Vacation rentals in Sobro, Nashville

The house was perfect-great location and large enough for the 4 of us. Jaison got back to us right away if we had any questions. Super easy to find and check in to. Again, the location was perfect for quick uber rides to Broadway and many other places!!

Over all we had a great stay at Stuart’s place. We had plenty of space in the house to accommodate our party. Our favorite part was definitely the outdoors, the water front was perfect for my kids to go fishing in the morning and evenings. The little beach down the road was also great, too bad the weather was chilly and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy. The only issue we had was that the house was not ready at check in, we were told by the cleaning staff that the previous guest had left late there for we had to wait until she was done to get in the house, about 35 minutes late.

Edie’s home was the perfect place for my family of 4. We have a 3 month old baby and the house was so peaceful. My 6 year old loved her playroom and books! The upstairs loft style bedroom worked so well for my family and the downstairs common areas were perfect as well. Edie went above and beyond as a host. She checked in with us beforehand and during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in during our trip to Nashville. We will be back!

8 of us stayed at Greg's place for the NYE holiday and had an absolute blast. What a beautiful home in a fantastic location. We would absolutely consider staying at one of their properties again.

Stayed here with multiple families for a wedding close by and it was perfect for what we needed. Nina was extremely responsive and helpful. Some other reviews mentioned the road was busy and tricky to get out of the driveway but we did not have issues- plenty of space in the back to park and/or turn around and drive right out. The house is only a 10 minute drive to the Nashville zoo, which was convenient. Easy drive to the airport. Overall would definitely stay here again with another big group. Thank you!

Beautiful Condo everything was top notch. We had nine adults and there was so much space for everyone. The condo is spotless and has everything you need. Lauren and Jen are great with communication and details. if you need anything or have questions they get back to you right away. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Nashville this would be my choice!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.
