This space is just as described and looks just like the photos. I wasn’t expecting it to be attached to their home; I’m sure it was stated in the description, but we missed it. However, I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. The space is very private. Uber and Lyft pick up and drop off to this location. It’s about a 13 minute drive from Broadway.

My fiancé and I were very impressed with how well-appointed the place was with everything we could possibly need for our stay along with a few extra touches and surprises - treats, bottle of wine, bathrobes, complimentary streaming services on the big screen tv, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, the shower was spacious, and the furnishings were very tasteful, making it a most welcoming space. Perhaps the most impressive attribute was the location situated atop a bluff overlooking the Cumberland River with the Nashville skyline in the distance. With an entire wall of windows looking out over the private, spacious back yard and a deck with a built-in hot tub as well as a fire pit with Adirondack chairs around it, it was easy to enjoy the view day or night. We couldn’t recommend this place any more highly.

Very nice place. We really enjoyed our stay here. It is convenient to almost everything in Nashville but far enough away from the busyness of the city to relax. It was very quiet there and we heard no noise from the neighbors. The beds were comfortable and place was clean. Having 2.5 baths was great to have when everyone was getting dressed.

Perfect location if you want to be close to downtown and the football stadium. The place looked like the pictures, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and additional linens. The hosts were very communicative and polite.

Cool “Loft style” stay in the heart of the action! As shown and described. Easy in and out. Parking is a bit pricey, but appears to be the trend across the Broadway area of Nashville now. Might be worth it to park outside the area and ride share over to start the stay. Everything you want to do is easily walkable. Printers Alley is directly behind the building and Broadway is blocks away. Starbucks is next door for morning coffee with plenty of dining options close by.

We stayed at this air bnb for my bachelorette! It was the perfect house and great location for walking and going to downtown. It was super clean and looked exactly like it did in the pictures. The host were very responsive and friendly. The instructions were also clear and we had no trouble getting into the air bnb.

I spent 5 nights at this spot in East Nashville. And, I could not have selected a better location. The weather is warming up and this neighborhood is walkable and feels very safe. l'll start with parking for those who drive. The spot is four steps from the entrance. Once I arrived, I noticed the space is bigger and better , than a most Nashville hotel rooms. The shower is great and everything is provided. Sleeping was easy because bed and pillows were just right. I like this place and I'm guessing most travelers will. Enjoy East Nashville! I almost forgot how hospitable the hosts were. I would recommend this place to a friend and I would stay again.

Roxie's house was spacious, well stocked and beautiful. It had a great vibe as soon as we walked in the house. We enjoyed reading about the history and looking at the memorabilia in the house. You got a real sense of who "Roxie" is. Communication was quick and included all we needed to know. We had our mutt with us and he was comfortable too-he loved walking the neighborhood and back yard. The stand out of this property is the well stocked , gorgeous kitchen and all the sleeping/bedroom options. Of course, the 12 South location can't be beat. I also need to mention the place we had reserved previously canceled at the last minute and Airbnb support was great about working with Roxie to reserve the Ashwood Bungalow and making it right as I had a lot of specific needs. Roxie was able to accommodate us graciously with short notice.
