeiro. We hired the Vanessa service that helped us with the cleaning/organization/food, helped us a lot! In my opinion, only positive points about this listing. I intend to return soon!

We love the stay! The house is a grace, there was a lot that facilitated the day, everything was clean and organized. The countryside overlooking the pool or deck is beautiful, with many pets and a quiet without description. We still wake up surprised with homemade bread and fresh vegetables/fruit. Amamos . . .

A wonderful weekend. Great swimming pool, the hydro works very well. The kitchen is super well equipped, with oven, microwave, stove, in addition to utensils that are in great condition. This part was very important because I went with my parents who are elderly, so the house to serve very well what we needed. We feel safe, the neighborhood is quiet, and the best of all.. The birds sing beautifully. It was a beautiful experience. Fábio, host, is very proactive and responded super fast. We had no problem at all.. but he was always available. We'll come back other times.

Quiet place, pleasant, a little far from the center of Serra Negra, but nothing that hindered our stay. Check-in and checkout was fully flexible.

Our stay was lovely. Roney, the owner of the farm, always attends to your needs. Jeferson (farm employee) gave us all the support we needed. We went with family and friends and felt at home. It was 6 days of great peace, a cozy place, spacious house, comfortable beds. Nice pool. The main house is very complete, with all the utensils, it has everything you need. The outdoor space of the house is very nice. The birds sing all day. It is very peaceful. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a delicious cake for us to have a good coffee. There is a waterfall nearby, which is very beautiful. We were very satisfied, we had a very pleasant time. We intend to return! I can only thank you! 🙏🏽✨

I and my family loved the place. The view of the villa is beautiful, the place is very quiet, perfect for resting and relaxing, the homes of the house are great, and hosts Karina and Heloisa were very kind and attentive during the entire time of the stay. I recommend and we intend to return at the next time. Just a warning to rent: the nearest grocery store is about 20 minutes drive from the farmhouse.

This is the second time I've stayed at the farm, the first time was in the winter and I caught an unusual cold period, I promised to come back in the summer, and this time it was even more wonderful, the farm is perfect, it has everything and more, Dona Jacira leaves everything spic and span, when you arrive you can already smell the cleanliness, everything is tidy, it's impeccable. We went in 3 families and enjoyed it a lot, wonderful pool, quiet environment, we took our pets and were at peace, because the place is all closed. It was perfect days, my friends loved it, we already want to arrange a new stay. Dona Jacira and her husband are to be congratulated, they left everything prepared down to the smallest detail for our stay to be more than perfect. I plan to be back soon, it's already one of my favorite places.

We were among friends in the house during this Carnival period. The house served us very well, as it has spacious, clean and comfortable rooms for everyone. The kitchen is also well equipped, as well as all the spaces had furniture and utensils that served us very well. The leisure area is great, with a green area that has a net to play volleyball and futevolei and a mini golf, in addition to the barbecue area, with a great space to enjoy. Mesa and chair for everyone, a nice swimming pool and a wonderful view! The condominium is very quiet and easy access, it has a river to enjoy. It has a great structure of swimming pools, courts, game room, but parabquem rents for more than 15 days, which was not our case. Although the house is in Monte Alegre do Sul, our exits have always been to Amparo, which is very close, about 15 minutes. The Nome owner from the beginning was very helpful, always responsive and very flexible. We recommend the house to anyone looking in this area.

The host Paulo,his wife Fatima and daughter Ana were waiting for us to receive.Local extremely clean and organized I didn't miss any kitchen items. All we needed was there. I'm sure I'll be back soon.

Communication with Tainá was always very quick, she helped us with everything we needed. The place is spacious, cozy. The description already states that you need to bring your own bed/bath linens. We took everything and it was fine. The garage is for one car only, but we left another on the street every day and had no problems or concerns.

Wonderful stay!!! Note 1000. Great location and a few minutes of dirt road. Casa super clean, airy, new and well-equipped house. In wordless leisure spaces, the pool is wonderful and warm. The house has a support to make a campfire, has games, video game, pool, great barbecue. The host was super attentive and answered all of our questions. Let's go back for sure :)

My stay at the farmhouse was excellent! The site is very beautiful, well organized and exactly as described in the listing. It was an excellent stay... I went with my husband, sister-in-law, brother-in-law and niece and we all liked it very much. The house served us very well, very well equipped. We were greeted with a wonderful cupcake!! And last but not least, the Hostess Neuza is always very helpful, ready to assist us at any time, we needed a tip to be able to eat and she quickly responded and explained! For sure, if I go back to the city again, I'll want to stay there!!

Cozy place and according to the pictures. All organized and clean. Perfect for spending a few days with family. Homemade explained everything straight and very attentive. For sure we intend to return, my family and I like it very much.

Wonderful place, much better than in the pictures! Structure of the house and the external space very complete! The Kitchen has everything you need to cook, fireplace, pool all wonderful! We took our two dogs and the space is very safe and tasty have played a lot! We saw birds, toucans, cows, oxen, chickens! The super comfortable beds and living room.. It's the type of house you wanted to live, outside the attention of Damaris and her husband! and when we arrived a wonderful snub cake!! in the yard there is lime, orange, gossip, jabuticaba, papaya, saint grass, mint and beautiful flowers! What I can say don't think too much about close, it's going to be wonderful days! I want to come back! Thanks for everything personal...

The property is great for a moment of rest and leisure and certainly the heated pool is the highlight of the stay! Nice location, surrounded by wonderful fruit trees, fenced pool that keeps children and pets safe and good facilities for groups. My family and I had a great experience, we went with 3 babies and a dog and everyone had a great time! We'll definitely be back. Completely large, cozy and super cool Chácara to spend with family! Huge pool, barbecues and everything is well completed. A recommendation so that they can improve on the beds and mattresses of the farmhouse, unfortunately the beds are very old and it ends up bringing discomfort. The rest is note 10! Mr. Tadeu a kind and very polite boy.
